• Luci (3/5): Bettwäsche mit Flecken - Das einzig gute war dass es in der Stadt war Bei der Ankunft stand noch jemand da der behauptet hat dass das Zimmer zu ihm gehört die haben einfach das Zimmer auf zwei Personen gleichzeitig verteilt und die Bettwäsche war nicht gewechselt es war ein deutlicher Fleck drauf zu sehen was mich wirklich angewidert hat

• Walid (8/5): Angenehme Unterkunft nahe Westbahnhof - Wir haben die Unterkunft nur für eine Nacht gebucht, um in der Nähe des Wiener Westbahnhofs zu übernachten und am nächsten Tag weiterzureisen. Das Zimmer war sauber und befand sich in einer kleinen Wohnung mit zwei separaten Zimmern und einem geteilten Badezimmer. Das Zimmer war wunderbar warm – genau richtig, da wir an einem regnerischen und kalten Tag angereist sind. Auch das Bad war angenehm warm und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Guiseppe war reibungslos, schnell und freundlich. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Übernachtung, perfekt für eine kurze Zwischenstation.
• Breeanna (8/5): Giuseppe is an amazing host and went out of his way to accolade our additional needs. Hands down, the best host out ther - The location is prime. Across the street from a grocery store and very close to public transportation. The building is historic with that cool rustic old world charm. We were looking for prime location and affordable accommodation. And this rental provided that for us. There are two different room rentals in this suite and in the listing shown, we did not know this before. There is a shared bathroom. We had three adults with us. Two people had the bed and one person slept on the sofa bed. The sofa bed was not very comfortable for sleeping on its own. Very hard. PRO-TIP - We took the pillow top mattress off the bed and put it on the sofa to make it more comfortable for sleeping. The sofa was also half broken, so only suitable for one person to sleep on half the sofa. Once we put the pillow top on it, it was fine. The accommodations are very basic and simple. But it was perfect for what we needed.

• Viktor (1/5): - I booked this room for December 29–30, 2025. After entering the room, I immediately realized that the accommodation was not suitable for living (in my view). The room is located in what appears to be a semi-basement space, which I personally believe was likely not originally intended for residential use. The room did not match the photos in the listing based on my experience. The floor was dirty, there were stains on the walls, the lighting was very dim, and the room felt cold. The size of the room was approximately 2 by 3 meters, with space only for a bed. Due to these conditions, I left immediately, returned the key, and informed the host that I refused to stay because the accommodation did not meet what I consider basic minimum standards. I did not inspect the bathroom, as the sleeping room itself was already unacceptable to me. I later requested a refund, which the host refused. I contacted Customer Support, who also reached out to the host, but the host still refused to cooperate. When I attempted once more to resolve the matter directly, the host began making accusations that I believe were unfounded and communicated in an inappropriate manner. This review is based solely on my personal experience and reflects my personal opinion as a guest. I strongly do not recommend this accommodation.

• Leyva María (9/5): Maravilloso. - El alojamiento es lo que es, está genial calidad-precio, un poco sucio en cuanto el polvo pero, todo lo demás era perfecto. Sobretodo el propietario super servicial, cualquier cosa que necesitaras esta pendiente. Nos hacia falta un secador, porque aparecía que había en el alojamiento (nos dijo que se entero ese mismo dia que se lo habían robado) nos trajo desde su casa el suyo propio y hasta iba a comprar uno para nosotras utilízalo. La verdad merece la pena muchísimo. Está super cerca del centro y de las estaciones de metro. Un 10 al servicio la verdad. Justo nos habían dejado botados un apartamento a última hora que se tuvo que cancelar y este estaba disponible y nos dejó entrar a los minutos de cogerlo. Había café, leche, vino, zumo… todo lo necesario, champú, geles… Estupendo. Nada.

La cucina è poco fornita e quel poco che c'è non è tenuto al massimo, il forno è inutilizzabile così come il bollitore. Il divano letto è mezzo rotto. Gli armadi anche questi mezzi rotti e in tutto c'era solo un appendiabiti. Le sedie usurate La doccia non ha il supporto per il doccino ( con una mano devi lavarti e con l'altra cercare di fare la doccia)

The bathroom was very clean and provided everything. The location was near the West Translation which was very helpful. The price is very reasonable. The heater was turned on all the way, and we couldn't figure out how to turn it off, sleeping with open windows helped.

• Lara-Marie (6/5): Schön. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Ich war mit meiner Freundin auf einem Konzert in der Wiener Stadthalle und für das reicht das vollkommen. Hat alles sonst gepasst. Die Schlüsselübergabe wurde im vorhinein nicht gut erklärt. Wir hatten eigentlich mehr geplant für den Tag, aber die Zimmer waren nach Vereinbarung trotzdem erst später fertig. Deswegen hatten wir dann kaum Zeit den Tag noch zu genießen bis auf das Konzert.Wir hatten ein gemeinsames Badezimmer. Aber es war trotzdem durchaus ein angenehmer aufenthalt.

• Muhammad (5/5): Passable - There are two rooms in apartment and the toilet is shared. Each room has different occupants so be careful that there might be other people in the same apartment as well! The sink drain was clogged and the shower holder is broken so you have to hold the shower in your hand while showering. After the stay when I politely mentioned this to the owner that he could get this fixed for future, he was rude and mentioned that he had a lot of loss in past because people stole his things from apartment and the shower handle broke many times in past so practically he can't do anything about it. That was not the answer I was looking for neither does it answer my question/recommendation.

• Mingma (1/5): Worst airbnb experience - None or nothing. The room was in an unacceptable condition, with significant dirt and spiderwebs present. As I am severely allergic to spiders, this rendered the accommodation entirely unsuitable for my stay. I contacted the host immediately (within 15 minutes of arrival) and informed of the situation. Due to the allergy concerns, I was unable to stay at the property and requested a full refund for my entire 3-night booking. However, the host refused my request, citing Booking.com holding the funds for 45 days. I contacted Booking.com regarding the refund and was informed that the host have not been communicating with them to resolve the issue. The host is not responding to Booking.Com phone calls or emails. So it is either the host or booking.com is lying. I assume the former. As booking.com is communicating to me regarding the issue on the platfore but the host is not. Furthermore, I have discovered a potential discrepancy with the way Booking.com displays reviews. While the initial reviews I saw were predominantly positive, upon filtering for recent reviews, I found a significant number of negative experiences, including one titled "Worst Accommodation Experience Ever... Avoid like the Plague" by Etienne on August 31, 2024. This raises the question of whether the review order is accurate or potentially misleading. Given the unacceptable condition of the room, my severe allergy, and the lack of communication, I believe a full refund is the only fair resolution. I kindly request you to process the full refund for my booking immediately. If I do not receive a satisfactory response still, I am thinking of escalting this issue to Booking.com and pursue further action to obtain a full refund.
• Litalitva (8/5): Very good - Location. Price If you don't have whats up, communication with the owner will be problematic. We still haven't received the password for the internet. He doesn't write messages booking.com. He only sent the code for the apartment to the phone.
• Etienne (1/5): Worst Accommodation Experience Ever... Avoid like the Plague - Property smelled of smoke (especially the smaller bedroom). We could not handle it. The white carpets were black and it was visible the place had not had a deep clean in a very long time. The towels we were given were damp. It really feels like a property that was severely let go. The owner did offer to send the cleaner to the apartment again, but cigarette smoke is impossible to get out quickly, and there was no way we could make use of the property we had booked. Because of this, booking.com will not agree to give us a refund, as they claim that the property did attempt to provide a solution, even though it was obviously not a solution that could work (An agent even agreed that it was not possible to fix the situation, but still would not provide any kind of refund). The owner had also messaged us at 2am the day of check-in telling us that he was only going to give us 1 room with a shared bathroom, to which we put our foot down as we clearly had booked the whole 2 Bedroom Apartment unit. He insisted that since our booking details counted the 2 Bedroom Apt as 1 unit, we were only entitled to the 1 Bedroom but finally agreed that he would give the apartment, insinuating that he was doing us a favour.

• Katsiaryna (5/5): Read that review from the beginning to the end - First of all communication between the owner and arrendators was on a decent level. He was helpful and always kept in contact with us. He said He could help us any time of our stay as well. The owner helped us with parking and made a disscount for the dog. Cant but mention high speed of the Internet connection. Three types of salt, you can choose whichever you want, nie without coffee and tea. While entering the room, the first smell that hits your nose is the smell of mold, after some time you spend there you start feeling that the apartment is fully smoked through, the smell is really strong. Towels were not fresh, as well as pillows in a small room. The other story is views from windows. In a bigger room the windows goes on trash cans. In a smaller room the one and only window gives you the view on the main hall. Also there are no coffee or tea, but this are the smallest disadvantages of this apartment. The owner offers to decline the rent on Booking and to pay him in cash instead. He suggested us declining booking because of our dog and pay him 18 euros instead of 25. He said it was gonna be for cleaning service. But i can tell you for sure that that apartment has never seen a cleaning service before. Rusty heater in the bathroom was covered by wallpapers in order us not to spot it. Sofa was broken and we are not the first people to mantion it.

• Shamil (7/5): It's really good value for money and a decent place to crash in between the exploring of the city. - The value for money is good, the host was very friendly and answered fast! The location was OK, but we still had to ride the car to arrive at the city centre. Heating worked really well which was nice since we travelled during a cold time. The apartment wasn't very clean and wi-fi was really bad. The apartment was in the back part of an old house and there wasn't much light. The bed in the living room was great but the couch and the bed in the bedroom weren't that comfortable.

The linen looked old and though it was clean, everything in the room smelled like cigarettes. That was a bit frustrating as we don't smoke and had windows opened in vain because the smell would not go out. One of the bedrooms was really big but the second bedroom is the same size as the bed in the room, not too much space and the only window in the room was facing the interior of the building not the outside which was a bit weird. Had to keep the curtain close all the time which makes you feel like you are punished in a room without sun light.

This is not a new building, so keep that in mind. Perfect for short stays. As for parking, you may leave car on the street for a night but for longer stays better leave car on one of the park and ride parkings at the last metro station. Old building and apparment.

The apartment is cozy and quiet, you can set a comfortable temperature. A kitchen with a powerful stove has all you need, for coffee lovers there is a geyser coffee maker. Very friendly and attentive owner. I have already recommended this apartment to all my friends :) By the way, pets friendly, there's a park 5 minutes walk. -

• Marianna (1/5): BE CAREFULL: THIS ACOMMODATION IS A TRAP, IT’S A FRAUD! - When booking, you see all the time that you are booking the whole apartment with 2 bedrooms and your own private bathroom. So confirmed by booking.com – see the picture. But if you book for less than 5 people, you get only one room and the owner still offers the other one. If he rents it out, YOU GET A SHARED BATHROOM, which can't be locked 😊. And when the other people take their morning shower including hair washing and you can’t just go to the toilet, you have a serious problem and it’s worse than in a hostel. We have arrived, the bigger bedroom was occupied by another couple. We had to clear with them that their bedroom is the smaller one. They were very surprised by the size of the room and that they have no kitchen. I have called the owner, he offered me the cleaning service to get a clean room. I didn’t feel it’s necessary, so we get a bottle of wine as a refund. But we still had a shared apartment! Remarks mentioned in other reviews are also true: - The backyard view with the “Serenade for 16 garbage cans and 2 dustmen” performed in the morning between 6:00 and 6:30. Enjoy your VIP seats – you are in the first row! - No maintenance: The broken bed mentioned in another review 2 years ago – one leg is still substituted by a box. - By the way: When was the freezer last time defrosted? It was my fault that I booked, I didn’t read the reviews carefully this time. Please, don’t make the same mistake. I’m not the first one complaining. And one for the owner: It’s not bad to offer a low budget accommodation suitable for one night. I don’t make you responsible for the emptying of the garbage cans in the morning. But you must be honest. The customer must know what to expect. Your description is misleading. I booked, get confirmed, and paid for the whole apartment and I only get one bedroom with a shared bathroom. This is a fraud. You are cheating your customers and that is why I warn everyone and definitely do not recommend this apartment.

• Lindy (1/5): Far from Beautiful and miss leading information - Leaving. never coming back It stated a 2BR apartment but we got 1 room and a shared bathroom. The other door was locked and the owner wrote to us and said other tourists were staying in the other room. We didn’t book a shared apartment. The shower head was broken, mould in the shower. It says it is beautiful - wrong. It says it boasts a garden - concrete, weeds and garbage bins. Light bulbs not working, miss match linen, exposed wires near PowerPoint, lumpy pillows and very thin curtains that let light into room in the morning. No tea & coffee as stated. No kettle. Not sure where the 24hr reception was? I understand everyone is trying to make money but don’t miss lead people.
