The host gave clear directions and instructions for getting into the property The bathroom could do with a little refresh - if you’re a slight sleeper might not be great as the boats start early so it was noisy but kids slept through it

You can really feel the authentic Venice vibe here. Rossana was extremely helpful. She responded quickly to all our questions and made the process very smooth, especially by helping us arrange a self check-in since we arrived late at night. As for the downsides, the bedding was a bit uncomfortable there was no proper duvet cover, and a sheet was used instead, which didn’t feel ideal. Also, the bathroom didn’t have a handheld shower; there was only a fixed overhead shower.

Solo due fuochi minimi. Non la abbiamo utilizzata. Il bagno un po’ vecchiotto, risente molto dell’umidità tanto è vero che i muri erano scrostati. Non abbiamo neanche mai incontrato l’host nè l’agenzia a cui si appoggia. Abbiamo fatto tutto senza incontrare nessuno.

• Federica (7/5): - La struttura è in una posizione centralissima e comodissima, in una traversa tranquilla della strada dello shopping di lusso. La vista meravigliosa dalle finestre sul canale. Alcune coperte non erano pulite. Mi aspettavo alcuni dettagli meno retrò, come il bagno con la vasca e la tendina… Si potrebbe anche aggiungere qualche miniatura di shampoo e sapone nel bagno, potrebbero essere utili a chi soggiorna per poche notti.
• Vitalii (9/5): Все ок. - Брали эти апартаменты из-за вида с окон. Он правда уникальный. Где есть ещё такой вид как не в Венеции? Уж если ночевать в Венеции, то хотелось с таким видом. Две комнаты, что удобно для 4 человек Все было чисто Несмотря на то что администратор была на связи и дала подробную инструкцию, все таки мы не сразу обратили внимание, что нужно идти до адреса, который не указан в booking, а расположен примерно в 7 минутах. Пришли сперва по адресу на booking, потом перечитывая переписку, поняли, что не туда. Пришлось ещё идти. Пока разбирались потратили ценное время. Когда приезжаешь на сутки, каждая минута на счету. Сразу обращайте внимание на адрес, куда идти в переписке. Потом надо искать сам ключ, тоже там квест был. В итоге все оказалось просто, но некое волнение было.

Los baños aunque entiendo que no se pueda hacer mucho, estaría bien poner una alcachofa por los pequeños. También hacer mención a algún mosquito en noviembre. Yo tengo la sangre típica que le apasiona a los mosquitos. Olvide llevarme un repelente y me lleve alguna picadura. Pero eso entiendo que es normal al estar junto a los canales.

• Zu (5/5): - Location right in the Luxury fashion alley with YSL Gucci etc. Near San Marco square with the Basilica and Ducale sites with views over the canal with all day passing of gondolas...amazing scenes for a first in Venice. Quite spacious appartment in the lounge and can sleep two singles or kids. The host were responsive and provided all info to get to the place after payment of daily tax etc. Vaporeto Line 1 from Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station and get off at Giglio station and follow route to Gucci store. The appt492 in the alley in front of the store by only pharmacy in the road. Needs a good refresh of toilet and bath areas and will not please the ladies (mine took time to accept😋) bathroom tub was not draining properly and took some time after every bath and left dirty trail..under matress hair need to vaccum clean..the chekout time at 10am is earlier than anywhere in Italy..and the maid comes knocking to clean up a bit rude like throwing you out!!! We totally disliked that part👎👎👎

It was the perfect size for our family, the a/c helped a lot when it got really hot, loved that we could see the gondolas float by. Absolutely loved our stay. We had no issues with anything!

Got bit up by mosquitos nightly even with the use of plug-ins. We kept windows closed too so I think it happens right when you open the door. It was a tight squeeze for a family of 5 with one bathroom and tiny beds.

• Karin (9/5): We loved our stay in Venice - Location was amazing loved watching the Gondolas through the window. Beds were comfortable and having a washing machine was very handy. It can get abit noisy early in the morning but that’s not the hosts fault it’s just boat getting work done.

The beds were too small and uncomfortable. Floor under the beds was dirty. There was no douvette cover for the queen bed. The hairdryer didnt have warm air. Everything had a dirty vibe. The plugs for chargers mostly didnt work.

Furnished in a basic manner but well equipped, everything you need is there. Perfect help from Rossana through out the process, very friendly and helpful! We felt at home!

• Nikki (10/5): Perfect location and apartment - The windows give an amazing view into Venice canals and fresh air comes in. There are fans and air con if needed. Being on a canal there can be smells or the water in the air makes the doors in the cupboards etc harder to open or close sometimes but it is part of the area and no problem. The apartment is very well located with only one short stairway and there is a washing machine and drying rack. Plenty of space and very safe. Easy to communicate with the property manager. Very memorable Venice experience ! I would love to come back and stay here again as we felt very lucky to have such a good experience. Could be another mirror in the bedroom or hall or something as it was harder getting ready when someone is in the bathroom.

Also gave great recommendations for restaurants. The only negative was early deliveries (delivery boats) right outside the apartment window - starting at about 5:30-6:00 am.

Just a couple of minutes away San Marco Square, designer shops and great restaurants right outside the door. The best part was the view out the windows of the gondolas going by and the beautiful singing. Would definitely stay here again Nothing we didn’t like, stay was GREAT! Maybe make some umbrellas available for guests during rainy season.

• Tt83 (10/5): Picture postcard view! - Just the most perfection location, the most amazing thing to wake up to the gondolas passing your window. Hard to tear yourself away. Good communication from the hosts, they were able to organise a private water taxi from the airport as there were strikes on thee day we arrived. The bathroom is dated and the kitchen is very small but nothing horrific, I mean it really is just a quick shower in the morning and a coffee before heading out to see what Venice has to offer. A mirror in the bedroom would be handy for makeup, doing hair.

Rosanna was also very accommodating and helpful. She helped us in arranging a private taxi as well as helped us to check in early. The apartment was also walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and many of the Venice attractions (i.e, San Marco’s square, Rialto Bridge, Doge’s Palace, etc.). I would say everything was about 15 min or less walk from the apartment. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would definitely book this place again. Nothing

Apartment located in a beautiful area and so many choices nearby for eating & shopping . Rosanna was helpful and very sweet . We had no hot water because of a power outage before we arrived and she took care of the problem immediately. The only thing I would suggest would be to put some kind of light in the area before the stairs . It was very dark especially at night and I had to use my flashlight on my phone .

• Diego (7/5): We paid a high price for a beautiful canal view - We paid a very expensive price only for the stunning canal view. The apartment was a bit humid and the bathroom and kitchen have seen their best days. Great location, close to San Marco square (5 min walking). Easy walk to vaporetto service (closest station is San Marco Vallaresso) and the water shuttle ferry to Marco Polo airport (using Alilaguna blue line from San Marco stop). Air conditioner are portable (that is understandable as it is quite an old apartment) and really bad. The AC unit power was poor to drop the temperature below 24 degrees... as consequence, we could not sleep comfortably because the rooms were so warm (we went in August when the temperature outside was 38 degrees!). Check-out is early, at 10:00 am --> our flight was at the evening, the host mentioned it was not possible to leave our bags on the property after the check-out, so we had to rent a luggage store (closest one is Vaise at Piscina de Frezzaria 1657, extra costs was around €28 for 2 lockers)

Air conditioning didn't work, and our visit coincided with very hot weather. Fans provided some relief, but we generally felt hot and uncomfortable.
• Ondřej (9/5): Superb - Beautiful accommodation with windows directly over the canal (gondolas, supply boats), five minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. Yet it was in a quiet location.

There were very few kitchen amenities for an apartment to make a meal. Not enough glasses. No extra blankets or pillows. No broom. One of two air conditioners did not function. Washing machine was difficult to get to and use.

Main bedroom sleeping conditions were fine - adequate bed, dark shutters, and AC unit (moderate cooling potential) in room. Kitchen was very basic, fine if you do not plan to make any of your own meals. For family of 5, the one sofa bed was very soft.

The location being close to St Mark's Square was ideal. The accommodations to sleep 5 were perfect. Kitchen practically worthless - no coffee maker/Keurig present; rapid boiler for water but no instant coffee or condiments provided. Lighting/decor is outdated and jenky with industrial spots as the ceiling fixture.

• Andrzej (9/5): 2 days in Venice with a family - Perfect location close to watertrams stops and San Marco square. The apartment admin was very helpful. It's pretty good choice for family. View from the apartment on a channel with gondolas and singing Venetian singers was something amazing, especially after sunset. ...however the view in the channel had some disadvantages. Channels are like streets, so it starts to be noisy early morning due to deliveries to shops and restaurants by motorboats.
