• Gerardo (10/5): - Posizione ottima, ti affacci e sei sul canale.. stazione di Rialto, che collega diverse tratte tra cui anche l’aeroporto, a 2 minuti a piedi.. zona tranquillissima, passeggiando tra le strade di Venezia ti trovi senza accorgertene a Piazza San Marco da un lato, e dall’altro a Cannaregio.. posizione ottima per visitare tutta Venezia!!! La signora Nadia molto disponibile ad ascoltare le esigenze degli ospiti.. super consigliato.

• Verónica (7/5): Bueno - El departamento es amplio y con una vista excepcional a los canales. Encontrarlo es difícil, no está bien señalizado. El número está escrito a mano y borroso sobre el timbre. El microondas no funciona, sería bueno contar con elementos básicos que ayudan mucho en estadías cortas (servilletas, jabón, shampoo) cómo suele haber en estos alquileres.
• Tatiana (10/5): A fost un sejur reușit cu o cazare pe măsură. - Cel mai mult mi-a plăcut faptul ca a fost foarte aproape de Piața San Marco și de câteva dintre atracțiile turistice. Iar faptul ca a avut și vedere la canal din ambele dormitoare a fost super. -

Zella zona Rilalto di Venezia, per le ma più comoda e bella Purtroppo sotto l’appartamento c’è un Bra pieno di giovane che rimane aperto fino tardi, si sente il chiacchiericcio della gente dalla camera da letto, ma niente di stravolgente

Но найти квартиру это целый квест вообщем кто будет ехать чтоб не долго искать инструкция - забейте в гугл карту Stow your bags Rialto Адрес: Calle de l'Orso 5512 A, 30124 Венеция. так проще вам тогда будет найти адрес аппартаментов, еще один адрес Bacarando Corte dell'Orso - кафе. Смело как увидите арку заходите и вы сразу попадете на улицу Ramo de l'Orso где увидите номер дома 5502 . В этом доме узкая лестница идущая в верх и две квартиры одна полулюкс , а другая квартира улучшенные номера. Мы остановились в улучшенных номерах , сама квартира соответствует описанию, но учитывайте одно квартира находится рядом с рестораном Bacarando Corte dell'Orso, который шумный по вечерам это место встречи молодежи и 1 окно квартиры выходит на эту улицу с этим кафе, а второе окно выходит на канал, но утром крики чайек и моторные лотки с 4 утра , так что берите беруши. Но вид с окна на канал и мимо плывущие вечером гандолы завораживают взгляд. Это не есть минус это Венеция она потрясающая с милыми улочками и каналами! В целом Квартира уютная и проблем с отоплением и нагревом воды не было в феврале даже жарко было что открывали окно. Все что нам нужно было дополнительно хозяйка любезно предоставляла. Я очень хотела бы вернуться заново и рекомендовать это место моим друзьям, но прошу очень улучшите все те моменты, что не понравились , не игнорируйте это !место на самом деле по геолокации в самой середине шикарное и хочется действительно возвращаться. не могу сказать что не понравилось но не хватало это одной кастрюли среднего размера для спагетти с крышкой. нового чайника и кофемашинки потому что то что есть портит вид этих прекрасных аппартаментов. Следует заменить также диван-софу в зале очень скрипит пошевилился и скрип.

A környéken rengeteg étterem, bár és bolt található, nem kell nagyon messzire menni. A kilátás gyönyörű volt a lakásból, a szobák pedig nagyon ízlésesen vannak berendezve. Nem volt ilyen.

• Tim (8/5): - Great location (hard to find though as all directions are misleading or wrong). Accommodation was lovely once accessed. Use whatsapp as it's the only thing they use (or so they say). Nice views of the water from upstairs windows. Good full size fridge, dining table & chairs. Spare pillows. We had lots of communication issues which soured our trip. Very noisy on friday & saturday nights with restaurant/pub noise - even in January! There was a washing machine but unable to get working, only 1 key available, very very steep marble stairs to access & lights didnt all work. Mould in the bathroom ceiling. While there was oil (and vinegar) for cooking, a tea bag and sugar would be great.

The shower was leaking a lot(a lake of water would create even for a 5 min shower ,toiletries not provided as it was sponsored on the description(just leftover shampoo and body lotion from other guests probably), missing basics for cooking, the cutlery inside the drawers was dirty, breakfast not included. we got locked out at some point (someone left the key inside the apartment) at 10am, asked Nadia for help, and instead of being helped we received words of mockery and blame, we had to wait until 4 pm to receive the key from Nadia.

• elke (6/5): Es war für den Preis ok, würden das Apartment aber nicht mehr buchen. - Schön eingerichtet, mit Geschmack und Stil! Gute Größe für vier Personen. Die Lage war SEHR gut! Alles in nächster Nähe. EXTREM laut! Fenster direkt über den Verladeplatz der Boote...Motorengeräusche ab 5:00 in der Früh. Sehr harte und flache Pölster, wir hatten alle Nackenschmerzen. Sauberkeit leider nicht optimal: Viele Haare in der Dusche uns am Polster.

• Nino (9/5): Great Apartment - One of the best apartments — clean, beautiful, and comfortable, with amazing canal views from the windows and the balcony. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is very convenient. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thank you! Nothing worse mentioning.

Las camas,bastante incomodas,y la ducha,se salia el agua. Le tienen que dar una vuelta en general.

• Carolina Soledad (9/5): Elegante departamento en Venecia - El departamento es muy cómodo tiene dos habitaciones, dos baños. Es muy amplio y está decorado con muy buen gusto. Es para tener en cuenta que las escalera de acceso es muy empinada y que hay mucha circulación en el canal por lo cual desde tempranas horas a altas horas hay mucho ruido de lanchas y bocinas.
• Rebecca (8/5): Beautiful Venice Apartment - It was centrally located near many shops and restaurants. The view was pretty and the apartment was decorated well. It was a little hard to find. Having a landmark would be helpful. It's near a restaurant, Bacarando Corte dell'Orso, that was a bit noisy on the weekend nights. As with most places in Italy, there are many steps to reach the apartment.

• Hannah (7/5): Wonderful location for a Venetian getaway - Location of the apartment is great - 5 minutes walk to rialto and about 15 minutes to st marks square. Very walkable to most places we wanted to visit. Thankfully we had photos sent to us on the morning of our arrival via WhatsApp which helped us find the apartment. The decor of the apartment was great as was the view right down to the canal was amazing - we spent lots of time watching all the comings and goings with the boats and gondolas. Just a few meters away is SEPA which was a great wine bar and ciccetteria - a must visit. The place is tucked away down some narrow streets - it would have been very hard to find with just the address and I definitely valued the photos being sent. The place is a little bit tired - clearly been a holiday let for a long time and would be even nicer with a bit of TLC (e.g. light broken in one of the bathrooms, fridge old and door of the freezer hard to shut). Anyone staying here needs to be able to carry their luggage up very steep steps.

The apartment itself was stunning, and the balcony overlooked a very popular canal with gondolas and gondolieri greeting each other. In the morning, we were privy to witness the Venetian way of everyday life; builders, delivery boats, and people going about their daily business. We only stayed for one night.

I’m not someone who typically leaves negative reviews — I really don’t like to do that — but in this case, I felt it was necessary. We were unable to communicate with Nadia during most of our stay. We were disappointed with our stay. Nadia was difficult to reach, and communication throughout was unreliable. The apartment was not well equipped—some items seemed to be there just for show. For example, the nightstand lamp didn’t even have a bulb, and the iron didn’t fit into any of the outlets I. When I asked Nadia about it, she said the previous guest probably took the adapter and simply replied “sorry,” without offering a solution. The floor was dirty when we arrived. I asked for a broom, but although she read the messages, she never responded. The bathroom also had visible mold, which made the space feel even less clean or cared for. When we checked in, the air conditioning was broken. Nadia initially told us someone would come at 6:30 p.m. and that she would be there to let the technician in, but when he ran late, she said we had to stay home to wait for him ourselves. He finally arrived at 8:30 p.m. We were told by the technician that Nadia would cover a drink for us at the restaurant downstairs as an apology, but when we went, the restaurant had no idea what we were talking about, and Nadia never followed up. To top it off, the Wi-Fi was very weak and unreliable, which made it difficult to get anything done online. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. The apartment did not feel clean, functional, or well- managed
• Brendon (1/5): Rude Hosts - Avoid at all cost. - Central Location was great. Exposed Roof Beams great. Staff were pushing us to hurry our travel to arrive at a time to check in which didn't suit us. Ive not experienced a place without a remote check in arrangement. Regardless of free check in time until 9pm, 4pm was the latest possible time and staff were quite rude in pushing us to arrive earlier. Amenities and bedding configuration were NOT correct. Two Double Beds was in fact one Double and Two Single Beds. Broken Washing Machine (changed the advertisement during our stay to hide it being included in booking confirmation). No clothes Rack. No iron or ironing board. Rude staff that started a long chain of offensive, insultful messages to me. Have kept the chain and will happily provide.
• Jess (5/5): Nice location but no AC - Property was very close to the Rialto Bridge and many restaurants and within walking distance to the sights. You also see gondolas riding by the canal from the apartment. There was no air conditioning and it was warm and muggy in the evening. There’s also a bar located downstairs from the apartment and the bedroom windows face the bar. It can be very noisy when you are trying to sleep in the evenings. The couch was broken upon our arrival, and the cleanliness could be improved. There were dead mosquitoes plastered on the walls and no shampoo, body wash, or lotion provided.

• Janet (7/5): Nice apartment view! Steep stairs and noisy - The best thing about this property is the view. You’re able to see the canals from the living room window. It’s a beautiful site. The property owner lives about 5 feet away and is a little to involved in what you’re doing? For example, we were both leaving at the same time and she saw we left a light on and with a stern voice told us to go back in and turn off all the lights. Made us feel like we were children being scolded by our parents. Also, there’s a bar down stairs so it makes it difficult to sleep with all the noise. The stairs are very steep as well. If your traveling with older people I would not recommend.

• Sean (10/5): the perfect location for a Venetian holiday! - Fantastic location, overlooking a canal, very close to Rialto Bridge (only a few minutes away) and close to water transport. The apartment perfectly accommodated a family of four (with 2 bathrooms). Our host Nadia could not of helped us more, with recommendations for dinner, aperitivo and places of interest. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and warm, the perfect location for a Venetian Winter holiday! Nothing… couldn’t fault
• Kpucu (8/5): Great place for a family visit to Venice - The apartment is fantastic - renovated, clean, location is super handy 1 min from many restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed looking over the canal and the boats/gondolas passing by. For a family of 4, the place was more then enough. The host was nice despite the hick-ups we had with the heating and check-in. The check out was very smooth, no issue at all. The check in was a bit of a hustle - We were told to wait in front of a monument near by the place. When we got there we had to wait for 30 minutes for the lady to arrive. It wasn't very nice after a full day of traveling... But the worst was that she "forgot" to tell us how to operate with the heating. This made us stay in the place with temperature of 18 degrees (inside) till the next morning, when she didn't even apologize for her omission.
