• Lau (10/5): 這是一個舒適、便利的apartment 。今次和朋友每人住一間房感覺很奢侈在威尼斯能夠有這樣寬敞的民宿實在太美妙而且他附近生理機能絕對方便。空間感很寬鬆，所以都適合一家四口居住也會覺得寬鬆。 - 在民居地方居住好像活在威尼斯！這個apartment 有2 個立房間，其中一間有套廁所整個appointment有兩個廁所真係很方便，並且入邊有齊所需嘅煮食用具方便我們弄少少東西吃。附近有Bakery，餐廳，超市生理機能絕對方便，如果行去火車站其實都係6分鐘左右，當然拎住行李要上橋落橋是比較辛苦的，但是住這裏才能夠享受威尼斯的那份寧靜。

Michela (the owner I assume ) was very attentive and although we never met, she kept checking on us to make sure everything was great and even give some recommendations about food and other things. We stayed for 3 nights and everything was perfect.

• Karsten (9/5): a very pleasant place for a few days in Venice - The appartment is in a quiet neighborhood close to the train station. A supermarket and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms are renovated and well equipped - and two bathrooms available. Pleasant communication with our host. The "garden" is currently a construction site; but no disturbance.
• KUDO (10/5): A truly warm and welcoming place where you can stay with complete peace of mind. - The apartment was exceptionally well equipped, and we were able to spend our stay in great comfort. Both the kitchen and bathroom were clean and easy to use, and the Wi‑Fi worked perfectly throughout our visit. Although the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, there are restaurants and bars nearby, making it a wonderful place to stay with both an excellent location and great facilities. When I accidentally dropped my wedding ring down the drain, the host was incredibly supportive. They arranged a plumber, prepared the shipment, and did everything they could to ensure the ring would be safely returned to me. I am deeply grateful for the host’s kindness, quick response, and genuine care. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Venice. Nothing in particular.

• Urszula (10/5): Spacious, Quiet Stay with Everything You Need Nearby - I loved the location- quiet side street, but close to everything. Good grocery store right around the corner, with lots of local restaurants, shops & places for an afternoon Aperol spritz. The bed was amazingly comfortable. And the sheets....so soft. The building was residential, so it was very quiet. The bathroom was GREAT- spacious, with two separate areas. One person could be showering & the other one could be getting ready- both sections with sinks & mirrors (that's a HUGE plus with 2 women traveling together). Kitchen was well stocked and had everything you'd need. Good communication with host & keys were super easy to get before arrival. Extra towels would have been nice.

They have a washing machine, dishwasher, full of normal apartment. The sheets in the bed were really soft. The Wi-Fi was good. The host was extremely helpful and in good communication the whole time on anything we had questions on or needed. They offered a late check out, which was super helpful as well. N/a

• Kylie (8/5): Pleasant stay in a cosy apartment in a great area - Great locale and easy check in, the host was very helpful and informative. Secure and cute apartment, main bedroom spacious and plenty of storage. Kitchen had everything you need. Bathrooms were sufficient. Lounge area and second bedroom had plenty of light. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of blankets and towels. We froze in the apartment until we realized the host controlled the heating externally, would have been good to know prior. There are heating restrictions in Venice which can draw heavy fines. The flight of stairs to the apartment are quite steep fyi, also the second bedroom is very small with a single bed, no wardrobe. There was also a construction site outside the lounge window but there was barely any noise from it.

• Andrea (9/5): Fabulous location, very spacious apartment. - Location is awesome. Very clean, bed is comfortable, very spacious apartment. If we had to be super picky: Four keys to get into property were supposed to be color coordinated, and they were not. We figured it out eventually.

• Giovanni (10/5): Ottima zona, vicino alla stazione e a piazzale Roma cosí come alle linee di vaporetto. Supermercato a un minuto a piedi. - Fresca e funzionale. Letto comodo. Un po‘ buia. É d’altronde un primo piano e a Venezia é normale che le case ai piani bassi siano buie.
• Luca (10/5): Sistemazione ideale per il mio viaggio di lavoro che rispondeva a tutte le mie esigenze. - A due passi dalla stazione, vicino a bar e ristoranti. L’appartamento con due camere da letto e due bagni è molto spazioso e funzionale. L’host si è dimostrata gentilissima e disponibile.

• Sheila (7/5): Good - Clean and tidy. Excellent location. Helpful host We were allocated CA Maria when we had booked CA Giovanni....description indicated overlooking canal ..no view of this. Bed mattress needs replacing...very uncomfortable. Guest should be made aware when booking about the heating policy in Venice. It gets cold at night and heating cannot be turned up.
• Leavens (4/5): Not worth it. Stay elsewhere. - The location is fine, but not great. Had to go to another location to get the four separate keys to get in, then return the keys to the same location when checking out. Charged a separate cleaning fee and then had the nerve to ask if we wanted to tip the cleaner. No cleaning services were provided during our four night stay. The bathrooms were ridiculously small. Instructions for the clothes washer in the English section of the manual were not in English. No instructions for operating the air conditioner.

• Özge (9/5): Superb - We didn't need to wait for anyone; we just got the keys from the locker, a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment location is very central—10 min walking distance from the taxi stop and 10 min to the train station. The neighborhood is very calm and silent. The house is in a charming old building. Instructions were clear and enough. There is a market which is 2 min walk from the house. The heating needed to be improved. Paying extra for the key locker is not a very good experience. If you stay with more than two people, the 3rd one will sleep on the couch, which means you'll not have anywhere to sit during the day and night. Couch makes a lot of noise, but I don't care; it was enough.

• Eric (6/5): If you want convenience to rail or bus this is a good apartment. - Location is great if you intend to use the bus or train. It was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Our hostess answered all our questions promptly and did her best to make our stay comfortable and meet our expectations. We felt the property wasn’t properly described on the listing. We thought it was much larger. When we received instructions for checking in it was for CaMaria, not Ca Giovanni which confused us. We were able to have someone check us in but initially we were asked to get keys from a luggage check in location which we weren’t comfortable with.

Flat was clean and tidy. Host was easy to access via what's app and very friendly. It was a little small for all 4 of us - family of 4 but would have been perfect for 2 people. It was just a little small for the 4 of us especially the kitchen.

Gave us recommendations for restaurants. Apartment is fully equiped with a microwave, kettle, iron board and so on. Location was amazing too! Very convenient to travel out, about 7-10 mins walk to the train station & 5 mins walk to vaporetto stop (Riva De Biaso). Supermarket (Conad) is only 2 mins away from the apartment and a few restaurants nearby. Highly recommended! Maybe can consider a small light at the courtyard area downstairs as it gets pretty dark at night. Also, to reach the apartment you need to take a small flight (11 steps) of stairs but it was manageable!

Great location. 7 minute walk from bus station. 4 minute walk to boat/train stations. Locker storage/key box 2 minute walk. Michela our host was the best. Responded in minutes to all our inquiries through WhatsApp.
