Arrivée grâce à cette vidéo san stress et très facilement . L’appartement est parfait. Propre tout confort et très bien équipé. Nous attendais dans le frigo de quoi se désaltérer ainsi que de quoi faire notre 1er petit déjeuner. L’appartement est proche d’un arrêt vapporeto. Proche également d’une avenue commerçante . • Antonio (9/5): Serenissima - The apartment's location is excellent, as is its comfort and cleanliness. It's in the Castello neighborhood, a 15-minute walk from St. Mark's Square. It has privileged access to the maritime transport network. The host, GianFranco, was excellent in his communication and care.

• Alla (9/5): However, we recommend this place to stay. Lovely experience - We really liked the way the host communicated - very friendly and easy to deal with. The location of the apartment is great. The place itself is super cozy and warm (which was especially important since we stayed in February). It has everything you need to cook, and it’s clean and well kept. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed - it’s very squeaky and feels a bit unstable.
• Lynne (10/5): We had a lovely time living in an area where locals live but still within easy access of major attra - We particularly enjoyed the homeliness of the property and the fact that every effort had been made to provide things you may need. The provision of coffee and tea supplies and biscuits was a really nice touch. The owner met us at the ferry dock and guided us to the property giving us lots of local information. He also checked in on us via a message to see we were okay. Everything was fine - nothing to criticise.

Molto Soddisfatto. - La posizione strategica, quartiere Giardini Biennale, a meno di 1km da Piazza San Marco, e con la fermata del Vaporetto a poche centinaia di metri. La Coop per chi opta per la spesa, e numerosi locali, ristoranti, bar/pub per chi invece preferisce pranzare e/o cenare fuori. L’accoglienza dello staff e stata Eccellente, gia prima del soggiorno. Ci hanno mandato persino, il percorso completo con tanto di linee di vaporetto, dalla fermata all appartamento, con un vieo di oltre 6 minuti. Difficile trovare un’ ospitalità e un’accoglienza cosi. Soggiornerò nuovamente, quando ritornerò a Venezia.
• Beatrice (10/5): Appartamento gioiello in una zona tra le più autentiche di Venezia - Appartamento molto curato nella Venezia autentica del Sestiere Castello e Viale Garibaldi, a due passi dai Giardini della Biennale e vicino alla zona dell’Arsenale. Arredato con gusto, con una godibile zona soggiorno e pranzo, e una grande e comoda camera da letto, con addirittura doppia finestra sulla calle, a pochi passi dal ponte e dal canale. Comodo per girare la zona e spostarsi a piedi, comodo con la fermata del vaporetto, che porta ovunque, vicinissimo alle più tipiche trattorie/osterie dove vanno i veneziani, e tranquillissimo, fuori dal caos delle arterie più turistiche, ma vicino ad ogni servizio utile, supermercati compresi. Il proprietario è stato un ospite squisito, sia nella premura di essere disponibile per ogni necessità, sia nel farci lasciare i bagagli fino alla nostra partenza nel primo pomeriggio, dopo il check out, e venendo ad aspettarci all’arrivo. Torneremo sicuramente !

• Antel (9/5): Naprosto vyjimecna lokalita, prave, autenticke Benatky, vrele doporucuji! - Lokalita fantastická. Stranou od turisty preplnenych ulic, autenticke, opravdove bydleni v Benatkach V dnesni dobe uz je standartem drzet krok v technickem vybaveni aparmanu. Myslim si, ze by se tam hodilo Smart-tv, s pristupem na Netflix, ci YouTube. Taky mam rad technicke vychytavky typu ambientni osvetleni, smart klimatizaci, ci sprchy s masazni funkci.
• Michael (9/5): - Spacious apartment (by Venetian standards) in a great location. Good facilities and clear communication in terms of access and use. Highly recommend the nearby Caffe la Serra for good coffee, great toast and a friendly neighbourhood vibe. Comfortable bed but would appreciate a couple of additional pillows.

• Caterina (9/5): Ottimo appartamento in un quartiere tranquillo - La posizione veramente comoda per visitare la Biennale, in un quartiere tranquillo e poco turistico con molti ristoranti e bar vicini e la fermata del vaporetto a pochi passi. Inoltre l’appartamento era dotato di numerosi generi di conforto che raramente si trovano, uno su tutti il caffè e acqua e latte in frigo, apprezzabile. Per due persone è perfetto Nulla, ci tornerò sicuramente

• Vanessa (8/5): - The apartment is located in a charming cobbled lane 10 mins. walk from the vaporetto stop. There is a wine bar and pizza restaurant a stone's throw away, and the local village with supermarkets, chemists and quite a few good restaurants 15 mins walk through a lovely park. It has an authentic local feel away from the crowds of tourists that swarm in the center of Venice. The apartment had air-conditioning, washing machine, and dryer and was eclectic in its furnishings but comfortable. The owners even provided some snack foods and an Aussie electric plug converter. Very thoughtful. The downstairs power went out one evening, but this only affected the entrance and laundry, not the main living areas, and the hosts came by the next morning to reset it. So, it wasn't a big deal.

• Greg & Heather (10/5): Lovely stay and host! - The apartment, as well as the host, was lovely and super informative! Even though we couldn't meet upon arrival, check-in was a breeze with a detailed video that included step by step directions to the apartment as well as recommending places to eat and drink! As far as facilities, the apartment is on the second floor and the two rooms as well as the kitchen are beautifully and comfortably appointed! The air conditioning works well and is quiet. The location is super convenient to most attractions, but quiet and tucked into a corner of Venice that most miss. The water bus stop is a few minutes walk. A lovely stay overall!

Location is in a quiet part of Venice away from the tourist crowds, but still easily walkable to the main centre with some lovely local restaurants around. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was fantastic, he met us where we got off the boat late at night to show us to the apartment and gave lots of great recommendations. Overall would highly recommend and would love to come back!

• Carol (10/5): A brilliant stay in Venice - We were met at the water taxi stop by the owner, exceptional service and customer service care. He contacted us frequently to check we were ok, and gave some recommendations for staying in Venice that we did and were glad we did. WiFi is superb in the apartment and there is everything you need for a self catering stay. The owner lives locally, so would be on hand very speedily should anyone have any issues. Would definitely stay here again if in the same area. Probably the only thing would be a higher sofa bed, which we only used as a sofa, as we literally had to roll onto the floor to get up. But it was very funny at the time

• Ken (10/5): A clean apartment away from the crowds but just minutes from the centre. - The location was just steps away from the Vaparetto. From there you were able to go anywhere you wanted. You were also a 10 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. There were also a cafe and bakery steps away from the apartment and two restaurants around the corner. Overall just a great place away from the tourist part of Venice. It was a lovely renovated apartment perfect for a couple. GianFranco met us at the dock and acquainted us with the area and his apartment that was well stocked. Nothing!

The property was perfect and we highly recommend staying here! The caffetteria was slightly rusted on the bottom and the hairdryer cord was frayed, however this was not an issue, as Gianfranco replaced this immediately after we had made him aware of this.

The apartment is extremely well equipped and the owner is always available for advice. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby and only a few minutes from the Grand Canal, yet the area still retains an authentic Venetian way of life. Away from tourist areas ( quiet ) but within easy walking distance of boat stations, restaurants and highlights. Gianfranco met us off the boat at Giardini and showed us to our accommodation for the 3 night stay. Apartment was well equipped, had all the essentials and the welcome pack of milk and biscuits much appreciated. Baker at end of the street and quality restaurant / pizzeria just round the corner ( extremely reasonable prices ). Perfect for our 3 night stay. Rarely do we find a bed and pillows more comfortable than ours at home so it took until the second night to become more comfortable with the bed in the apartment.

Max. 15 minutes walk from the busy center and you are immersed in local, cosy, Italian and Venetian atmosphere. With the transportation daily cards - you can use vaporetto (water tram) from the stop 5 minutes walk from the apartment and easily get to any point on Canale Grande or other islands. Very convenient. The recommendations for the restaurants from the host were very helpful. Delicious food!

• Hilda (10/5): Beautiful apartment, very safe and clean, great neighborhood and amazing hosts. - You won’t find anything better than Isepo apartment to stay inside the island for this price. The hosts are amazing, even before getting there we were given transportation tips and they answered all our questions very quickly. Gianfranco (our host) was very kind to pick us up from Giardini waterbus station and even helped us with our luggage all the way to the apartment (just a 3 min walk from Giardini Station). Then showed us inside and gave us recommendations on where to eat, drink etc. THERE IS AM AMAZING LOCAL PIZZERIA JUST OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT. The apartment is just a perfect pinteresque 23 min walk to St. Mark’s Square away. But still situated in a lovely neighborhood where you will be able to enjoy local Venice and the great restaurants around. We loved the neighborhood and it’s pretty streets and park. The apartment was equipped with more than the necessary, air conditioning, towels, toiletries and even some snacks and juices. In general we had a very comfortable and safe stay.

He was very friendly, informative and provided us with all the details for a comfortable stay. He was also on hand for any assistance or questions we needed throughout our stay. The apartment was equipment with everything we needed. I would recommend anyone staying in this apartment for a visit to Venice.

• Fetiveau (8/5): Pleasant flat in a quiet neighbourhood - - The flat is located near the Biennale gardens, so it's rather out of the way of the most touristy places in Venice. For me, this is an advantage because you avoid the crowds and the tourist restaurants and, in any case, Venice is beautiful everywhere. - What's more, the flat is 6 minutes from a vaporetto stop that serves many places, including the station directly. In the neighbourhood, there is a large grocery shop and restaurants. - The owner of the flat was very friendly and greeted us as we got off the boat and accompanied us to the flat, recommending places to eat. - The flat itself is pleasant. - The soundproofing from the street doesn't seem to be very effective but it's not very busy so it's fine.
• Mary (10/5): A great experience - The location of the apartment is great, it has a more live like a local feel. With a lovely green park next to it and a main street with cafes, restaurants and shops just a few minutes away as well as just 2 mins from a water bus stop. Gianfranco who met us off the boat to show us to the apartment was very nice and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped.

Lovely host who met us at the vaporetto stop. Nice facilities including kitchen. Very clean. Close to residential area of Venice with cafes, bakeries and restaurants. We stayed 4 nights and highly recommend this property to those who want to stay in more authentic Venetian neighbourhood but still convenient to San Marco, etc. Nothing

• Serbanescu (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was amazing. Franko even greeted us at arsenal, as this was our first time in Venice. Cot was provided, it was warm, clean, and we even had some snacks. I'm so glad we found coffee and sugar/salt, as after a long fligh you really don't want to go to the shop for coffee and sugar. There is a local coop nearby, at 5min walk, restaurant and coffee shops. 20 ⭐/10. Nothing to dislike

• Royletm (10/5): Perfecto apartment, extremely helpful hosts. - There was nothing to dislike. Sonia was extremely helpful and met us at the Gilardini ACTV stop. Situated next to a lovely park, a stones throw from Venizia FC football ground. Nicely decorated apartment, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, we stayed for 5 days. Could comfortably fit another couple, we didn't need to use the spare back bedroom/lounge. Nothing to dislike. Depending on how deep you sleep, earplugs may be needed if you want a lie in.

The apartment was very cozy and tidy. She had the best recommendations for restaurants and places to see. Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Venice! • Kim (10/5): Exceptional - Location next to great restaurants and bars and easy access to the main attractions. GianFranco was extremely helpful with good advice on places to eat and the apartment was fabulous. We appreciated the breakfast treats left for our first morning.
• Katharina (9/5): Lovely place - The proprietors replied very quickly to any query I had. I was met at the waterbus and brought to the flat and received plenty of very useful and helpful information about Venice and getting around. Giardini/Castello is a lovely place to be as it is a bit quieter than the hustle and bustle of San Marco. For anyone visiting the Biennale the location is simply perfect. Thank you to Caterina and Gian Franco for being great hosts. Nothing worthwhile noting.

We liked the location as it’s not so far from the center, yet quiet A bit pricey (but Venice is on the pricier side so this was one of the cheapest option and the value was great!)

There’s literally every kind of cleaning product you would ask. He was really helpful with recommendations etc. The house is a bit further away from the center. Like 30mins walk. But we didn’t mind it that much. It’s more in the local area.
