• Octavio Hernandez Perez (5/5): Mejorable - Lo más que nos gustó fue la ubicación. No nos gustó que la habitación era una reforma de una vivienda entera y se entraba por el mismo acceso y no sabíamos que dentro del recibidor era para acceder a las dos viviendas, y por otra parte había una infestación de mosquitos, nada más llegar matamos como 5 y el resto de días por un estilo, deberían de poner aparatos antimosquitos.
• Betti O. (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist klein aber toll, absolut ausreichend für 2 Personen. Es war alles da, was man benötigte sogar Kaffee, Zucker, Duschgel und Shampoo. Das Bett ist 1,60m breit, hat uns vollkommen genügt. Das Besondere ist die Lage... 5 Gehminuten zur Rialtobrücke und 9 Minuten zum Markusplatz. Auch bei der Ankunft mit dem Boot vom Flughafen hatten wir nur 5 Minuten zur Wohnung zu laufen. Mega fand ich auch, dass wir alle notwendigen Informationen vorab per WhatsApp erhalten haben, da konnte man auch alle weiteren Fragen stellen und bekam direkt eine Antwort. Très bonne communication avec Marisa. Merci pour votre gentillesse. Bonne literie. kitchenette pratique. Placards, penderie pour rangement. Linge de toilette ok. Pas grand chose. Tout était très bien.
• Lucía (9/5): Gilda que corona nuestra estancia en Venecia - apartamento cumplía exactamente con todas las características anunciadas: estaba muy limpio, bien cuidado y la ubicación es realmente muy buena. Además, tuvieron un detallito de bienvenida que nos encantó y que demuestra el cuidado que ponen en sus huéspedes. Durante toda la estancia han estado muy pendientes de que no nos faltara nada y de si necesitábamos cualquier cosa. Les felicitamos por el gran trabajo que hacen y les agradecemos mucho la atención recibida. Sin duda, lo recomendamos y volveríamos encantados.

• Ana (10/5): - El apartamento es monisimo y tiene todo lo que se necesita. Agradecimos las galletas de mantequilla que nos dejaron al llegar como detalle y el hecho de tener cocina con cafe e infusiones. Estaba súper limpio y la ubicación nos pareció perfecta. Laura que vive al lado es encantadora. Super recomendable

Despite the small size the hosts made sure you have all you need and even the tiny table opens up so you can have proper breakfast. There was also coffee, basic spices and some basic cosmetics and hairdryer. Really welcoming! Size

Ambiente piccino ma ideale per soggiorni a Venezia da single o coppia molto pulito. La vicina di casa Laura è una persona squisita che si rende disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Facile accesso tramite online check-in

• Jessie (10/5): Perfectamente situado y cuidado al detalle - Primero, la ubicación era magnífica: todos los puntos turísticos nos quedaban a un paso caminando. Además, la atención tan cuidada por parte de la dueña (a través de mensajes) facilitó mucho nuestra llegada. La limpieza del sitio y los detalles decorativos también hicieron que la estancia resultara más agradable y se agradece. La anfitriona dejó incluso café para usar en la pequeña cocina estilo office, lo cual fue un buen detalle. También había gel de manos y champú en el baño, cosas que se agradecen muchísimo cuando viajas. A veces no se necesitan grandes cosas, sino pequeños gestos que te hagan sentir cómodo, aunque solo vayas a estar allí para dormir. No hubo nada en particular del alojamiento que no me gustara, la estancia fue muy buena. Sí me gustaría comentar, eso sí, algo relacionado con el proceso de check-in en Italia en general (no con la anfitriona ni con el alojamiento). El hecho de tener que subir fotos tanto del documento de identidad como del rostro personalmente me resulta incómodo, ya que no queda del todo claro qué uso se hace de esas imágenes ni a dónde van a parar. Comento esto porque uno no se da cuenta de ese detalle hasta que se encuentra en medio del proceso de check-in, y entonces ya no queda más remedio que seguir adelante. Creo que este tipo de procedimientos, que rozan la obtención irregular de datos personales, deberían ser revisados por las autoridades italianas.

Has air conditioning,little kitchen with coffees and tee and cute dishes. Clean and cozy place,can recommend! Shower supplements were quite small. Tiny bottle of shower gel,but no shampoo. Other than that - nothing to note!
• Alan (7/5): Quiet, accessible spot - The property was tucked away down a charming little alley, slightly off the beaten path, which added to its appeal. Accommodation in Venice is generally quite expensive, but this was one of the more reasonably priced options we found. Laura, the neighbour, was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome whenever we saw her. If you’re looking for a place with a view and a bit more space, there are certainly other options—though likely at a higher price. But if you’re after a clean, quiet spot that’s perfect for a good night’s sleep, this place is ideal!

• Dovilė (10/5): Great experience - Even though the apartment is compact, it had everything we could need - from tea to umbrellas, italian coffee maker and sewing kit, etc. The hosts were very responsive and willing to accommodate our needs (we arrived a little earlier and dropped our bags at the place, then left them after checkout as well; had a situation when we locked the door with the keys inside but the host helped us out in less than 10 minutes). We're very thankful for all that and couldn't wish for anything better.

Clean and compact studio, bed comfortable, shower hot, kitchenette adequate. Excellent location, very close to everywhere! Laura gave us an extra blanket as bedding was quite light and we felt cold during the night. Kindly allowed us to arrive early and leave our luggage and then to check out late. Keys a bit tricky until you get the hang of pulling (or pushing) the door and turning the key at same time.

The host had left some biscuits which was a very nice gesture. Small well equipped kitchen area. Good location for shops & restaurants. The property was smaller than we expected. We are not large people at ~5ft 6" - and even with our small frame the bathroom felt very cramped.

• Fred (10/5): We loved how that we were close to everything, yet also in a out of the way place. - The people were friendly- we appreciated the kitchen and all the extras that they thought about- being able to make tea and fix ourselves some food! It was homey- and decorated with flair and personality! We were close to everything in Venice (could easily walk everywhere)- and they were very helpful! so glad we stayed there! Cant think of anything!
• Jacqueline (7/5): nice position— improve the ventilation - position and proximity to main areas very poor ventilation. No windows to open. the ceiling fan just moved the stale air around. the room/ apartment Is very very small- smaller than it looks in pictures.
• Predo1981 (9/5): Centrally apartment - Centrally located with a variety of shops nearby. Rialto and piazza San Marco within 10minutes walk. The wifi had weak signal or zero. The bed is actually a sofa.
