• Polyana (9/5): Άνετο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα κοντά στο Ριάλτο - Ένα πολύ καλό και καθαρό διαμέρισμα σε εξαιρετικό σημείο, πολύ κοντά στη γέφυρα του Ριάλτο και στην πλατεία του Αγίου Μάρκου. Άνετο και αρκετά μεγάλο για 3-4 άτομα, σε ιδιαίτερα ήσυχη γειτονιά αλλά και πολύ κοντά σε δρόμο με καφέ και μαγαζιά. Γενικά το θεωρώ πολύ καλή επιλογή για διαμονή στη Βενετία. Μεγάλο συν το ότι δεν βρήκαμε ούτε ένα κουνούπι, καθώς υπήρχε στον χώρο συσκευή κατά των κουνουπιών, τα οποία μπορεί να είναι πρόβλημα στη Βενετία. Παρατηρήσαμε μία ημέρα μια ελαφρή μυρωδιά αποχέτευσης, ευτυχώς όχι έντονη, αλλά είναι κάτι που συμβαίνει συχνά σε παλιά σπίτια. Αυτό συνέβη μόνο μία ημέρα, οπότε ίσως συνδέεται και με τον καιρό.

• Ana (9/5): El apartamento es fantastico, el anfitrion super atento y la ubicacion inmejorable. - la ubicación es perfecta, a 3 minutos exactos del puente de Rialto y a 6 minutos de la Plaza de San Marcos. El apartamento es muy cómodo. Lo único que no me gustó mucho es que el sofá cama chirríaba muchísmo, con culaquier movimiento.

• Monika (9/5): Fantastický apartmán v centru, ale při tom klidný a tichý. - Skvělá komunikace s majiteli - od rezervace, přes tipy, jak dojet a kde zaparkovat po předání klíčů a tipů na restaurace/bary. Po celou dobu s námi byli přes mobil v kontaktu, na předání klíčů jsme tak nemuseli čekat. Majitel nás doprovodil do bytu a vše ukázal. Skvělý, milý přístup. Velmi oceňujeme. Skvělá poloha přímo v historickém centru (2 minuty mostu Rialto a 3 minuty od náměstí Sv.Marka), přesto velmi klidná lokalita bytu díky vedlejší uličce, minimální hluk, zatemnění zajišťují klasické dřevěné okenice. V bytě je vše, co potřebujete - myčka, pračka, velká lednice, vše, co potřebujete na vaření a servírování. Ocenili jsme i základní suroviny - sůl, pepř, cukr, čaj...navíc několik kapslí do myčky a pračky, abyste nemuseli kupovat celé balení. Hezká velká koupelna,kvalitní ručníky, jako bonus malá střešní terasa. V bytě fungovalo topení (v říjnu jsme ocenili). Pokud bude ubytování volné při naší další návštěvě Benátek, určitě se rádi vrátíme. Rozkládací pohovka vrzala, spali na ni jen děti, pro dospělého by byla nepohodlná. Doporučovala bych vyměnit nebo utáhnout.

• Marylan Mae (10/5): Excellent place! - The location is very convenient for reaching the sights in the area. The accommodation was very clean and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The owner of the apartment and the co-host were very accommodating and responded quickly to our requests. We arrived late at night, but the co-host accompanied us to the apartment. They are very helpful.

• Pranshu (8/5): Superb location and comfortable stay - The apartment is in a good location very next to the Rialto station. Have all the amenities as we expected from an apartment. Spacious for 4 people. Having a dishwasher and washing machine helps a lot. Though everything is quite good, sometimes A.C is not cooling enough that it reaches the bedroom, but we visited in the hot summer. Also when the window opens in the evening for a longer time mosquitoes come inside so better keep some mosquito repellent.

• Cristina (10/5): Apartamento totalmente recomendable - Perfecta ubicación a 8 min escasos del puente de Rialto pero en una calle tranquila. Una cafetería Farini y un supermercado a 3 min del apartamento te solucionan todo lo que necesites respecto a compra o comida. Dino el anfitrión encantador. Nos esperó a la llegada, tarde, porque el vuelo llegó sobre las 21 y cuando quisimos llegar ya era bastante tarde. También nos ayudó facilitándonos dejar el equipaje en el apartamento hasta las 12 cosa que es muy de agradecer. Antes era algo común pero ahora casi nadie te deja y eso te obliga muchas veces a pagar en un guarda-equipajes cantidades que son desorbitadas. Así que todo perfecto la verdad. Una muy buena opción y muy bien de precio para visitar Venecia. Totalmente recomendable.

The location of the apartments is ideal. The very center of Rialto, but in a quiet, quiet place. Piazza San Marco is a 10-minute walk away. Place is decent in size and our 3 years old definitely had fun running around and good that is a short distance from the main tourist area so we can walk back to give her a nap and out again without wasting time and having to pay for water taxi etc. Would be better to have an electric kettle rather than on stove but not a big deal

• Süleyman (10/5): Excellent stay! I would definitely do it again. - Even before we came to Venice, they started helping us with the transportation and the meeting time. They really care about how to satisfy guests and give extra importance to small touches that ease your stay there. Only on our 3rd night, we were "attacked" by mosquitos :) and I figured out that may be because of missing flynets (swatters) on the windows. Since I know hosts are really thoughtful, this is just an improvement chance for them! :)

Farini, an amazing cafe with the best coffee, croissants, and pizza only 10 meters away. Coffee/tea/cookies and snacks were available by the host.

• Gryczman (10/5): Exceptional - Location OMG Host Giovanni nice and professional He gave us the map of Venice and told us... "get lost!" We did it and practically didn't use the flat ;), which is comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. We were to hungry for Venice to waste the time cooking, what isn't easy since the Mercato Rialto is 4 minutes on foot. A small backery with delicious croissants, supermarket, gelateria and small restaurants are nearby. 2 minutes to the Rialto Bridge and next vaporetto stop and 6 to San Marco and after 5 days we felt like at home. We will come again!

It has mostly everything you will need, including a washing machine and comfortable bed. The host was fantastic-he met us in the square next door, walked us in, gave us some great information and the communication was perfect. There was nothing we didn’t like, but it would have been nice to have a toaster and an iron.

We've received recommendations about where to do some shopping, have lunch, breakfast or dinner and it was very, very helpful (that is very, very important in Venice!). Very nice and pleasant contact with the host. The apartment is located in a great place, very close to the Rialto bridge and San Marco square. This apartment and experience were the best in the case of traveling across Italy. We honestly recommend it.

Farini (perfect Italian pizza&foccacia & croissants) at ground floor -so to say. There, in Campo San Lio you can have the perfect breakfast every morning/ amazing dinner, cause you never get enough of this amazing Italian treats; perfect gelato in 2 minutes distance (Suso), 5-7 min walking distance to San Marco. Perfect for families of 4. Our host, Giovanni, was very attentive and available for any request.
• Zainab (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the apartment was amazing. Right next to Rialto Bridge but so quiet and peaceful. Giovanni was really helpful. Amenities were good. Small packs of oil, salt and pepper were an added bonus. We even had welcome snacks laid out for us. I will definitely book this place again if I ever visit Venice again. Though the apartment has an air conditioner, a fan in the room will make the room more comfortable
