• Mona (9/5): Great place to stay while in venice with family or a group - This place was in a great location, we appreciated the little extras they provided. Check in was so easy and it was only about a 5 min easy walk from water bus stop with no bridges to go over which was nice. It has 2 full bathrooms which was convenient and our family of 6 had alot of space and could sleep comfortable. It also has a washing machine and a drying rack, but no dryer. This place is updated and clean. Would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend. I think having a little couch in the kitchen area would be useful. Would've been nice to have other seating options other than around the kitchen table to sit a relax or hang out with the family, especially after long days of walking around venice. Also the water pressure in one of the showers was very low. Otherwise everything was great.

Also, toaster is complicated to operate and we just couldn't get it to function. A simple toaster would be great. Microwave was great, thank you!!

• Dimitris (9/5): - Το σπίτι είναι σε μια από τις πιο όμορφες πλατείες με πολλά μαγαζάκια για φαγητό η καφέ. Το διαμέρισμα πολύ καθαρό και έχει ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος. Ο ιδιοκτήτης και η μητέρα του είναι απίστευτοι. Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί με καθημερινή επικοινωνία για το αν χρειαζόμαστε κάτι και όποτε ζητήσαμε κάτι μας εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα. Δεν είναι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο απλά θα ήταν το τέλειο εάν υπήρχε και ένα σαλονάκι να μπορούν να κάθονται όλοι μαζί.. υπάρχει η κουζίνα αλλά εάν υπήρχε εφάμιλλο σαλονάκι θα ήταν το τέλειο.

The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed! The Host was very communicative and sent great directions on how to get to the apartment and how to get inside. I can’t recommend this place enough and we will be back! Nothing it was perfect!

• Susan (8/5): - The location was excellent. There is a great plaza right outside the apartment for many food options. Everything was within walking distance and the area was quiet at night. There was no main living area except the kitchen. The bedrooms were great, the bathrooms were functional, but the kitchen table was the only gathering space for our group. The apartment is also lacking a coffee maker. There was a percolator, but that only makes a cup at a time and then you have to wait for it to cool down before you can make another. That was definitely a drawback unless you like to go out for coffee in the morning.

The apartment is very well presented, clean and well equipped. We were very comfortable here and appreciated the air conditioning since it was very hot when we visited. The owner was helpful and gave us clear instructions for accessing the property and local transport advice. My one regret is that we didn't stay longer.

So close to St Mark's Square and on a beautiful square. What was also fabulous was the communication with the owner... superb! All fabulous!

Apartmanı sırf mutfak ve çamaşır olanakları için tuttum, ancak bütün mutfak malzemelerini alacaksan ne anlamı var. Mutfakta bırakılan tuz 1mm kalınlıkta,gidip marketten tuz aldık. Su kaynatmak için cattle yoktu.

Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber mit sehr guter Kommunikation. Entfällt im Grunde genommen. In der Küche gibt es einen typisch italienischen Mokkakocher - wir haben uns mit Instantkaffee beholfen.

Excellent location around 12 minutes walk to Rialto, Piazza San Marco and 4 minutes to Academia bridge. 1 minute to Campo San Stefano. Very proactive and helpful communication from host Alberto including Prosecco and water in the fridge and 10% off at Le Caffe next door - good breakfast. Fantastic modern state of the art air con which was amazing as it was 31 degrees outside. If you don’t like thick, dense pillows you’ll need to use the cushions provided to get a more comfortable sleep. but they were fine as a thinner and softer alternative.

The host, Alberto, was very welcoming, thoughtful and provided the details clearly. We were pleasantly surprised to receive the welcome gift from him and his mother upon arrival. We would highly recommend this place and the host! The host was very kind to help us arrange the water taxi between train station and his apartment. While the pickup was smooth, the transfer back to train station after checkout was not. Water taxi number 295 didn't show up at all. We wasted more than 25 mins waiting for him and we were lucky enough to get another water taxi to catch the train in time. It was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. To fellow travellers, please beware of water taxi 295. I hope the host would stop using this irresponsible and unreliable water taxi for his guests. Again, we really appreciate the host's kind help, just not the water taxi driver.

• Jane (10/5): Wonderful, super clean and perfectly located apartment - The location of the property was fantastic - very central but quietly situated off on a side street to a square, overlooking a canal. The apartment has three good size double bedrooms and two bathrooms (with two showers) making it comfortable for six adults to stay here. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Alberto was very attentive and responded to any queries quickly. He also gave me some great restaurant recommendations - all very much appreciated. Thank you Alberto! No biggies, but to improve our stay I would say that given the kitchen/diner is the only communal area it would have been nice to have a place to sit other than at the dining table - which is a bit formal. We moved a small sofa to the kitchen from one of the bedrooms which helped. The kitchen could also do with a larger Bialetti espresso pot - the one at the apartment only made enough coffee for one person (caffe latte style). I would also add a couple of chairs in the bedrooms (to be able to put your clothes on at the end of the day) - and lastly, beware of the mosquitos. Slept with the window open one night - big mistake. None of these detracted from a wonderful stay - and we would happily come back and stay again.

The location was perfect and after the short boat taxi ride that Alberto organised for us was a short walk through a beautiful square. Alberto was very helpful and nothing was too hard for him. Host was readily available to answer questions and checked in to see how we were doing. Great location, walkable to San Marco and Rialto. The restaurant right out on the square - Le Cafe - had delicious pasta, pizza, and bean soup.
• Dimitra (8/5): Spacious apartment in a great location - Very spacious, clean, well-located apartment. Host was generous with welcome gifts and attentive. The heating was strange. Room temp when we arrived at 7pm was 16.5 degrees. It managed to climb to 18 degrees in 12 hrs. It took a further 12 hrs to climb to 20 degrees even though we set it higher. That was the max it could achieve.

We could walk to most major attractions and a lot of eateries around the property. Walk up only one flight of stairs, towels are provided. It has a fully functioning kitchen for cooking. Alberto is a star host - very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again for future visits. Highly recommend

It was very safe with 2 coded doors. Cafe’s and restaurants right out the door. Alberto was in touch with us often and offered up tips on where to eat, how to get around, etc. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker that made more than 2 cups at a time. Seemed like someone was always waiting for their next cup.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The Owner was very easy to contact and extremely helpful during our stay. Such a small thing, and only because the weather was very rainy while we were there, it would have been nice to have somewhere other than the kitchen table to sit. But really, if the weather was nice, we wouldn't have needed this and it is lovely to find an apartment with 3 spacious bedrooms!

• David (9/5): Great place to stay. - This property was perfect for what we needed as a family of 5. Alberto was a gracious host, he met us at the Vaporetto stop and walked us to the apartment. He also left treats and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us, which was very lovely. He was also in constant communication with us during our stay. The location was absolutely perfect for getting around Venice. Being just off a piazza was perfect for afternoon drinks and people watching. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay again if I am ever back in Venice.

• Yelena (9/5): Superb - Beautiful and clean apartment. Modern bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. I especially want to note the excellent location - very close to the center, but at the same time a fairly quiet place. It is convenient that you can get into the building and the apartment with the help of combination locks. Since family members came and went at different times, there was no need to resolve the issue with the keys. Nearby there is a beautiful square with cafes and restaurants. The owner met us at the vaporetto stop and took us straight to the apartment, which took about 5 minutes. Small snacks and a bottle of wine were waiting for us in the apartment. In addition, Alberto provided us with a discount card in a nearby cafe, which was very nice. Thank you! Since it was very cold outside during our stay, there were some problems with the heating control. This required a lot of communication with the owner and some time to resolve the issue. But in the end everything worked out.

Alberto was the best host meeting us at the vaparetto and taking us directly to our apartment. (making sure we didn’t have to cross any bridges). Highly recommend to all. nothing
• Graham (9/5): Great place - Well set up with 2 bathrooms and the front door was like a safe door with great electronic security. Canal out your window and everything needed in the kitchen. Showers great. Communication from the host was great. My son and daughter got bitten by something at night like mosquitos in the bedroom closest to the kitchen not sure what it was.
