Maria de Jesus (10/5): Excelente ubicación, lugar tranquilo y seguro. - Está sumamente bien ubicado. Es muy tranquilo. Un apartamento moderno y todo está en perfecto estado. Tiene lo esencial. Pienso que tarde o temprano hará falta que coloquen una secadora de ropa, puesto que tarda días en secarse la ropa porque hay muy poquita incidencia e corriente de aire y sol.

Anita (9/5): Nice place to enjoy Venice. - Apartments located near to Rialto bridge and just a short 5 minute walk to San Marco. Hosts are helpful and welcoming. Lot of shops, restaurants and attractions just around the corner. Little bit noisy but it is normal as Venice is popular destination and location is very central. The apartment is very comfortable, there is an elevator, which is important if there are older travelers. Easy access to water transport stops. For breakfast you can buy freshly baked croissants and pizzas in nearby bakery (1 min walk from apartment). Nothing. The apartment was booked at the last minute because the previously booked accommodation canceled the reservation the day before arrival due to a plumbing emergency.

Grace (8/5): Great central location but will go somewhere else next time. - The location was very central to Venice and easily walkable to all parts of Venice. There were also a lot of shops, restaurants all around. If it's your first time in Venice, this is a great location. They didn't have a dryer and the clothes we washed didn't dry very well in the hot humid weather. Having to ask for supplies was unnecessary. When four people check in, they should leave extra trash bags and toilet paper. The living room/kitchen photo is very deceiving. It's a very tiny space. The floor was not very clean.
