• wei (10/5): Cosy and comfortable apartment outside busy touristy area with local charm. - The host is very helpful, she met us in person and gave us a lots of tips about where to find good food and what to do during New Year celebrations. The location is nice quiet. We love the nearby street where markets, fresh food and nice cafes are. Easy to walk to centre of Venice as well. There is a park , water transportation and lots to explore. We bought fish and sea food from local market which are really fresh! This is a pleasure to be able to cook lovely food while on holiday! It’s a flat so sometimes you can hear footsteps from upstairs.

• Ian (9/5): Very enjoyable - The location was very good. Conveniently close to the vaporetto stop. Within 20 min walking distance of San Marco. Ideal for the Arsenale and the Biennale garden + expo. Really enjoyed staying in San Pietro island it's a lovely area not overly touristy. It has mini supermarkets and several restaurants. We also managed to book a water taxi to pick us up locally. Roberta was very helpful at all times, a fabulous host! Nothing. It was a lovely apartment, ideal for us.

• Rebeca (9/5): Genial - Nos gustó todo, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas, tenía de todo lo que podías necesitar, Roberta nos vino a recoger cerca de la parada del vaporetto y nos explicó todo muy bien, es un encanto.
• Hanne (9/5): Geweldig appartement - Heel fijn appartement, rustige ligging in woonwijk met 2 haltes van de waterbus dichtbij. Halte Castello om de eilanden te bezoeken en Biennale of Giardini om door Canal Grande te varen en uit te stappen bij de wijken die je wilt bezoeken. Maar de hele tocht over Canal Grande van Giardini tot het eindpunt Roma is een aanrader, helemaal als je een zitplek kunt bemachtigen buiten. Wij verbleven in het appartement op de begane grond met tuin en zitje. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers met goede matrassen en elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer. Zeer comfortabel. Veel restaurants op loopafstand met de tip om op vrijdag en zaterdagavond te reserveren. Ook is er een supermarkt en bakker in de Garibaldi hoofdstraat. Zou het zeker aanraden om te boeken. Als ik dan toch iets moet noemen: een dolce gusto of senseo koffieapparaat zou voor ons een toevoeging zijn. Er is een Italiaanse koffiemaker aanwezig die je op het gas plaatst met koffie en water. Verder alles top!

• Guest (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in Venice, Roberta was excellent. - Mary, Ava, Orlagh and Oonagh visiting from Ireland. I think the apartment was a beautiful traditional Italian apartment very well kept and very bright and spacious. The owner and host Roberta takes a lot of pride in keeping it well and she was always on the other end of the phone for any queries or questions we had and gave us great recommendations for our stay in Venice. Tout est fait pour y passer un super séjour. Un jardin tout mignon: top pour les repas ❤️ Roberta nous a accueilli à l’arrêt du vaporetto à notre arrivée. Elle est super agréable, souriante et disponible. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. 😀👍🏻

She showed us the area on the short walk to the apartment. The apartment was great! The apartment was in a quiet area but just a few minutes walk to the water taxi and about 5 minute walk to a very charming street with shops and great restaurants.

Amazing host. - Roberta was excellent at communicating how to get to the property and where to meet her. She answered any questions I had quickly and efficiently. She explained everything so clearly and was so friendly.. she walked us to the property and let us in and then gave really thorough instructions. She was a fantastic host. She left flowers as it was my mum's birthday. She had excellent communication and really helpful. A fantastic host. Very minor I thought on the property listing there was a private garden but wasn't obvious when arrived or shown it. Other than that the property was wonderful well kitted out and had everything we needed.

We came for the Venice Biennale so this apartment was ideally located - such a short walk to Giardini and Arsenale, we couldn’t ask for more! TV with Netflix. 100% recommend. It takes a while to get there when you take the waterbus from airport - about 15 minute walk (with luggage, over cobblestones).

• Cheryl (8/5): Our little trip to Venice - The location was great, a couple of minute walk to S.Pietro vaporetto stop and the main Garibaldi Street, with eateries, places to drink and a supermarket. There was a Tabacci Shop where you can buy the vaporetto passes. The apartment was spacious and in a quiet residential area. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were great. Having access to the WiFi and Netflix was great. Great communications with Roberta the host. We didn't not like anything. Only thought, some bigger cups / mugs for tea and coffee. A washer would have been handy just for towels etc as we stayed for five nights.

• Pine (10/5): clean and renovated - it was very very clean, renovated and nice apartment. you can tell how clean it was even from the smell of the apartment. For me it is the most important factor. the location was perfect! it is a walking distance from the Doge palace and it is just around the corner from the Vaporetto station. It is probably the best to take the vaporetto and explore the rest walking. We walked instead. I liked that it is quite and very clean area, I probably would not enjoy staying somewhere else more touristy. make sure to close the windows at night as there are many mosquitoes in Venice. Roberta is very nice and personable.

Roberta went out of her way to wait for our late arrival and couldn’t have been nic - The apartment is in a quiet residential area literally 20 mins walk from St Marks Square so it’s a perfect location away from the crowds. It’s got a lovely paved garden/terrace and lovely local restaurants and bars which are much cheaper than those nearer the centre of the city! Nothing!!

• Ferenc (10/5): Roberta is an exceptionally good host with excellent advice ("CheBateo?" app for vaporetto) - The accommodation is close to the center of Venice, but quiet. Good transport options. It is a bit far from Piazzale Roma, but the transport by vaporettos are good add fast.

Owner, Roberta shes an excellent host! During the cold season, the heat is off between 11pm and 06am, exactly when you need it more and is managed by the host only, i found that a bit weird, but hey, every house with own rules, no? And who's asking you to come to Venice when is cold? 😛
