• Donata (10/5): Una Vogalonga memorabile - Il letto è grande e comodissimo, pulizia perfetta, locali spaziosi. La cucina è il bagno sono forniti di tutto. In bagno shampoo, balsamo e bagno schiuma a volontà. Persino articoli di primo soccorso. Se proprio dovessi, direi l'ingresso che è un po' piccino con scalino alto. Ma nessuno ha battuto la testa

• Rick (9/5): - Many shopping and dining locations close by. Short walk to Water Taxi. Host provided us with wonderful recommendation to visit husband's glass factory in Murano. Venice is a tricky city for seniors with some mobility issues.
• Julien (8/5): Perfect spot for an extended stay in Venice! - Emplacement parfait et très pratique, hôte très disponible et très réactif, possibilité d’un early check-in, très bon rapport qualité-prix pour une ville aussi touristique, lit très confortable, machine à laver + sèche-linge, wifi extrêmement performant Un peu sombre, douche avec peu de pression, pas de petites attentions complémentaires (boissons, gâteaux, etc.), mais ce sont des points mineurs

• Monique (7/5): Bon séjour dans un quartier pas trop touristique. - Très bon emplacement pour nos déplacements ,.appartement en rez de chaussé plutôt calme ,bien équipé et très bien chauffé. Un accueil et une relation directe avec la propriétaire permettant d'avoir des informations sur le quartier par exemple adresse de restaurants , des expositions , des concerts , gestion des poubelles... Le différent concernant la taxe de séjour déjà encaissée par booking.com.
• Kornilios (10/5): - The room is located in a very central area, just 5 minutes away from the F.me Nove stop (for access from the airport). It includes all the amenities you might need (refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, kitchen). Claudia, the host, was very friendly and helpful, and provided us with lots of useful information. She also offered us free access to one of the glass museums in Murano.

The apartment is in a fantastic location — just a short walk from everything you want to see in Venice, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful street. It’s on the ground floor, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in was easy, everything was well explained. Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home — calm, cozy, and stress-free. Everything was perfect, no problems at all.
• Wojciech (8/5): - Klimatycznie, było dużo przedmiotów w kuchni, żeby samemu sobie pogotować. Trochę za ciemno, musieliśmy mieć zapalone światło w dzień (mielismy zasłonięte okna w sypialni bo wychodzily na ulicę). Odpływ wody pod prysznicem schodził bardzo powoli.

The location was perfect, unique, easy and contactless check in and out, we could get the keys even an hour earlier. Hot water and ACs make the stay cushy and fresh. All what you need is available. I can sincerely recommend it.

Your little apartment in Venice - Air conditioning and heaters kept the apartment warm despite the low temperatures - Washing machine and dryer are present if one needs to wash the laundry - The floor wasn’t perfectly cleaned and some dust residues were left on the carpets and around - The shower is a bit smelly and some corners were a bit moldy

The bed was comfortable, the area was a bit aside from the tourist path and to get there from the airport was almost direct with the boat. I cannot say anything negative about it.

• Amanda (6/5): Small ground floor apartment in a great location with excellent amenities - Apartment had all the basic amenities, including washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, microwave, utensils etc, and good air conditioning and wifi. So it had everything you need. Location was excellent. The owner's communication was good. Things like toilet paper and shower gel and soap were provided. The living and kitchen area is a bit small with nowhere other than the dining table to prepare food, so I think the price was maybe a little high for a small apartment (though prices have gone up in Venice recently). If you are not going to prepare food or have a short stay, this won't bother you. I would say the main issue we found was that the two-seat sofa was really uncomfortable and so it was hard to relax in the apartment. A nicer, slightly bigger sofa would have made a HUGE difference to the quality of our stay as we were there 9 nights. However, most people will find this apartment adequate for their stays if most of your time is spent out.

• Helen (9/5): A perfect week in Venic - The location was excellent, in a very quiet campiello, within easy walking distance of just about everywhere. Especially convenient for the airport ferry which was a pretty direct 6 minutes walk. The apartment had everything I needed and was very comfortable. Claudia was always contact able. It looked very unappealing from the outside at first glance, but this was my first visit to Venice, and I came to appreciate how unchanged the buildings are over the centuries. My only unpleasant experience was on my first morning, when what I thought was sugar for my coffee turned out to be salt!

Also, it's a great location, a few minutes from the Rialto Bridge. I really enjoyed the place and will come here if I'll have such an opportunity. Nothing. Everything was great!

There was a washing and drying machine as well. Apartment was clean and well kept. Host was super helpful and responsive! Comfy duvet and pillows. The double bed is actually two single mattresses so it makes for a bit of a hole in between when you sleep. The water pressure in the shower also was not the best.
