• Friedrich (10/5): Perfetto - Susanna die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns liebevoll empfangen. Frisches Obst und Blumen standen für unsere Ankunft bereits am Tisch. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr Zentral und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Für uns war alles perfekt und wie verbrachten wundervolle Tage in Venedig. Leider gibt es für die Bewertung nur maximal 10 Punkte zu vergeben, was eindeutig zu wenig ist.

• Taylar (10/5): Everything I was hoping for to see Venice for the first time! - Amazing spot if you are a solo traveler (or even if you aren’t)! Susanna did everything possible to make her place feel like a home for the guests. It looks EXACTLY how the pictures do and comes with everything it says. It is a 5 minute walk from the Arsenale Vaporetta station which makes traveling from the airport and around the island so easy! As a solo female I felt so safe and had absolutely no issues. It is also conveniently located with so many restaurants, bars, etc. quite literally right downstairs. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Absolutely nothing! Susanna made sure the house was sparkling clean and welcoming as soon as I got there. She even met me at the Vaporetta stop and carried my luggage. 10 star views, host and home!
• Kerstin (10/5): - Traumhafte Lage Nur wenige Schritte von der Vaporettostation Arsenale, liegt diese traumhaft schöne Wohnung. Susanna, die Gastgeberin hat uns an der Vaporettostation sehr herzlich empfangen und uns mit wichtigen Informationen versorgt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Umwerfend schön ist der Blick von den Balkonen auf die Lagune. Blumen, Obstkorb, Prosecco und viel Kunst tragen zum Wohlfühlen bei. In der Straße findet man viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. • Birgit (10/5): Wunderschönes Apartment, perfekte Ausstattung und Susannas herzliche Gastfreundschaft - Wir waren nun schon mehrfach in diesem wunderschönen Apartment in Venedig und sind jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft von Susanna – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen und bestens betreut. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts, was man für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in Venedig braucht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal, um die Stadt entspannt zu erkunden und gleichzeitig einen ruhigen Rückzugsort zu haben. Für uns ist es jedes Mal wie „nach Hause kommen“ – wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!
• Gustavo (10/5): - The location, at only 15min walk from Piazza San, and the cleanliness of the place were outstanding. But what really provided a 10 out of 10 experience was the host. She was always attentive, with really good personal details in the property, making it the best experience we ever had in an accommmodation. Nothing, it was absolutely perfect

Die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein, auch wenn es viele schöne kleine Restaurants, Cafés oder Barmöglichkeiten unmittelbar in der Umgebung gibt. Supermarkt ca.4min Fussweg. Sehr zentral zu allen Highlights und doch ruhig gelegen. Der Blick zum Canal Grande lockt.. Die Fotos sind sehr aussagekräftig und unterstützen vollständig den Eindruck. Danke Susanna für das persönliche Abholen am Vaporetto und herzlichen "Willkommen heißen". Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.
• Hutton (10/5): A perfect stay in Venice - This was an exceptional stay in Venice .Our super host Suzanna met us off the vaporetto at Arsenale which was a lovely touch .Her appartment is on Via Garibaldi which is one of our favourite streets ..lovely restaurants and shops further down .The appartment has been superbly decorated and there are x2 small roof terraces where you can sit and enjoy lovely lagoon views but also you can sit up at the lovely kitchen oak table and have a wonderful view from there too with a big open window . The bed is super comfy and there is is also a very good sitting area too .Very comfy bathroom too . We have been to Venice five times before and this is our best accommodation to date .We just love this area of Venice away from the crowds . Nothing

• Gabriela (10/5): - Die Gastgeberin Susana ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gemütlich, sehr gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Die Aussicht war sehr schön, die Lage perfekt. Vaporettostation ganz in der Nähe, Restaurants und Bäckereien genauso.
• Anna (10/5): Wyjątkowy apartament - trzeba to przeżyć samemu, naprawdę warto! - Fantastyczny apartament urządzony ze smakiem, świetnie działająca klimatyzacja, dwa balkony z widokami zapierającymi dech, wszystko zadbane i czyste, zmywarka, stół przy którym można jeść śniadanie z widokiem na początek Canal Grande i błyszczącą lagunę, malownicza okolica pełna restauracji ze świetnym jedzeniem które bardzo nam smakowało, wygodne łóżko, biblioteczka z materiałami dotyczącymi Wenecji, a przede wszystkim gospodyni - uśmiechnięta, bardzo pomocna, przywitała nas cudownie, wyszła po nas na przystanek vaporetto a w mieszkaniu ugościła kwiatami i owocami. Jej życzliwość była naprawdę wyjątkowa! Widać że w apartament włożone jest serce i miłość do Wenecji. Warto pamiętać o tym, że do apartamentu prowadzą schody i to dość strome, ale dla sprawnych osób nie jest to żaden problem. Osoby o ograniczonej sprawności powinny wziąć to pod uwagę :) Jest to cena za świetne widoki z poddasza!

It is very well located, close to all amenities but quiet at night, with amazing views from the terrace, from where to enjoy few cocktails. The attic is very clean and well appointed, with everything you will need for your stay and more. Susanna is extremely friendly and helpful, a great host. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this delightful place and we hope one day to come back *****.

• Anonymous (10/5): This was a cool and calm oasis during our Venice visit. - The location is excellent near a vaporetto stop and good restaurants. There are 2 terraces with stunning views. Susanna made us feel at home and even provided fresh fruit, and flowers from her garden. You have to walk up 2 steep flights of stairs, but the view is definitely worth it!

• Andrey (10/5): Cozy clean apartment with helpful host and fantastic location. - Perfect location - away from the crowd and yet able to see activities from the window and balcony of people commuting; walking distance to San Marco, so close to Vaporetto station, and in the heart of Biennale. Close to a lovely local bakery, coffee shop, good local restaurant, and supermarket. The kitchen is fully equipped with a good variety of cleaning agents (brush placed in a cup holder to keep the sink clean and to hold the dripping water from the brush). The apartment was nicely decorated with freshly picked flowers for a romantic stay and provided an excellent artistic dining area, which is also very suitable for work. The heating is fantastic, and the bathroom is smartly designed, allowing natural light to come through to the area from the ceiling. It is a fully equipped, clean bathroom with thick, good-quality towels. The bedroom linen is spotless and ironed for a nice sleep, with extra pillows provided. Susanna, our host, is outstanding, from providing exquisite details on how to take the Vaporetto from the airport to picking us up at the Vaporetto station, assisting us with luggage, and providing us with further information on local places to visit. We highly recommend Susanna's place for stay - exceptional location, apartment, and host! we liked everything at the apartment. just a handy note to travellers, It is adviseable to leave bulky luggages like ski bag at the airport storage given the typical narrow apartment staircase in venice.

• Greg (10/5): A wonderful and authentic Venetian experience - Excellent location that provides easy walking and/or vaporetta access to anywhere in Venice. Susanna is an exceptionally welcoming and thoughtful host, including a meet and greet on arrival and the provision of lots of thoughtful little extras that make your stay in Venice, special! You do need to navigate a steep set of stairs to access the apartment - this is not really a ‘dislike’, more something to be aware of.

Can not recommend highly enough! - Aqua was well appointed, immaculate, beautifully decorated, roomy with lots of extras and had a fantastic outlook. Excellent location! Close to cafes, restaurants, grocery shops, only 10 min walk to tourist hot spots but far enough away to be able to relax and take in the Venice experience. Flowers and fruit on arrival was such a homely touch. Host Susanna was excellent to communicate with and made us feel like we were part of her Venetian family. She gave us excellent local recommendations and explained clearly how to navigate our way around town. Susanna even met us at the water bus station to personally walk us to her apartment. Would definitely stay again!

• Derrick (10/5): Exceptional - From the moment I made the booking I knew the host would be a person that would go out of her way to ensure we had a great stay as she replied almost instantly. Getting here from the airport was about 70 minutes on the Alilaguna blue line to Arsenale, where our host was waiting. The apartment is outstanding, with two balconies, one which looks onto the street below and the lagoon. There's plenty to see. The living-room area is inviting and cosy. From the kitchen, the window acts like the frame for a moving picture of boats and in the evening the light from the setting sun catches glasses of Aperol in the restaurants and bars and turns them into fiery goblets. The kitchen itself is well-stocked with all the utensils I needed to cook up some serious amounts of mussells and shrimps from the Saturday Rialto market, which is about 2.5km away on foot. The forested area round the corner to the left and towards the football ground is a superb, quiet, cool place away from the masses of tourists.
• Roslyn (10/5): Amazing hostess, views and location - Susanna was the perfect hostess. She met us at the vaporetta stop and we walked 5 minutes to her apartment. She helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. She gave us directions and recommended great restaurants. If we text her a question, she responded immediately. The views from her apartment were gorgeous. We could see a piece of the grand canal with the boats going by and the sidewalk cafes on our street. The location was the best! We could walk to St. Mark’s square in 15 minutes, but it was out of the crowded tourist areas. We could walk to tons of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries, etc This is very minor but there was no ‘starter detergent’ for the washing machine.

Well furnished, comfortable and extremely clean. Our host Susanna was amazing. Very helpful and so friendly... I felt like I was visiting my friend. Small balcony and tarrace with a great view. While eating breakfast in kitchen you can see Canale Grande through the window!!! Apartment looks even better in real than in the photos. Great location, 10-15 min walk to st.Marco, and its much more calmer than in center. GRACIE Sussana Nothing at all!!!!
• Paul (10/5): The Perfect Apartment for a Venice City Break - Susanna met us at the Alilaguna stop so was there ready and waiting to show us to the apartment. Such a nice lady with such a nice apartment. The Apartment was absolute perfection, everything you could possibly need and more. The accommodation was finished to the highest of standards in a very very tasteful manner and was immaculately clean. The two balconies were perfect for enjoying breakfast or nibbles whilst watching the world go by.... they were also fantastic sun traps. The Location was excellent, just a short walk along the water front over numerous bridges and past the bridge of sighs to reach Piazza San Marco We absolutely loved the place.......... no negatives

• Belinda (9/5): The perfect place to get away - Susanna was wonderful, the location was perfect, quieter than being closer to San Marco but we had a street full of great cafes and restaurants to chose from. The Arsenale is a beautiful area and only a 15 minute stroll to San Marco. Fantastic views of the water, easy access to water bus and all of the sights. The apartment was really well appointed, comfortable bed and the living space was much appreciated. The choice of 2 balconies with different views was amazing. We loved the ability to cook the food we picked up from the market stalls and shops, fresh vegetables, meat, seafood, pasta, pastries and wine! There are a lot of stairs to climb to reach paradise but worth it.
