All'accoglienza neanche un buongiorno con l'addetto che ti vede salire 87 gradini e neanche ti viene incontro per aiutarti. Bagno cieco senza areatore per tutto il tempo del soggiorno con promessa di sistemarlo la settimana successiva. Direi pessimo.

• Daniel (10/5): Es war einfach toll! - Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine sehr schöne Küche mit Zubehör (Geschirr, Gläser, Küchengeräte etc.) und überzeugt mit ihrem Charme. Sie sieht sehr gut aus, die Zimmer und Betten sind groß und verfügen über eigene Heizungen/Klimaanlagen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert und die übergebende Person war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alles machte einen sehr guten und gepflegten Eindruck. Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort. Der Essbereich in Kombination mit dem Ambiente hat uns zum verweilen am Abend eingeladen und wir hatten einige tolle Gespräche mit einem Glas Wein. Alle 6 Personen von unserer Gruppe waren sehr begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die mehrfach erwähnten Treppenstufen zur Wohnung waren aus unserer Sicht kein Problem. Es ist eben Venedig. Und wenn man dann in der Wohnjng angekommen ist, sind die Treppen Nebensache. Gerne wieder! Nichts

• Pearl (10/5): Beautiful accommodation in the beautiful city of Venice - Perfect location and very clean The apartment was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. Gorgeous decor.
• Linda (8/5): Goed - Goede locatie, ruim en mooi appartement, schoon, keukenfaciliteiten goed en incl. enkele basisbehoeften zoals kruiden, koffie en thee. Supermarkt dichtbij. Na uitchecken konden we de bagage tot ons vertrek naar het vliegveld laten staan in de hal. Voldoende daglicht, maar geen uitzicht. Het serviesgoed was wat matig. We misten wat kleinere schaaltjes (voor bv yoghurt bij ontbijt of na diner of nootjes), theeglazen en grotere bekers.

Perfect for a big family or group of friends. It was very cold, especially in the night, no heating. Unfortunately no warm blankets. When we asked the host for them, got no answer.

Plenty of space for two families of four It was all good. Smallish kitchen but everything you need is there.

• Jane (9/5): Fantastic, sleek apartment in the heart of Venice close to everything. - This apartment was huge and very comfortable. Even had netflix so we could watch programs in English which was nice. The kitchen was well equipped and having a washing machine and dryer was a bonus considering we'd been travelling for a few weeks and needed clean clothes. Easy walking distance to restaurants, Vaporetto stops, grocery stores, everything. The air conditioning was working in the bedroom so I had trouble sleeping because it was warm.

• Audrey (10/5): Exceptional - Finding a 4-bedroom apartment in the center of Venice was difficult, and I had low expectations going in. However, this place was great. The location obviously cannot be beat. We walked everywhere the entire trip. There was plenty of room for 7 people, including a 5 and 7-year old. We were there in August and the AC worked great. Even the beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on in an apartment rental. We struggled a bit to figure out how to get the clothes washer/dryer to work, but that is my only complaint. I highly recommend.

• Barbara (10/5): Fantastic apartment in wonderful Venice is highly recommended. - The apartment is in a fantastic location in the centre of Venice, walking distance to everything. It is huge, with very large bedrooms with comfortable beds and shutters that keep the rooms very dark for sleeping. There is a large dining room table and a couple of comfortable couches. The kitchen has enough supplies (although the dishes are in a couple of free-standing cabinets, so look around to find everything). There is a washer and dryer and dishwasher. Large laundry room. Good water pressure. And we all loved the fact that the door to the apartment stairs sounds like a banshee wailing whenever it is opened or closed. It was like being in a scary movie! The shower hose in the bathroom beside the living room doesn't stay in position. The clothes dryer (even after a couple of cycles) leaves the clothes damp, so they must be dried on the rack. Really common in Europe. Maybe a sign on the apartment door would be helpful. We were fine with the many steps to get up to the apartment, but some might not be. None of these things changed our enjoyment in the least, but may make the difference to some people.

• P.m. (10/5): The stay and apartment was so nice, that sometimes we preferred to have diner inn - Location is perfect, very near to the San Marco square and Realto waporetto station. A lot of shops and cafes are nearby. apartment is very stylish clean and well equipped.
• Christine (9/5): REALY pleased with the Apartment,good location,easy to locate,and set in the Hart of VENICE - The apartment is lovely.well furnished,comfortable,clean and well equipped,The Venue ideal for easy access to the centre of Venice,I have visited Venice many times but for others in my party it was their first time so this was ideal. A little disappointed in the handover of keys,our flight was delayed by around half an hour,when I called to inform the contact ,he said he had been waiting,surely it would be good practice to keep an eye on flight arrival times,I explained that we would not be long as we were on our way in a water taxi ,he said he would wait,I paid the taxi extra to drop us off as close to the apartment as possible,then had to telephone again to contact him,the handover was rushed.A shame as the Apartment is EXCELLENT. Only one negative.....the shower head in one bathroom did not fit its holder ,needs attention,otherwise PERFECT

Host looking after us kept in touch by what’s app daily and helped us arrange other trips and taxis during our stay. Wonderful place. Many stairs to climb with cases, 3 large flights . Not good for anyone with Mobility issues. But no problem if fit and able. Host helped with bags when we arrived which was great.
