- Victor (8/5): - Idéalement placé entre l'Arsenale et San Marco, dans un quartier qui reste assez calme et résidentiel mais néanmoins 10 minutes Saint Marc. L'appartement est agréable, lumineux et bien agencé. Il est surtout authentique, on sent qu'il a été vraiment habité, ce qui était très agréable (cela change des BnB ultra standardisés). Nos hôtes ont été ultra réactives à nos demandes ce qui est très appréciable ! Quelques équipements manquent ou mériteraient un rafraîchissement, voire sont manquants (l'absence de poignées sur les placards les rend peu pratiques...)

- Luciano (7/5): Siamo stati bene, nonostante qualche difetto rimediabile con maggior cura da parte della proprietà. - La posizione (adiacente al campo della Bragora) è comoda sia per i pontili ACTV di San Zaccaria, sia per le sedi della Biennale all'Arsenale ed ai Giardini; arredamento con qualche pezzo pregiato (tavolo di Castiglioni, lampade Tolomeo, etc.) e si vede la mano di un architetto nella sistemzione dell'appartamento. La dotazione della cucina è adeguata. Ci sono alcune cose strane: le ante ed i cassetti della cucina sono privi di maniglie e in qualche caso è assai difficle aprirli; anche l'apertura del frigorifero è complicata (si è rotto il collegamento fra porta del frigo ed anta della cucina, e non è stato riparato); in bagno a causa di una porta a soffietto che dovrebbe consentire di dividere l'area del lavabo da quella degli altri servizi igienici, risulta assai difficoltoso l'uso del bidet; la sciaccquone del water dovrebbe essere riparato; mancano le zanzariere ed si è costretti a tenere le finestre chiuse. Mancano le istruzioni per l'uso della TV, e c'è qualche problema nella corretta ricezione dei programmi (dovrebbe forse intervenire un antennista).
