cansu (3/5): - Die Unterkunft war eigentlich schön, aber der Fernseher hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Er war kaputt und auch mit den Knöpfen gab es Probleme. Außerdem hatte ich extra ein Zimmer mit Balkon ausgewählt und dafür zusätzlich bezahlt. Ich habe mich darauf gefreut, ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon zu bekommen, aber leider war es überhaupt nicht so, wie ich es erwartet hatte. Der Balkon war zwar da, aber das Zimmer selbst war ziemlich alt und enttäuschend. Deshalb war ich insgesamt nicht wirklich zufrieden. Wahrscheinlich werde ich dort kein zweites Mal buchen.
Julia (10/5): Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen - Die Lage ist super – die U-Bahn-Station ist ganz in der Nähe. Das Apartment bietet alles, was man braucht. Besonders praktisch ist die kleine Küche. Alles gefallen

Pokoj dostačující s voňavou kosmetikou. Velmi čisto. Trochu nám chyběl kávovar, který podle recenzí na ostatních pokojích je. Ale blízko je super kavárna.

Lisa (9/5): Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit super Lage und mega Preis-Leistung - Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Bett war komfortabel, es gab einen riesigen Fernseher, einen Schrank mit Bügeleisen und Brett. Es war untertags wirklich sehr sonnig im Zimmer, daher war das perfekt blickdichte Rollo von Vorteil, ansonsten hätte es sehr heiß werden können - zudem hätte es aber auch noch eine sehr moderne Klimaanlage gegeben. Die Küche war tadellos ausgestattet, Kaffeekapseln für die Maschine waren schon dort. Ich habe zwar nicht gekocht, es wären aber alle Vorrichtungen vorhanden gewesen: ein eingebauter Backofen und eine Herdplatte zum anstecken sowie viele Töpfe und Pfannen, außerdem alles was man zum abspülen gebraucht. Das Badezimmer war überaus schön und sauber, mit Spiegelschrank, guter Beleuchtung und sehr schöner Regendusche. Der Check-In verlief sehr unkompliziert. Auch nachts war es in der Gegend sehr ruhig, trotzdem gelangt man von der U3 Schweglerstraße (Station nur einige Gehminuten entfernt) überall sehr schnell hin. Ich habe mich während meinem Aufenthalt hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Da die Unterkunft über einen traumhaften Balkon (4. Stock, sehr ruhig und sonnig gelegen) verfügt, wäre es schön gewesen, wenn dort wenigstens ein Sitzmöbel gestanden hätte. Außerdem war die Abtrennung zu den anderen Balkonen etwas spärlich. Der Smart-Tv verfügte zwar über Netflix usw, ließ sich aber leider nicht mit dem Netz verbinden. Ein Safe war leider nicht vorhanden.

Le tende non funzionanti, che hanno fatto entrare la luce ostacolando il mio sonno; l’asta della doccia rotta; la mancanza di un intervento da parte della struttura di fronte alle mie segnalazioni; la presenza di capelli sugli asciugamani; le pareti rovinate in camera e nelle aree comuni; i sacchi della biancheria a piano zero all’ingresso del palazzo.

Yulia (8/5): Good value for money, comfortable room, calm location - Very calm and silent during the night. The beds were comfortable. Very clear instructions for self check-in. Clean, warm and overall pleasant. Good value for money. The room has a small kitchen but the equipment is not sufficient to properly cook yourself. The garbage hasn’t been emptied during the stay. I stayed 4 nights, so it was still ok for me. However, it’s something to be aware of in case of longer stays or plans to cook in the apartment.

Weronika (5/5): - Czystość, dobra lokalizacja, bezpieczeństwo, cicha i spokojna okolica. Słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem, po kilku minutach używania woda praktycznie wcale nie leciała. Klimatyzacja nie reagowała na wyłączanie za pomocą pilota, w pokoju było zimno, szczególnie nocą, ponieważ nawiew klimatyzacji był skierowany na łóżko. Pomimo kontaktu z właścicielem, usterka nie została naprawiona z powodu braku dostępu do części i serwisu w weekend. Właściciel zaoferował, że jeśli nie chcemy spać w tym pokoju, możemy anulować rezerwację.
Dirk (8/5): Verkehrsgünstig gelegenes Apartment in ruhiger Lage - Recht verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe der U3 gelegen, dabei aber in recht ruhiger Umgebung. Zimmer sehr geräumig mit Balkon. Check-in problemlos und schnelle Antwort der Vermieter bei Anfragen Eine separate Sitzmöglichkeit mit kleinem Tisch auf dem Balkon wäre schön. Das Apartment verfügt nur über eine mobile Kochplatte, was das Kochen etwas einschränkt.

Carolina (5/5): Akzeptabel aber leider nicht gut erhalten - Die Unterkunft ist nicht weit von der Ubahn Haltestelle U3 Schweglerstrasse. Unkompliziert Selbst Check-In Service mit den Schlüssel in einem Kasten. Wir konnten früher einchecken (14.30Uhr) als es normalerweise möglich ist (16.00 Uhr) Es ist in einer nicht so schöne Straße, so nicht so empfohlen für Alleinreisende Frauen. Es ist sehr billig eingerichtet. Der Mülleimer war noch voll von der vorherigen Gäste, als wir eingecheckt haben. Das Zimmer 31 hat viele Zigarreten-Flecken und es riecht nach Rauchen, obwohl es klar kommuniziert ist, dass das Rauchen nicht gestattet ist. Der Tiefkühlschrank war voller Eis und nicht einsatzfähig. Die Bilder in Booking entsprechen leider nicht die Realität.

Sara (9/5): - Abbiamo trovato la struttura pulitissima, il che non è scontato purtroppo, e viaggiando spesso ci fa piacere trovare un ambiente pulito. Buona anche la posizione, per arrivare in centro sono più o meno 15 /20 minuti con la metro e quest’ultima è vicinissima alla struttura. Non so se è stata fortuna ma abbiamo anche trovato l’ambiente piuttosto silenzioso. In complesso comunque , per rimanerci un paio di notti è top.

Kerstin (9/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir übernachten mehrmals im Jahr in dieser Unterkunft und wir sind jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn ist besonders vorteilhaft. Der Teppichboden im Eingangsbereich ist aus hygienischer Sicht problematisch und weist zudem deutlich sichtbare Flecken auf, was den Gesamteindruck negativ beeinflusst. Eine durchgehende Ausstattung mit Parkettboden wäre hier eine saubere und ansprechende Lösung. Aus diesem Grund ziehe ich einen Punkt ab. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft TOP.

Rūta (9/5): - Instructions on how to get to the booking were clear and easy. Nice host, let us check in early into booking. The room had everything for cooking and eating at home, a clean floor, shower and clean bed. The bed was soft. Pillows are very thin and soft so it was not the most comfortable. TV didn't work since it's not connected to the internet.
Liss (9/5): - Ótima localização! É possível ir caminhando para conhecer lugares lindos. Supermercado próximo e estação de metro a 5 minutos. O bairro também é muito lindo! Recomendo bastante!

Alois (8/5): Einfache Unterkunft in guter Lage - Check in problemlos einfach, sehr sauber, einfach und praktisch eingerichtet, sehr gutes Bett. Straßenseitig etwas laut aber ok. Leider ließ sich der Mittelteil des Vorhanges nicht zumachen, daher sehr hell im Zimmer.

Elena (9/5): Ευχάριστη διαμονή! - Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό,φωτεινό και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία!Εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Βιεννης γιατί είχε πολύ κοντά μετρό και τραμ !εχει μια μικρή κουζίνα πολύ πρακτική !Στα θετικά είναι το εστιατόριο που είναι σχεδόν κάτω από το κατάλυμα έχει υπέροχο φαγητό !!! Μια μικρή ανακαίνιση σε βάψιμο και μικρολεπτομέρειες θα απογείωνε ακόμα περισσότερο το κατάλυμα!

Bartek (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja – blisko metro, dworzec oraz liczne restauracje. W pokoju było bardzo czysto. Dużym plusem jest telewizor oraz proces zameldowania, który przebiegł wyjątkowo łatwo i sprawnie. Prysznic to kompletna prowizorka. Widać, że oryginalne szklane drzwi kabiny zostały zdemontowane (lub się rozbiły), a zamiast nich ktoś powiesił zasłonkę na kółkach. Wygląda to źle.

Elena-Cristina (10/5): Everything was perfect! - The apartment was very clean and well maintained, we received everything we needed, from shower gel and towels to coffee and an iron. The kitchenette is very good organized, with plates, cutlery, electric kettle, pots and everything. It is also very close to the metro station (approx. 5 minutes walking), to bus station (approx. 10 minutes walking) and you have around everything you need (from Lidl to local shops, coffee shops and pubs). You can easily get to the city center by taking U3 and get to Schonbrunn Castle by foot, 30 minutes walk. Basically, you have everything you need, at a nice price and good quality. -

berthold (8/5): - Zimmer gut eingerichtet, geräumig, fast alles sehr neu (außer Dusche), großer TV, WLAN gut, Lage Top, Parkplätze in der Nähe relativ einfach zu finden, für den Preis TOP, Zimmer mit schönen Ausblick, Checkin/out unkompliziert! wie üblich in vielen Hotels - keine Kleiderhacken an der Wand, TV zu hoch (an der Decke) montiert, Duschkabine hätte auch saniert werden sollen (einige Schimmelspuren) und relativ keine Duschkabine.

After check out luggage could be left another place near railway station Wien Mitte, which suited us perfectly. There was fitted carpet which was not that "clean" any more. Otherwise everything was ok.

Cinkaev (3/5): Gute Lage aber verschmutzt und verschimmelt. - Die Lage war noch das beste von allen. Im Bad war die Decke komplett verschimmelt. Die Steckdosenklappe im Bad für‘s föhnen ist auch abgefallen. Der Boden von der Dusche hat sich so angefühlt als würde man gleich im Erdboden versinken. Für so einen Preis erwartet man sich ein einigermaßen sauberes Zimmer.

Maria (8/5): Good location, and comfy room! - Great location, 5 min walk away from the subway and you can get to the city center in 15~20min. There are also plenty of restaurants and markets at walking distance. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. The carpet in the room was quite dirty.

Ioana (10/5): Comfortable, quiet and well connected - The micro-apartment was overwhelmingly clean, the cleaning team deserves a raise. Neutral in design, comfortable bed, big windows with blackout curtains and a nice open balcony overlooking a peaceful street. Basic stuff in the small kitchen area, good quality toiletries in the bathroom. The place is also very well connected to the center by tram 49, supermarket two minutes away. Although “invisible” the Cube team is very responsive and helpful, which I really appreciated.

Amalia (9/5): - Ήταν πολύ κοντά σε μετρό και τραμ.Η περιοχή είχε πολλά σούπερ μάρκετ, καφέ, φούρνους,αλλά και εστιατόρια.Ένα μάλιστα ήταν δίπλα από το δωμάτιο. Έγινε ένα μικρό μπέρδεμα με το δωμάτιο.Αλλο είχαμε κλείσει και άλλο μας έδωσαν( από άποψη οικιακού εξοπλισμού). Αλλά ενημερώσαμε τον ιδιοκτήτη και μας τα έφερε κατευθείαν.

Olena (10/5): Хорошая светлая квартира, хороший ремонт, есть все необходимое, удобно добраться в любое место, недалеко от западного во - Чисто, уютно, удобное расположение к магазинам, трамваю, метро. В апартаментах есть все необходимое (кофемашина, чайник, посуда, утюг) Не работал лифт сначала, и ходили на 4 этаж пешком, с чемоданами было тяжело. Потом заработал.
Carmela (10/5): Mini appartamento ben collegato - Istruzioni per il self check-in molto chiare e semplici; stanza piccola ma dotata di tutti i comfort e pulita; posizione ottimale tra fermate di bus e metro, ma comunque vicino al centro da raggiungerlo anche a piedi. Forse la doccia un po' piccola rispetto alle enormi dimensioni del bagno.
