• Nicolò Daniele (7/5): - Il posto è in una zona tranquilla, lontano dalle strade principali che comunque si possono raggiungere con facilità. L'appartamento è grande e carino, ha un piccolo disimpegno fuori con un tavolino molto gradevole. Le camere sono al secondo piano, grandi e funzionali (c'erano anche i piumini percui si è dormito bene). Sono presenti 2 bagni, puiti (mancavano solo i copriscarico dei lavandini, e non funzionava l'acqua calda!). Soggiorno e zona cucina con vari elettrodomestici tra cui lavastoviglie (che non abbiamo utilizzato), funzionali (peccato nemmeno una bustina di caffè solubile o thè che sarebbe stata gradita). Le istruzioni per il ritiro delle chiavi (piazzale ROMA vicino alla stazione) e per trovare l'alloggio distante circa 15 minuti a piedi, sono molto chiare. Purtroppo non funzionava l'acqua calda! ce ne siamo accorti solo alla sera tardi, una volta rientrati e contattare qualcuno a quell'ora non avrebbe risolto il problema. Consiglierei di controllare prima del ritiro delle chiavi se funziona tutto e nel caso di lasciare qualche istruzione accanto alla caldaia per eventualmente resettarla nel caso non funzioni bene. Appena arrivati i caloriferi erano freddi e faceva un po' freddo, ma poi la temperatura è stata ottimale. Per il resto tutto a posto (c'erano split condizionatori ma non c'erano telecomandi...c'era solo una lucina che ha lampeggiato tutta notte che avremmo voluto spegnere). Gli asciugamani presenti erano solo nel formato grande (nulla di che).

• marielle (8/5): - Appartement très agréable dans un quartier calme, loin des foules. Petit extérieur. Nombreux restaurants à moins de 10mn. Vaporeto a 5 mn.
• MARCO (1/5): Poteva ma non puó più - Potenziale e posizione La casa ha un bell'aspetto ed un potenziale pazzesco. È spaziosa, luminosa ed ha un cortiletto esterno. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, a pochi metri c'è la fermata del vaporetto. Devo dire che è collegata bene, in 15 Min ci si trova a Rialto. Peccato per la mancanza di pulizia e di attenzione ai dettagli! Abbiamo trovato una casa completamente sporca, capelli ovunque, calzini sporchi sotto il divano, dischetti struccanti putrefatti dietro il wc, doccino rotto, zanzare spiaccicate sui muri e mai pulite. La polvere era talmente tanta in alcuni punti che non si vedeva nulla,solo una nuvola bianca. Ed è gravissimo considerando che abbiamo due bimbi piccoli che giocano sempre a terra. La lavatrice aveva la muffa sulla guarnizione e il cassettino sporchissimo (ci è toccato farle il trattamento per provare a renderla decente). Le stoviglie ne erano a sufficienza, tranne i bicchieri che erano 3 e noi eravamo in 4. La luce in cucina non funziona, ci è toccato cucinare al buio. Sembrava un casa lasciata all'abbandono da tempo, Senza la presenza minima di un gestore che controlli anche solo il superfluo. Manutenzione zero! Neanche le tapparelle delle finestre del tetto funzionano Un'altra cosa inaccettabile è la mancanza di coprimaterasso e copri guanciali. Abbiamo dormito con un lenzuolino e con delle federe leggerissime, i cuscini sotto erano tutti ingialliti. E non possiamo tralasciare i fili scoperti nelle scatoline elettriche rotte del soggiorno, pericolosissime per i bimbi. Ma la cosa peggiore tra tutti resta la scarsa igiene. Siamo stati in PS al rientro dalle vacanze perché la bimba di un anno aveva strane punture per il corpo, rosse, gonfie e dure. Pensavo a punterei di qualche ragno, ma In ospedale ci hanno detto che sono punture di acari o parassiti. Allucinante! Pagare quasi 900 euro per 4 notti e trovare questa condizione è inaccettabile.
• Ina-Katrin (8/5): Eine schöne Wohnung für mehrere Tage mit der Familie - Gute Lange in einer trotzdem ruhigen Gegend. Schöne Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung hat sogar eine kleine Terasse, zwei Bäder. Vieles war kaputt und wir haben erst mal reparieren müssen. Da keine Spülmaschinentabs für die Gäste zur Verfügung gestellt werden, ist das Geschirr nicht sauber.

Il souffle un peu d’air ambiant qd il fait 36• à l’ombre c’est insupportable Frigo cassé Il manque énormément d’ustensiles de cuisine 1 verre pour 5 personnes donc obligé de manger à l’extérieur tous les jours ce qui n’était pas prévu à la base…

• Emma (8/5): - Quiet area and location but still very close to everything. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The air-conditioner although it turns on doesn't actually work or blow any cool air so it was extremely hot but thankfully provided fans for each room which made it comfortable

The air conditioning was not working properly; luckily, it was not a hot night, and we opened the windows, but we were eaten by mosquitoes.

• Etta (5/5): Great apartment but inflexible staff and stay - Loved that our family of 6 (traveling with my husband and 4 young kids between age 3 and 9) were able to have a comfortable layover - to all stay in one large space and not just two hotel rooms - in Venice near the old Jewish ghetto and kosher food. Great to have two bathrooms, A/C, a fridge, and wifi. The service was not effectively responsive. When I booked the apartment, I requested an early check-in. They said they would let us know the day before our arrival. When I reached out again, they did not reply until the night before saying they could NOT accommodate us until 3pm. They did not offer to store our luggage, however, making us drag our bags to storage for the day AND the key for the apartment was located on the other side of the city, which was not clearly stated in the booking. If you need a layover apartment in the city itself with a larger family, I recommend a more flexible apartment with a closer key pick-up.

I liked the district, which was not far from the historic center, but was very quiet. The apartment had everything we needed. 1.The apartment wasn’t immaculately clean. 2.We had to pick up the keys from a place where they keep the keys, it’s 30 mins minimum from this place to the apartment, it was very inconvenient to pick up the keys, when I traveled with 2 kids and the baggage. 3. They asked to throw garbage before we leave, otherwise we could have faced a fine. To throw trash you have to go to vaporetto station , which is 10min walk , and you can do it only in the morning until 0830 am!!! I found it out too late , but luckily they didn’t charge me for the garbage left

• Elizabeth (7/5): Good - Great location, spacious apartment. Plenty of room to rest and relax. The surrounding area is peaceful and not full of tourists. Recommend you read about key pick up location as soon as you arrive because it is not near the apartment and we had to walk all the way back towards the station after lunch when we realized the key location was not near the property. Overall, the apartment could use a deep cleaning- especially the showers. The apartment is lovely but there were long black hairs in and around one of the showers and the shower doors had mildew or mold on them. There were dishes left in the dishwasher and there was a strong odor coming from the dishwasher. We just hand washed our dishes to avoid the dishwasher. There was also laundry left on top of the washer. It looked like maybe someone tried to do a quick cleanup between guests and didn’t quite finish.

• Alexandra (10/5): Nice apartment - The apartment was nice, just like in the pictures. On the first floor there is a bathroom, open space living and kitchen and upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom. The apartment was clean and warm (and e went there in January). The bedrooms are spacious enough for couples. There is a minimarket close to the location with very good prices. The area is nice and quiet. I recommend it. -

• Kirsten (10/5): a place in paradise Cannareggio - this apartment was perfect it has a home away from home feel. spacious, modern, comfortable and relaxing. short walk to multiple cafes strips on the canals, has that neighborhood vibe. great for families with strollers as wide spaces to get into building and apartment. a little journey into the heart of venice but lovely to return in the evening to less frantic area.nice to sit n relax with a glass if wine. the faville staff were 100% spot on, so helpful with all our enquiries and instructions easy to follow. they arranged a water taxi to get you to airport for 6.30am. pick up 2min walk from apartment there was nothing to not like
