• Bill (8/5): Very good and centrally placed - The TV did not work and when fixed it had strange stations, difficult to find the main Italian channels

• Minja (9/5): Perfect location! - A great host provides a clean, welcoming environment with essential amenities (tea/coffee, Wi-Fi), while a "great location" is accurately represented, well-located for attractions, and managed with clear communication. Rooms are in darknes, almost without natural light. View from the rooms is on nerrow streets. No handwash soap.

• Saadia (10/5): Loved our Stay - Great location and very clean. The host was kind and helpful, showing us around and explaining everything. Really enjoyed our stay!

• Danielle (10/5): - The location was perfect and our host Giovanni was so helpful and gracious. The apartment is small but it was perfect for our needs and immaculately clean. It wasn't so much a dislike just something we noticed all over Italy that there are no shelves in showers for soap. It's a small shower in the apartment, so it made juggling soap and shampoo tricky.

• Paolo (8/5): Posizione ideale, appartamento pulito, staff accogliente - La posizione è eccezionale. L’appartamento è piccolo ma ha il necessario. Abbiamo soggiornato solo due notti senza cucinare quindi non ho avuto modo di verificare la dotazione della cucina. La camera da letto e il bagno avevano tutto necessario.

• Alberto T. (9/5): Posizione fantastica. - La posizione centralissima e tranquilla, appartamento bello e confortevole. La doccia piccola e da rinnovare, il tavolo della cucina molto piccolo, dovrebbe almeno misurare il doppio, lo spazio non manca.

• Ruth (7/5): La companyia con mi familia ha sido fantástica y lo hemos pasado muy bien.Nos encanta Venecia.Nos quedamos con esto. - Su ubicación. No podías acceder a la calefacción.Era automática. Las puertas de la ducha necesitan ser reparadas ya que sale el agua cuando te estás duchando por todas partes. Para 3 personas un poco justo. Ninguna salita de estar aunque fuera muy pequeña para poder descansar un rato o mirar la television. Simplemente no hay. Cocina y dos habitaciones.1 doble y la otra con cama pequeña. La ropa de cama es vieja . Bueno,bonito y barato no existe.

• Anne (10/5): Parfait pour ce reposer après de grosse journée dans la ville - Sur une rue très tranquille pour bien dormir et pourtant très proche du palais des doges et de St Marc. Restos et épiceries à proximité. Proche du Vaporetto ( transport en commun sur le canal) Installation d’une tablette pour mettre le savon dans la douche pourrait être utile.

• Mila (9/5): Perfect location and lovely host - We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, we were three women (mother, daughter and a friend) so one bed was shared and another was in a separate room so decent privacy. The apartment located on a second floor by stairs (no lift if that’s important to someone). The apartment was very clean, well prepared. Beds comfortable, kitchen equipped to the minimum needed. The bathroom also very clean, the shower is a bit small and had no shelves to put your shampoos and stuff on, but that’s the only tiny downside of this apartment. Otherwise water pressure, temperature- all was great. The best thing was the location- literally 2 minutes walk to the San Marco square, but in a “hidden” street so very quiet and outside the city centre rush. The host Dino was the most lovely. He met us on the day, explained all about the apartment, recommended the places to visit and even walked with us to the direction of the restaurant where we had our first dinner. He (and his colleagues) was very responsive in the chat and very helpful. Can’t recommend enough! We had amazing few days in Venice and a huge thanks to Dino and Lovely in San Marco!

• Maria (10/5): Lovely apartment in Venice - First the location: great central location to explore Venice. 2 mins close to San Marco and 10 mins to Rialto Bridge! The apartament was in very quiet street and safe at the same time. Second, the host Giovanni: very kind and helpful, he gave us detailed information how to get on there from the train station! He gave us recommendations what to visit and where to eat👌🏼 The apartment: Very clean, big enough for 3 people, provided with all necessary things for the stay. Overall, the best location you can find in Venice for the best price! There was nothing we did not like.

It was a great apartment , great location, but closeness to St Marco Basilica did mean bells ringing at half past midnight and six thirty am. Didn’t bother me but my son found sleep tricky due to bells.

The hosts Giovanni and Gianni are just the most lovliest of people. The bathroom shower cabinet is too small . Also the door panel had come out but host were very responsive and good
• Porter (10/5): An excellent play to stay while visiting Venice for your home away from home! - The location was perfect for visiting Venice, yet the actual apartment was quiet and a nice respite from the bustling Venice. It is a one minute walk to St. Mark’s Square and a three minute walk to the boat that takes you to either the train station, the airport or anywhere in between. This was awesome in a city with no cars to have such easy access to boats on the travel days when we had luggage. The host met us to hand over keys and orient us a bit in the city, which was a great start to the stay. The AC and WiFi worked great, which were important to my husband. There was nothing I didn’t like. The shower was a bit on the small side, but not a problem- just an observation.

• Stephen (9/5): Superb - Centrally located next to St. Mark's Square. The apartment is clean and the bed is comfortable. Close walk to all the popular sites. I would definitely stay here again. The size of the apartment was a bit small, but given the location, it was expected.
• Anonymous (10/5): Great location, quiet apartment with good amenities - ideal for a long weekend trip to Venice! - Giovanni and Dino were great hosts. We were travelling with our 9 year old daughter and our flight was delayed by over 2 hours. The hosts were very kind and kept in contact with us the whole time. We arrived in Venice after 22.30 and Dino was waiting at the meeting point to show us to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. The location was fantastic with easy access to all restaurants, shops and all the main sites. I would definitely recommend this cosy apartment in the best part of town.

Giovanni was a fantastic host nothing was a problem as was Dino.Met us at the water taxi took us to the apartment helped with our luggage organised the porter to take our bags to their office on the day we left. They could not have done any more to help us. A big thank you to you both. There was nothing to dislike.

The location was very good, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone going. Only problem was no ironing

• Wombala (7/5): Good - Lovely Dino welcomed us and guided us to the apartment. He gave us tips to eat at restaurants and oriented us. He helped with our bags up the stairs. Very kind and friendly. The bathoom was clean but the shower door was a nightmare and came apart each time you showered. The shower drain did not work and was sharp on your feet. The shower is tiny...really tiny. The kitchen is clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable. There is aircon. The mosquitos are voracious! There should have been some spray.
