- Gaelle (10/5): Super - Appartement super, spacieux, près de tout. Belle surprise Les escaliers pour y accéder sont assez raide.
- Loredana (8/5): -
- Ana Belen (10/5): - La ubicación y alrededores maravillosos.

- Viktoriya (5/5): Italy is hospitable, here it’s standard - I liked the location. I know Venice well, and every year we come here for a week, always booking an apartment in a different district of the city. This one was in a great spot — close to the Biennale, not far from San Marco, and with the vaporetto distances in Venice are never a problem. The apartment matches the photos. It is quite spacious and there is enough room for everyone. We were prepared for everything thanks to previous reviews, as this was the cheapest option that suited us. So I will not say anything new. When an apartment is managed by a private individual, you have more chances to enjoy your stay, and this is noticeable in everything. But when an apartment is managed by a company (as in this case), you get a standardized service.
Two rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for a week, not enough sets of bed linen, 4 forks for 6 people, a clogged kitchen drain, no kitchen towels, etc. None of this is fatal and it won’t ruin your vacation, but if you travel a lot and also work in the tourism industry, then:
- you are able to compare, taking into account the nuances of service in different countries, and Italy is one of the most hospitable;
- you don’t let anyone spoil your holiday while traveling.
I recommend that the managing company carry out inspections of their apartments from time to time.
- Aneesa (7/5): It could have been worse I guess… - Good location. We found toenail clippings all over the apartment when we arrived and there was only one cereal bowl so we had to take turns to eat breakfast.
- Jared (8/5): Very good -
- Annalisa (1/5): Bad - Ottima posizione. THIS APARTMENT IS A SCAM. IT IS DIRTY AND VERY MUCH DIFFERENT THAN THE PHOTOGRAPHS HERE.
- Catrina (6/5): The location was great, but please give your guests a nicer experience of the apartment by adding some comfort, improvin - Location was excellent. It was clean. The light bulbs were too low wattage, so it was dark. It would have been much nicer to add brighter bulbs, then lamps in the lounge and bedrooms for soft directional lighting. The neighbours TV was loud and could be heard every evening all through the apartment. There was little comfort, little care taken. Why leave dead plants on the balcony? No milk or coffee? No mirrors in the bedroom?
- Oto (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barbara (9/5): Superb - Loved the area and how peaceful it was but still so close to everything.
Loved the balcony.
Loved how spacious the apartment was. Very steep stairs with suitcases was tough!
- Denitsa (7/5): Good - The location was great. A lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby including a grocery store 1 min walk. The vaporetti station was also nearby making it a convenient spot to explore Venice. San Marco was just 15 m away easy stroll. The host was accommodating and ensured easy access to the property. The place is run down and desperately needs new furniture and mattresses. If you plan to stay out most of the day and just use it to sleep and shower, I guess it would be fine.
Lower your expectations as pictures do not accurately depict the actual condition of the apartment.
- Anna (5/5): Not the best - Location was fantastic. Near to main sights and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Bathroom/ in apartment absolutely filthy. Back mold on ceiling and around window frame. Beds uncomfortable and air con doesn't work well. Also entrance partially blocked as stairs being fixed. Not a great look
- Yogesh (6/5): Urgent repair work needed - Location is peaceful and safe from rainwater-logging This place needs an urgent upgrade.
Dilapidated building, very unsafe! The main door was broken and got locked when we entered. The stay is on the 2nd floor and the place looks really like a haunted one. It was raining that day and the light went. We tried calling for help to get the main door opened. A non-english speaking lady told us that the owner stays out of venice.
- Lorraine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Silvana (9/5): Very recommended place , you feel like local - Very good location, good quality for the beds. There was coffee , tea for breakfast. Comfortable bathroom, good heating. The pillows could be better
- Stuart (8/5): Very good -
- Nicolas (6/5): Pleasant - location
surface not very clean (shower, kitchen, windows)
not mattress covers.
dangerous electric in the bathroom
bad smell in the bathroom
not enough cutlery, not enought toilet paper, difficult to cook
- Irina (5/5): Pleasant. Good area. Disappointed not to have advertised beach deal. - The location Rented apartment on the understanding they have some sort of 'deal' with one of the Lido resorts - they dont !!
- Judy (8/5): Very good - The place was in a great location to enjoy Venice! The facilitator was very helpful with the water taxi information and got back to us quickly!!! It needed to be updated and cleaned.
- Anonymous (5/5): Great location, generous sized apartment. Kitchen area and entrance need attention. - Perfect location for Biennale.
Quiet, nice local neighbourhood.
Large apartment. Two issues which really let it down.
1. Mattresses and pillows were very worn and poor quality.
2. Security very poor. Neighbour wedges door to street open all day and night to allow entry to cat. Door on landing to this apartment has a broken lock so can't be used. As a solo traveller, I did not feel the set-up was secure. Small repairs would sort the landing door.
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Emily (2/5): Unsafe, especially for children. Unsecure access. Uncaring hosts. - The location was great. Sadly, the hosts behaved appallingly when we were locked out of the property at midnight, with a 1 year old baby due to a faulty lock. They did not answer our calls, or respond to messages. A kindly neighbour ended up helping us get in with a knife and she told us that many other guests had had the same problem before us- some had even had to find an alterative place to stay late at night. When the hosts eventually got back to us the next day, they were unapologetic and said they would send someone to fix the lock. They just removed it, and left the door open - I've got the photos. We asked to stay elsewhere as we did not feel it was safe and they did not offer anything, or even an apology. The property is also totally unsuitable for young children as there is an incredibly steep flight of steps directly outside of the door. Beds were uncomfortable and a pillow as flat as a pancake. Venice is clearly beautiful but stay elsewhere.
- Hailey (8/5): Very good -
- Yvette (8/5): Charming apartment close to restaurants - It is very close to a lot of restaurants and a store. Beds are very comfortable with crisp white linen and the apartment is very spacious. A 15 minute walk from St Marks and short walks from two water bus stops. The lock is very tricky and we struggled to get in when we arrived - thought we were at the wrong place. No coffee or milk was provided. Very strict rules about separating garbage and taking it out, the property threatens to fine you if you leave any unwashed dishes or garbage in the apartment.
- Sarah (7/5): Good -
- Lauren (7/5): Fantastic for what we needed! - The location was perfect for the Biennale! The door was very difficult to open on arrival . There are much clearer baggage lockers that should be recommended rather than the ones recommended by the owner.
