• Aneta (10/5): Super, super i jeszcze raz rewelacja 🙌 - Apartament położony w świetnej lokalizacji. Co prawda poza centrum ale to uważam za plus ponieważ było spokojnie i jednocześnie bardzo blisko do „centrum gastronomicznego”. W pobliżu kilka kafejek z pyszną kawą i rogalikami. Sam obiekt bez zarzutów, a właścicielka super babeczka.

• Joao Guilherme (9/5): Um achado em Veneza! - Ótima localização no Dorsoduro, perto da ponte de La Accademia, mesmo sendo central, era bem silencioso, isso é um ponto muito positivo. Patrizia é muito organizada e tínhamos tudo que precisávamos de fácil acesso dentro do apartamento. No quarto tem repartições para você abrir a mala e cabides para se organizar. O Check-in foi muito fácil, ótima forma de acessar o quarto. O sofá cama, apesar de estar com uma ótima roupa de cama, era bem desconfortável, está afundando muito e fica realmente difícil pra alguém dormir com qualidade. Teve uma situação meio chata porque o checkout não é 11:00 ou 12:00, é as 10:00 e de repente a luz acabou, mandei uma mensagem para Patrizia e ela disse que não era possível sair às 11:00, já que o pessoal da limpeza já iria chegar, foi um erro nosso não ter conferido a questão do horário de checkout, mas foi uma situação chata, porque tivemos que sair às pressas, talvez uma mensagem antecipadamente teria ajudado.

• Barbara (10/5): posto super carino dotato di tutti i comfort - Appartamento meraviglioso, realizzato sfruttando lo spazio in maniera straordinaria, studiata nei minimi dettagli, dotato di tutti i comfort, addirittura i giochi per i bambini. Pulitissimo. Cucina attrezzata, caffè e the a disposizione. Proprietaria molto disponibile e carina. Posto veramente perfetto per una mini vacanza in famiglia. Grazie mille!
• Emmelia (10/5): - A gorgeous little apartment, with everything you need to relax and enjoy Venice. The apartment was spacious but cosy and had a very comfortable bed. The location is about 20 minutes walk from all main attractions, and the area is much quieter than the tourist hot spots. Patriza couldn't have been more of a gracious host, sending detailed instructions on how to reach the property and was on hand for any questions we had. We will absolutely be staying here again when next in Venice. Nothing not to like!

Un viaggio nella storia dei tagliapietra d Istria del 1600, un viaggio nella storia di Dorsoduro, un viaggio nel fascino della Venezia più autentica, un viaggio nel viaggio che rende la visita della Serenissima magica. Tutto questo grazie a Patrizia che non fa mancare nulla ai suoi ospiti e che li accompagna per mano durante la permanenza nel suo splendido appartamento. L'appartement est impeccable, très propre et on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin (même une boîte à couture). Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour.
• JILL (9/5): Ea Casa de mì is absolutely perfect for a trip to Venice - Everything! The property was ideally located in a quiet alley within two minutes of a Vaporetto stop and perfect for two people (although it would easily sleep four). The bed (and sofa bed) were extremely comfortable and the hostess went out of her way to help. The weather was fantastic too (mid-October) and the city was not too crowded. We can't wait to visit again! There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

• Hajnalka (10/5): - Wir haben die Unterkunft im Juli für 4 Nächte gebucht. Patrizia war auch schon im Vorfeld für all unsere Fragen jederzeit schnellstens erreichbar und hat uns alle Ängste und Sorgen genommen und wichtige Hinweise gegeben. Ihr war nichts zu viel Mühe. Aufgrund einiger Bewertungen hatten wir Bedenken, dass sich das Apartment in einer dunklen Ecke befinden könnte, wo ich mich mit meinen Kindern unsicher fühlen könnte. Dies war jedoch überhaupt nicht der Fall!! Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr guten Gegend, ist hervorragend zu erreichen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Bei Wünschen und Fragen waren die Gastgeber jederzeit schnellstens erreichbar. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Apartment hat eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für diese wundervolle Gastfreundschaft und für die ständige Verfügbarkeit und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. -

Muy buena ubicación en un barrio menos turístico que puede llegar a ser alrededor del puente Rialto o la plaza San Marco. La atención de la dueña era muy buena y apreciamos mucho el gesto del regalo de vino. Nada. Todo perfecto!

• Hayley (10/5): Everything about my stay was exceptional! beautiful accommodation and beautiful city. - I loved everything about my stay in this property, the host Patrizia was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and i was provided with lots of useful information before my stay, the accommodation itself was outstanding, it was clean, I felt safe there as i was on my own, it was quiet, the location was great and close enough to all the main attractions, the accommodation had everything I needed for my stay, it actually exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning to Venice and if this accommodation is free I would definitely stay here again. I can honestly say there was nothing I disliked about this accommodation.

It was clean, well presented (lovely historic feel), everything you need and in an excellent location. Patrizia was wonderful, she replied back almost straight away with information. As a family of 4 with teens, we stayed two nights and wished we stayed more. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Plus fantastic spacious & quiet apartment with outstanding service - Patrizia was a fantastic hostess nothing was too much trouble from restaurant recommendations, clear directions to the apartment & letting us check in early. The attention to small detail in the apartment was much appreciated eg sewing & first aid kit, access to Netflix, clothes airer even pegs! Location was central to all key attractions. Nothing!

• David (10/5): Cozy and welcoming apartment, convenient to Accademia and Piazzele Roma. - Cozy, clean, conveniently located, and Patrizia is a dream to work with. There was construction going on in a nearby apartment that began at 7 am. However, Patrizia had let us know in advance and it proved not to be much of an issue. It is nearly completed.
• Dorothea (8/5): Very very dark - This beautiful apartment has a pleasant size, pleasant service, comfortable furnishings and an excellent location. Being comparatively inexpensive it has a major disadvantage: 6 windows but each without direct daylight, with a view into a light shaft or a tunnel.

The convenience of opening the door with a code is also an advantage. Location is very good apartment is in a quiet area but still close to the main attractions of Venice. • Anonymus-jo (10/5): A small little place in the heart of Venice where you feel like home. - A small little place in the heart of Venice (15-20 minutes to everything - the train station, San Marco Square etc.), where we really felt like home. The host thought of everything (tiny details included), and arranged things so you wouldn't miss a thing. You have even your own place outside to enjoy coffee and a cigarette in the morning :D. From the pictures we were a bit concerned that the ceiling was too low, but a 1,92 m person didn't have any problems ;). We tried the African restaurant near-by, it was a pleasant experience. Nothing to complain about.
