• Barbara (8/5): - Super Lage 1 Doppelbett war zu schmal. Die Heizung schaltete sich wieder und wieder alleine ab. Der Weg durch das Treppenhaus in den 3. Stock ist etwas für sportlich Versierte.

Las instalaciones desde el exterior ya se ven poco cuidadas, además la estancia no fue cómoda por la temperatura del apartamento, ya que los aires no calientan y el agua caliente es muy escasa al día.

• PILAR CAÑETE CARRER (8/5): - Lo mejor del apartamento es su situación, a dos minutos de la plaza de San Marcos. Ideal para cuatro personas. Creíamos que el apartamento tenía dos baños y no era así, quizás las fotos dan pie a la confusión

• Aleksander (5/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do wszystkich atrakcji Wenecji, w pobliżu sklep i i dobra restauracja, cicha kamienica, kontakt z Właścicielem poprzez What's App Mieszkanie w fatalnym stanie technicznym, niesprawne WiFi, klimatyzacja w obu sypialniach brak możliwości włączenia, , niesprawny tv, powyrywane gniazdka że ścian, nieporządek, brud,. Serwis sprzątający lekko ogarnął mieszkanie a nie sprzątnął. Utrudnione wejście do apartamentu, brak wymaganej ilości pościeli. Brak baterii w pilocie do klimatyzacji. Ściany brudne, ochlapane, jakimś sokiem, jedna pościel ubrudzona krwią, brak kompletu naczyń, Niestety nie polecam.

• Tully (10/5): Perfect location, good value and great staff - would absolutely return! - This was a perfect location for all of the activities we wanted to take advantage of in Venice! It would have been difficult to find, except for the detailed photos provided upon completion of the booking made it simple. The staff, as we interacted virtually, were extremely responsive and helpful; they made the trip even better!

• Sharon (7/5): Good apartment for x5 in central Venice - Central but a peaceful spot. No big deal but be aware that WiFi is poor. It also meant the 1 evening we wanted to watch a film we couldn't log onto Netflix.

• Andrea (8/5): Very good - The rooms are very comfortable and the location is pretty good Wi-Fi didn’t work really well, not a deal breaker but kind of annoying. There’s a lot of noise during the night so if you’re a light sleeper then just bring your earplugs (that’s what I did), but that’s the price to pay for being in the city center.

• Mezo (6/5): Less than perfect - The location was good. We arrived to a dirty apartment. There were dirty towels on the floor and nothing was cleaned. Secondly, it was too small for our party of five. We had to book other accommodations because it was too small for five. The couch was 12 inches away from our bed. Very cramped.

• Katharin (8/5): V pleasant flat in the heart of the city - The location is amazing right in the heart of Venice literally 2 mins walk to St mark's square. It is extremely difficult to find though as Google maps didn't seem to work but the staff were very helpful helping us find the place. It is very clean and had most things needed. Lacking on quite a few utensils such as a sharp knife but its workable. It was very pleasant flat and prob just as u would expect for the centre of the city there were no frills but it was v adequate and like I say the staff were v helpful and accommodating allowing us to leave our bags at their office on the day we left. The one slight downside is getting rid of your rubbish. I understand why you have to take it but it was quite a stressful as we weren't 100% sure where to take it. The map in the folder wasn't very helpful. It worked out in the end but was a worry we didn't need.
