• Kristina (6/5): Beautiful and convenient location; facilities could be improved. - Excellent location and great, spacious apartment. We loved the rustic architecture with old wooden beams and some Biedermeier furniture. Great views of the Plaza and close to the boat stop. Everything is within walking distance. We expected a few more facilities, such as a kettle. Some glasses and cups seemed unused for a while and were stuck to the surface in the cabinet. The smaller toilet was marked as disinfected, but there was traces of fecal matter inside. The apartment has an unusual slope, which some guests felt at night and found a bit unsettling.

• martin (9/5): Super emplacement dans un appartement spacieux, lumineux et propre - L emplacement central près du rialto. La possibilité de joindre un hôte d accueil qui parle français. L appartement spacieux avec 2 salles de bains et 2 WC. Appartement lumineux très propre Le canapé lit n est pas très confortable. L équipement de cuisine est sommaire (pas de bouilloire, casserole avec revêtement tefal abîmé, juste un jeu de 6 couverts).

• Maria Isabel (9/5): Excelente ubicación junto al puente Rialto - Sin duda la ubicación y lo espacioso que era, además la facilidad de recoger las llaves en una caja delante de la puerta del apartamento. Instrucciones muy bien ofrecidas para el checkin Que el suelo estaba raro, inclinado y que tuvimos que dejar el dinero de las tasas de turismo en la mesa de la casa, no me dió confianza hacerlo así.
• SARA (8/5): Céntrica y muy agradable estancia en familia - Céntrico que estaba y lo amplio que es el salón comedor. Las camas podían ser más cómodas.
• Damith (10/5): Great Location! - Me and my family loved the location of the property. It was very central, stoens throw away from Rialto Bridge and a short 8min walk to St Marks Square. We were active throughout our stay, leaving ealry and coming back late but the whole process of getting in and out was smooth. We had an issue with heating and we contacted the vendors and they dealt with it pretty shaprish and had an engineer around. We also locked ourselves out of the apartment and someone was around in 10minutes to let us in. I could not ask for such a smooth, helpful team.
• Axel (6/5): - Appartamento ottimo, posizione spettacolare e facile da trovare. Stanze ottime, pulite e con tutti i confort. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda e non è stato possibile sistemarlo. Va detto che la proprietà ci ha provato, ma non è andato a buon fine. Mi aspettavo uno sconto o un buono per il disservizio.

• Mubin (1/5): Highly disappointing - It’s clean and location is great It’s a bare flat with nothing to use although things exist. There is a TV but the remote has no batteries. There is a washing machine and dishwasher but no detergent. There is a kitchen but no basics like oil or salt. Although they gave us batteries, they said they don’t give washing machine detergent. Nobody cares to ask if you are comfortable in the flat. Although they reply to questions, they are not really hospitable.
• Concetta (5/5): Apart from the lighting and WiFi it was perfect and would recommend purely on price and location and spacious apartment - The location is perfect , the apartment was great and spacious The WiFi is awful we measured it and it was 0.5 speed we had to use our mobile hotspot to boost the tv , the entrance doesn’t feel safe due to the nature of the entrance being quite dark . Also if you go up the stairs too slow on floor 2-3 there is absolutely no lighting it switches off ! so very scary if alone there’s a chair you rest on on one of the landings that is also Brocken so again very dangerous if you sit without noticing in the dark .

• Aissa (6/5): Pleasant - The location and the staff were very nice and helpful. They attended to our querries. There was power cut most of the time and we could not make use of kettle and other electric appliances.
• Sunkuru (10/5): Fantastic stay - Very good location, house is big, air conditioner works great. close to Rialto bridge. walking distance to San Marco. great service. It has an elevator which makes it easy for older parents. All queries were promptly answered. All this made it a great, relaxing trip for us. water speed was little slow in one of the bathrooms

• Hernandez (3/5): Poor - Nice clean spacious apartment in a great location. When we arrived, the AC did not work. That night was terribly uncomfortable - because we were next to an open courtyard, it was very loud until 2am, so opening the windows wasn’t really an option, which made the apartment even muggier and warmer. I called the first thing in the morning and was told someone would come to check it out. I then called at 3 only to hear nobody ever came. Someone finally came and confirmed the AC was indeed broken. As it was late on a Friday, she said there would be no way to get an electrician to come by, which I understand, and she promised to bring some fans. She never did. I texted her around 9 that night and she said she couldn’t find a store. That also seems a lie because we walked by a nearby, open store that was open and sold fans. And so the second night of sleep was again miserable. It really was a terrible experience. What’s most frustrating was the direct lies to my face. First, they promised to come earlier in the day, and then I was completely lied to about bringing fans.

• Janet (10/5): perfect location and stay - This apartment has an excellent location, a few steps from Rialto Bridge! We traveled with my grandma so a plus for us was the lift. There were still a few steps to take into the apartment but lift definitely facilitated experience. Apartment is clean and tidy. Many shops and restaurants. Easy to find and near water taxi station so you dont have to walk all of venice with your luggage. Bathroom size is good but small shower, not a deal breaker though. If you are tall be aware of shorter ceilings. My significant other is 6’2” so he had to be careful.
