• Jaime (8/5): Amplio y luminoso. Pero necesitan invertir en comodidad - Apartamento amplio y luminoso. Cómodo. Hay restaurantes y supermercados por la zona. Bastante bien comunicado con el centro por tranvía. Salón muy impersonal, y sofá que no invita a sentarte, y mesa del comedor sucia y con mucho uso. El apartamento está muy bien y está limpio, pero se ve muy machacado por el uso. Pocos vasos y utensilios. Las camas horribles, duermes sobre goma espuma.
• Delphine (8/5): - L’appartement est vraiment grand (plus que sur les photos). Il est très calme et traversant ce qui permet d’aérer facilement. Il est également très facile d’accès par les transports en commun : tramway ou métro. Quelques points à noter qui ne nous ont pas dérangé mais qui pourraient intéresser certains voyageurs : il n’y a pas de micro-ondes mais un four traditionnel dans la cuisine. L’immeuble dispose d’un ascenseur mais l’appartement se situe sur un demi-niveau donc il reste quelques marches à monter ou à descendre à pied.

• Camilla (6/5): Very comfy beds, large flat with lots of unfulfilled potential - The bedroom(s) were very nice, great bed(s), great crib for baby. The kitchen was well-equipped with coffee maker, kettle and blender (wand). The staff was very responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. WiFi working well. LIDL supermarket right next door. The space has a lot of potential. The property has an elevator which is great when traveling with baby and pram; however, we were given a flat on a half-floor so we had to carry the pram either up or down half a floor of stairs. The furnishing of the kitchen/living room was extremely lacklustre. And with high ceilings the room had a lot of echo. We specifically booked this place because of the bathtub for bathing baby, but it had no plug/stopper - we were provided with one after a few hours upon request. When we arrived the water heater was broken, so no hot water or heating. Staff came and looked at it immediately, couldn’t fix it, and called in plumbers the next day and they fixed sometime in the afternoon. The oven took forever to heat up. Took more than an hour to heat a frozen pizza. Also a fair distance from city centre and not the nicest of neighbourhoods.
• Luca (9/5): Superb - Big apartment and very clean We never saw the host, the key were in a box in front of the entrance door. This is a bit impersonal. The host didn't ask for any documents
• Davide (6/5): sufficient - The bed was very comfortable Self check in very spacious washing machine toilet not in the bathroom no microwave bathtub with no cork, so you can't take a bath kitchen not clean no tea or coffee
• Łukasz (6/5): OK for one night stay in transit. - The area was OK and there is a grocery store very close. The elevator does not bring you right at the needed floor, need to use stairs. There were some broken furnitute door lyimg around. The wc was separate with no washbasin, need to go to the bathroom to wash hands. The smell was not nice. Generally it felt old.

• Hayley (8/5): Great value for money and close to PT - Property was large and there was plenty of space for our group. Location was near a laundromat, supermarket and tram stop. Super easy to navigate into the areas you need. There wasn’t a plug for the sink that we could locate and there didn’t seem to be much dishwasher liquid to do the dishes. When we arrived there was a lingering smell of food from the previous guests which could be from lack of range hood or ventilation.
• Amy (10/5): Fantastic short stay in Vienna, great host, easy for public transport. Quiet location - Excellent communication from the host. Quiet and easy to find.
• Signeee (7/5): Great price for value option - Great location (clode to metro and tram/bus stop, also next to two grocery stores). Big apartment with everything we needed. Quite neithbors. Too big pillows and too soft mattrace for the big bed. Some hangers were a bit loose - you can feel this this is an apartment for rent, not permanent stay, but all in all great choice
• Kerenyilaszlo (9/5): Our second stay, mostly great as expected. See you soon! :) - It was our second stay here (we returned a year after), so altogether we like this place a lot. Very convenient and cheap parking at nearest P+R (Spittelau), so metro and shops are nearby. Markus, the owner is super kind. The bed mattress was very soft (I prefer hard ones), and the plug from the bath was missing (the elevation mechanism seemed to be broken), which was unfortunate as our kid was really waiting for the bath (please fix it for the next time!)
• Mesut (8/5): Very good - It is located second region of the Wien. Wien has developed public transportation system because of this you can reach every where in Wien easily. Clean, safe and comfortable house, shortly it is convenient for families. If I come to Wien again, I will prefer this house.

• Karolina (9/5): Superb - Spacious and conveniently located, with comfortable beds and a bathroom separate from the toilet—I can't really complain, apart from the fact that coffee and tea weren't provided.

• Giulia (10/5): Beautiful apartment - the apartment is well furnished, clean, with all the necessary amenities for our 4 day stay. Quiet apartment and comfortable bed. large and well-lit rooms in a beautiful setting and a very convenient location for getting around by public transport. The shops nearby are also very convenient with everything you need. The only thing i didn't like Is the toilette because it's separated from the bathroom and a little uncomfortable. (Especially for an italian 😅)

• Joris (8/5): Very good - Very clean, very spacious and a lot of light. Bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was as new. P+r Spittelau is on walking distance. Tram stops in front of the building with a direct connection to the city center. A big plus is that the appartment was really quiet! The kitchen equipment is suitable for making a sandwich, but not for making a meal. Cutting board and pans are curved in the dimensions they should not be. Overall finishing and furniture was minimal.
• László (9/5): Superb - Quiet house, huge apartment, close to P+R and metro, nearby shops and restaurants. No microwave (but we survived with the stove), bathtub is a bit slippery (a slip mat would be useful).

• Marios (8/5): Very good - The apartment was fabulous and almost well equipped. We enjoyed our stay as it was very comfortable place. The apartment is large and we didn't had to squeeze our self. There was no TV, which ok, it doesn't really matter, but in a nice apartment as this was, it was a must. Heating was low and you could not control it. Also, there was no A/c.

But finally he helped us and we managed to open the 2nd room. Also in apartments is no tea/sugar/coffee/salt.

• Diana (10/5): The perfect place for a family city break! Super nice and clean, close to subway and the city center - We loved the place, we were here for 3 days and it was everything we needed! Close to subway, super big and clean, easy to reach, only 2 minutes away from supermarket, pharmacy, park. I would have liked to find some tea, coffe, honey/sugar. I didn't know supermarkets nearby close at 8 PM. Maybe next time!
• Apostol (8/5): Very good - Great value for money if traveling with a family. You get a large place to stay at reasonable price. The place is located in a Turkish quarter so you can taste various kebabs and oriental cuisine. Recommend Kent restaurant and Corner bakerei. The flat is located in an old and not well maintained building.
• Styliani (10/5): A great place to stay! - The apartment was very nice! Very clean and comfortable and perfect for a family. It is a little far from the city centre, but it is not a problem since the tram and the metro stops are just a few steps away. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and there are enough restaurants nearby and two super markets. The host, Markus, was very kind, helpful and willing to meet our requests. I recommend this place! Markus, I was really glad to meet you and I hope we will cooperate again the next time I come to amazing Vienna! Thank you for everything!❤
• Joanna (9/5): Superb - Clean, spacious and good transport links. Would recommend to friends and family. Oven broke and owner unable to repair. Wasted a lot of food bought to cook in oven. Very unfortunate.
