• Coco (10/5): Beautiful home in Venice - Beautifully situated next to a little park and a quieter, local street with restaurants and small shops. Spacious living room, its windows facing the water and two bedrooms and bathrooms - ample space for a family of four. This is not a faceless „luxury“ apt, but it has a very artistic flair and feels like a real home. Contact easy and friendly.

• Deborah (8/5): Definitely a room with a view - The views are outstanding! Having visited Venice a few times, cannot recommend this apartment for the location and views enough. Loved the overall property but the bathrooms could use updating. The shower with its plastic bath mat and discounted shower curtain are inviting and we used the hand shower in the bath as alternative. However, the property itself was incredibly clean, bed linen crisp and lovely and very well equipped generally. The location is amazing, views are well worth staying here. Really helpful host and very welcoming

Очень хороший район, в пешей доступности от достопримечательностей - Большая квартира с прекрасным видом, старинная мебель, чувствуется атмосфера города Нет кондиционера, возможно в какое-то время будет очень жарко, но есть вентиляторы и окна все открываются.

Aufenthalt in Venedig, aber diese Wohnung war unverschämt und Abzocke! - - kaputtes Mobiliar (Couch wurde von Buch und Kiste gestützt) - vollkommen abgenutzte und zerrissene Kissenhüllen und Möbelbezüge - blinde Spiegel (z.B. im Badezimmer!) - kaputter Schminkspiegel - mehrfach nicht funktionierende Steckdosen und Lampen (im Wohnzimmer nur eine Stehlampe) - Ventilator defekt bei nicht vorhandener Klimatisierung - Sonnenrollos zum Teil zerfetzt und nicht nutzbar - Küchenausstattung mangelhaft – ein Sammelsurium entsprechend einer Haushaltsauflösung - Müllentsorgung: es ist vorgeschrieben, dass der Appartementnutzer seinen Müll selbst zum Müllboot bringt (ca. 500 m und täglich vormittags nach Müllsorten getrennt)

• Kiran (10/5): Brilliant stay overlooking the Venetial lagoon! - We loved the spaciousness of the apartment, the great facilities, and particularly the well-stocked kitchen. The views were fantastic, and it was close to Via Garibaldi for the supermarkets and the best bakery—Mujer. For the Biennale it was perfect and very close to water transport. Mario the contact person was very helpful. Nothing was notable in disliking anything.

• Andreas (4/5): Ca‘ Cantiere - stunning view on construction site - Could be a nice flat with a great view, if there was not a construction site in front of the house. The flat itself is spacious and fully furnished with old furniture. Shabby chic. A large and loud construction site right in front in front of the bedroom and the living room. The paving and soil compaction work started at 7.30 am und went until late afternoon. The host was not helpful, told us he could not stop the works neither postpone it. Yes, right, but you can mention it in your booking ad. So we had a stunning view on a construction site. Flat, furniture and chairs are clearly worn out, bathrooms and kitchen were a bit tatty, plaster falls from the walls. The photos in the advert look much better than it is in reality. Caution: There is a late arrival fee, if you arrive after 8 pm. It is also not mentioned in the booking ad and of course you do not get a receipt. We were there at 8.25 pm and paid 26 Euro. That is 1 Euro per Minute of delay. The host could just use a locker box with the keys, but that would probably be too easy. Have fun in Ca‘ Cantiere!
• Fiona (10/5): Great venue - Like it says " stunning views". 7mins walk from St Mark's Square, more restaurants on the adjacent Garbaldi than you can shake a stick at. Easy access to Vaporetto stops. Loved it. Not all the electric sockets worked but there were plenty.

One is beautiful and spacious, the other is small, with no views, and with closets that are mostly full. It is a good place for a couple, but uneven for two colleagues.

The living room furniture has seen better days. The couch is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced or repaired.

Some furniture and fittings need refreshing. Many of the owner’s items were still in the property, including clothes hanging in the wardrobe. Not a major issue but felt like we were not expected.

A lot of things that are not nicely old and it looks like they just were left in the apartment by the owner because he does not need them. - No tea, coffee and shampoo.

• Ben (10/5): This apartment is magical - we had a magnificent stay in an exciting location - right at the heart of the Biennale. - The character and views - this felt like a home with hugely comfortable beds, sofas and armchairs. there was only one small tv in the bedroom - and the listing mentioned a flat screen tv. we would have liked the music system to have allowed digital (rather than just cds)
