• Илина (8/5): Great stay in a perfect location 👍 - I had a really good stay overall. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well located, making it easy to explore Venice on foot and access transport links. It was well-maintained and had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. Everything I needed was available, the check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was clear, efficient, and helpful. Some areas could use minor updates or better maintenance. A bit more attention to detail (like extra toiletries) would improve the overall experience.
• Fabio (7/5): Consigliato - Appartamento situato nel quartiere silenzioso di Castello, dotato di un soggiorno con cucina e tv, due camere da letto ed un bagno. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la pulizia del bagno ma è stato prontamente risolto. La comunicazione con i gestori della struttura è stata ottima, si rendono disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza. La cabina doccia dotata di tenda andrebbe modernizzata.

• Nazanin (2/5): Not recommended unless the price is very low - The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice The pictures look better than the reality. The wardrobe was broken, so we weren’t able to use it. The kitchen walls had lots of very visible stains and looked dirty, and the kettle had an unpleasant smell. When we arrived around 3:30pm, the property wasn’t ready and we had to wait for the cleaning to be finished. However, on the day of checkout, the cleaner was at the property earlier than the checkout time (10am)

Еще и - Объект находится в 20 минутах пешком от главной площади , не составляло проблем добраться до центра. Единственный момент который мы не учли : отель относительно далеко от вокзала , что усложнило нам добраться до него в ночною время на ранний вылет . Если у вас ранний вылет особенно из аэропорта тревиза - обратите на это внимание . Персонал милый и приветливый , в апартаментах было чисто . Немного неудобная и слишком крутая лестница наверх , обратите внимание что для пенсионеров не подойдет увы .
• Ольга Полупанова (4/5): Обман гостей - Не людный район, мало туристов, апартаменты просторные, двухэтажные, есть 2 изолированные спальни (маленькие), есть небольшой балкончик, персонал быстро отвечал на смс, сотрудник вовремя прибыл для заселения, выдал чек об оплате городского налога, удобные кровати, достаточное количество полотенец 1. Сильное несоответствие фотографий на сайте состоянию апартаментов. Фото отредактированы в лучшую сторону либо не отображают невыгодные для арендодателя ньюансы. Вся мебель в действительности старая, поврежденная, радиатор отопления в ванной со слущенной эмалью и ржавчиной. 2. Поломан холодильник, так как он тоже довольно старый. Он работал некоторое время, потом сам отключался, горело только освещение внутри, но холод отсутствовал, нужно было поворачивать несколько раз регулятор холода внутри то в большую, то в меньшую сторону, после чего холодильник снова включался. Из-за этого в холодильнике был запах. 3. Поломана душевая кабина, в ней полностью отсутствуют раздвижные створки, вместо них висит грязная, не первой свежести душевая штора. Сверху рейлинг , на котором висит штора, перемотан скотчем. 4. Сливная система в унитазе поломана. При нажатии кнопка слива западает, течет вода, декоративная крышка кнопки слива отпадает. 5. Сушилка для белья имеет повреждение, отломала одна спица 6. Стеклянный столик на балконе поврежден. 7. Одна комфорка в газовой плите не работает 8. Плохо сделана уборка. Холодильник, стиральная машина, душевая кабина, другие предметы в ванной грязные, в рыжем налете. Под кроватями ужасная пыль (положили под кровать ненужные рюкзаки, они были в белых хлопьях пыли). 9. Нет крышки на большую кастрюлю и сковородку. 10. На кухне живут муравьи в большом количестве, которые сразу налетали на крошки на кухонную поверхность между плитой и раковиной 11. Грязные стены, оббитые углы. 12. Шкафы в спальнях пожелтевшие, в повреждениях. 13. Внутри шкафа в спальне наклеяны ободранные обои. 14.Вместо пододеяльников на одеялах были предоставлены простыни, которые ночью скомкивались и приходилось контактировать с одеялом, которое, естественно, не стирают после каждого гостя. Считаю, что в таком виде апартаменты нельзя сдавать.

• Alessandro (9/5): Ahhh, Venezia... - Appartamento ampio con ambienti giusti e bagno molto spazioso Posizione molto buona, abbastanza vicino a piazza San Marco, distante invece dalla stazione ferroviaria All'arrivo in struttura abbiamo aspettato alcuni minuti prima che l'host arrivasse e ci consegnasse le chiavi. Inoltre nonostante fossimo arrivati nell'orario corretto di check-in, le pulizie non erano ancora state effettuate. L'host si è scusato e le pulizie sono state approntate al più presto fortunatamente.

A leírásban nem tájékoztattak arról, hogy az apartmannon belül két szint van, az alsó szinten található egy hálószoba és a fürdőszoba, a felső szinten egy hálószoba és a konyha. Ez nekünk nem tetszett. Az ágyakon két személyes takaró volt, szerettünk volna kérni plusz egy takarót, hogy ne kelljen egy takaró alatt alud unk. Amikor jeleztük az igényünket azt az ígéretet kaptuk, hogy kapunk plusz egy ágyneműt, ami nem érkezett meg az alatt az idő alatt amíg Velencében tatózkodrunk, pedig a kérésünket többször is jeleztük. Hárman mentünk Velencébe barátnők és nem szerettünk volna ketten egy takaró alatt aludni. Nagyon kellemetlen volt nekünk így aludni, egy takaró alatt ketten...

• johanna (10/5): - The apartment was spacious and clean kitchen was functional with complimentary cofee, oil, condiments. Location was great, near the Bienale, St Marco square and vaporetto. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Staff was very friendly andhelpful. Everyyhing was perfect.

• LorMunMen (5/5): - Apartamento bien ubicado y cómodo. Completo en cuanto a utensilios básicos para unos días de viaje por Venecia. Supermercado muy cercano. Hubo un detalle muy desagradable. Tras 2 semanas de conversación previa a nuestra llegada, nadie nos envió la ubicación del apartamento en cuestión, ya que hay varios disponibles. Si nos enviaron, en reiteradas ocasiones, los precios por el late check-in y que el pago debía hacerse en efectivo. Tuvimos comunicación constante desde la salida del vuelo pero no confirmaron la dirección en ningún momento. Al llegar a la que indicaba en Booking nos dice que no nos ve en la calle y nos manda la ubicación "correcta" entonces. Se encontraba a 8 min andando que no es mucho. Al llegar a la nueva ubicación, desde fuera llamé 2 veces seguidas sin respuesta y tras varios minutos salió a por nosotros. Justo el tiempo adecuado para pasar de una franja a otra y que el pago fueran 35 en lugar de 25. Tenemos los mensajes de estar en la ubicación antes de las 20. Pero ese "despiste" ya nos costaría 10 euros más. Me pareció intencionado, y además bajo la frase "Esto es Venecia". Fue una tomadura de pelo y un "robo". Solicitamos el recibo de los pagos en efectivo y me lo envió sin numeración y con el sello ilegible. Tuve que volver a solicitarlo.

• Ruben (9/5): - Muy buena calefacción, cómodo y limpieza. Alguna telaraña por las vigas del techo pero nada que asuste. Sábanas, toallas y todo en general bastante nuevo y limpio. Tiene hervidor de agua, secador, lavadora.... Le añadiría un pequeño sofá en la sala principal y un microondas en la cocina para que todo fuese perfecto.

Также мы получили рекомендации ресторанов и пунктов хранения багажа. К сожалению кровать была очень неудобной, она не была стабильна и казалось что однажды мы провалимся. К тому же она ужасно скрипела при малейшем движении. Из-за этого выспаться совсем не удалось. Кресла на кухне были очень твердые и также неудобные.

La cosa principale è che al momento della prenotazione non era chiaro che avremmo avuto un appartamento con il letto situato in soppalco bassissimo, scomodo e privo di prese per luci . insomma questa è decisamente una pecca. per il resto passabile.

Le foto della struttura comprendono anche quelle di altri appartamenti, perchè questo appartamento non ha tutte queste stanze. Inoltre, le foto sono abbastanza ritoccate o risalgono a quando l'appartamento era nuovo. Ora gli ambienti non sono più così nuovi.

• Cesar (8/5): An amazing place to stay. - The place was in a very comfortable area, with a lot of walking distance restaurants, shops and main town. The apartment was clean, adequate size and really comfortable. We had to wait for about 15 minutes outside the property to be handed the keys. The bedroom got really warm at nights and there was source of cooling for this area. The AC in the main room would not reach the bedroom.

• Alexander (3/5): Misunderstanding in Venice - it's cold in the apartment The apartments are very uncomfortable and are located on the top floor of the building. You have to go up the stairs to get to the kitchen. Sometimes the power would break and we had to go down to the building to fix it.

• Vitalija (7/5): Verblijf in Biennale by Bricola Apartments - Een fijn klein appartement met een keuken. Koffie en thee zijn aanwezig. We vonden de locatie uitstekend: naast het park, op korte loopafstand langs de kust, van het San Marcoplein. Veel rustiger dan in het stadscentrum. We hadden een lek in de leiding onder de gootsteen, waardoor de badkamer onder vis water kwam te staan. We hebben het aan de host verteld en hij heeft het gerepareerd. Een ander probleem is dat alle kamers klein zijn en dat de ramen niet helemaal open kunnen, er is een muur tegenover. Dit is iets om rekening mee te houden voor mensen met claustrofobie. Kan heel depressief gevoel geven.

Sporco, la doccia era proprio sporca. Il bollitore ha la plastica interna sciolta. Il piumino era macchiato. No, non va bene.

• JAcoobic (10/5): Výborná volba - Lokalita je naprosto perfektní, ubytování se nachází v klidné části Benátek, ale restaurace a lokální Coop jsou do pěti minut chůze. Zažijete tak kanály a Benátky, ale pokud chcete, snadno se vyhnete přeplněným oblastem, jako je Rialto a San Marco.

• Sabrina (7/5): Gute Unterkunft mit super Lage - Sehr nette Vermieter Tolle Lage Viel Ausstattung Leider war es nicht ganz sauber, es war sehr viel staub unter den Betten und auch auf den frischen handtüchern und bettüberzügen waren flecken. Eine Stufe von den treppen war kaputt, das könnte gefährlich sein.

• Marion (6/5): Pleasant - Overall good value for money. Clean, safe. They (very obviously) double booked the apartment so they gave us a seperate smaller one for the first night. It was inconvenient since we had to waste time our second day moving our luggage across the city. They didn't offer any compensation or even take the blame for it, which left a bad taste in our mouth. I wouldn't stay with them again, but the apartments themselves were good.

They just changed the sheets and wipe down the counters. The stove does not work and the host showed us a electric oven as a replacement which was dirty. She talked to booking cusfomer service and the owner in Italian so I had it translated their conveesation. It was an awful experience and after dealing with her for an hour they decided to just cancel my reservation and she told me to find another place. I have pictures I can upload of the place and conversation. I was also charge a cancellation fee which they are the one who told me to cancel it. Overall my experience was terrible and I found another place and very nice and clean. Nothing. We tried to check in early and the host met us at the location. • Karlo (8/5): Very good - Quite spacious for a studio apartment, tall ceilings, there's AC and you have the whole place to yourself. Great location if you're visiting the Biennale, the neighborhood seems really quiet. Overall quite satisfied with the apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor overlooking the street, so we had the shutters closed the whole time. The wi-fi was really slow. It also had quite a lot of mosquitoes, considering we didn't open the window. It seemed they were coming from the drains. Be sure to bring mosquito repellent just in case.

• Irini (10/5): Exceptional - It’s the perfect location if you are visiting the Biennale exhibition. It’s a bit of a walk to the center but nothing too crazy. The neighborhood is from the few places in Venice that didn’t feel too touristy! There were a lot of mosquitoes, but that is to be expected in Venice during summer. (The room was equipped with mosquito repellents)

• Jono (7/5): Ok place. - Out of the way of the busy city centre. Spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't dry the clothes on the rack in the apartment so had to walk half an hour to a laundromat. Wifi was incredibly slow which made even looking up a restaurant take 5 minutes or more (0.7 Mbps or 0.0875 MBps) it would also cut out completely constantly.

• Denh (7/5): Convenient enough but not what we expected based on photos. - The coffee was great. Bath towels felt nice. The location to water bus stop convenient, less than 10mins walk. Close to restaurants. Tight bathroom. Hot water in shower very on off and hard to get the right temperature. Multiple light bulbs not working. Upstairs bedroom much smaller than how it appeared in photos and window only had half a timber shutter to block out light.
