• Gerd (10/5): - Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in der Nähe des Arsenale und ist nur ein paar Minuten von der Vaporetto Station Arsenale entfernt. Sie ist sehr stillvoll und wohnlich ausgestattet.. Die Kommunikation mit der Kontaktperson vor Ort war hervorragend. Ihre Restaurantempfehlungen waren sehr gut. Bei Anfragen reagiert sie sehr zeitnah. Uns fällt dazu nicht ein.
• Frank (8/5): Tolle Lage und sauberes schönes Appartement - Sehr gute Lage und die Biennale zu Fuß bestens erreichbar, aber auch Restaurants und die üblichen touristischen Lokationen nach etwas längerem Fußweg. Das eine Bad ist leider sehr klein.

• Penny (8/5): In a gorgeous part of the city, away from the crowds but only 15 min walk to all the action. - The 1st floor apartment was in a great location away from the crowds but still only a 15 min walk to the Rialto bridge, we chose it for the location and being a bit away from the madness. It was a stunning part of the city near the castle with plenty of nice restaurants and cafes / bakeries / mini mart & shops nearby. We felt very safe in the area. The apartment itself was perfectly fine, clean, well equipped and the internet was good. The main bedroom a little on the small side but both rooms had an ensuite which was great. Twin bedroom was large. Beds were comfy too. Lovely views of the canal and buildings. Its only a 5 min walk to the canal and lots more restaurants as well so overall great location if you don't want to be right in the thick of it. I would stay here again and recommend it. Finding the apartment was quite hard. We followed the instructions and the pin that we were sent but it was not at the actual address but our host came and found us which was good or we could have been there all night! Not sure why its titled luxury because I would not say it was but that said it was very nice overall and would recommend it. Having to pay 50 euros as we arrived after 8pm which is a bit steep considering the host lived in the same building.

• Bjorg (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment had everything we needed. It was spacious and clean. Valentina, who greeted us, was lovely and very helpful recommending restaurants in the area.
• Maria (9/5): Chic hideaway with all the essentials. - Our family of four really liked the apartment, the location was great in our opinion - away from the main crowds but on a very nice area. Overall it is spacious and well designed, with nice details as the pictures reflect. The towels are better than I expected. The pillows might feel a little stiff for some but comfortable for us. Valentina greeted us in the best way and gave us nice recommendations, we had a late check-in and she was very patient. Only flaw was that the second bathroom did have an unpleasant smell and for this reason we decided to stick to only using one bathroom. The entrance to the building is a bit rundown but it is clean.
• Micky (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was in a perfect location for our purposes, away from the crowded center and near the main Biennale venues. The apartment was large and airy, the kitchen well equipped, and the air-conditioning coped well with the heat wave. Plenty of restaurants at a short walking distance and so were the Vaporetto stops.

• Paul (9/5): Lovely apartment in a very nice part of Venice - Very nice apartment in a quieter part of Venice but still only 10 mins walk into St Marks. Comfy beds, flexible hosts and decent restaurants nearby. Nothing of any note. Some coffee / tea / milk would be a nice touch but it wasn’t a big deal
• Naira (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great (3-4min walk from Arsenale stop), there are supermarkets nearby (~5min walk), St. Mark's square is 10min away. There are 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms.

• Leonie (7/5): It was decent, but certainly not luxury. - The location is perfect, close to the Arsenale stop, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We loved the interior of the apartment and the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It was great to have a washing machine. We arrived during a heat wave and were so happy to have booked an apt with airconditioning. The AC however wasn’t turned on in preparation for our arrival and the apt was 33 degrees and muggy. I wrote the host who just told us to wait for the AC to kick in and never followed up. It took hours for the bedrooms to get cooler than 28 degrees. Also, it was tidy but not very clean. There are no shelves in the closets. We stayed for six nights, with four adults, and there was only one tea towel and one dishcloth. There was no additional bed linen (and the pillows really need two covers each) and we had to buy toilet paper. There were no trash cans in the bedrooms & bathrooms - only one in the kitchen.

• Robert (9/5): Superb - My family and i stayed here for a long weekend and we were really happy with the whole experience. Valentina who met us and showed us the apartment also gave us some recommendations on where to eat and what to do, As the apartment was slightly away from the main square, it was nice and quiet and we never really heard any noise despite it being what seemed to be a busy weekend in Venice. We would happily revisit this apartment. Not related to this, but i would advise trying to arrange the jump the queue tickets for any attractions as early as possible before your visit as we didnt do this, so had to queue for the Basilica for quite a while.

• Sam (10/5): perfect apartment for three nights in Venice - wish we could have stayed longer!! - great location didn’t feel like it was a touristy area bathroom for each bedroom Venetian character but modern facilities host met us at the ferry to show us to the apartment and let us in washing machine could have been a few more basic cooking ingredients in the pantry - oil, salt etc no ironing board or iron
• Tiago (10/5): Lovely place in the center of Arsenale - Valentina was a extremely warm host and the house was exactly as shown in the pictures. The rooms are very comfortable although could benefit of a little bit more storage space. The kitchen and bathrooms are very good as well. The location is good, a 10 minute walk to San Marco but definitely a good choice in a very calm area of the city with some good restaurants. Everything was fine (: maybe a small rug on the bathrooms would be nice!

• Steffen (10/5): If you want to experience authentic and charming Venice life, this place is for you. - The flat is very central in Venice not far from San Marco in an old typical building. The area is quiet, so you get good sleep. The flat is very nicely decorated and well equipped for a short and long stay. It has a dishwasher, so you don't need to waste your time washing the dishes during your holiday and there is even a washing machine if you forgot to bring enough underwear or want to carry less clothes with you. Supermarkets are not far, so you can easily shop for breakfast or dinner. The bathrooms are modern and clean. The host is very recommendable, very friendly and offers great and fast communication and service. When you open the window blinds, you look at a little canal and a church, very atmospheric, you really feel like you are in Venice. The rest of the building is a bit old and worn out, but not the apartment itself. The apartment itself is very nice and modern. We liked the old charm of the building and area.
