• Harald (9/5): - Sehr gute Ausstattung wie in der Beschreibung, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, ein Supermarkt war nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Der Campo Junghans vor dem Apartment verwandelt sich nachmittags in einen Ballsportplatz für die einheimischen Kinder mit Eltern, was mit entsprechender Geräuschbelastung auf dem Balkon verbunden ist. In der Beschreibung ist ein Meerblick angegeben, den es nicht gibt.
• patrick (10/5): séjour très agréable, installé confortablement et spacieusement. - bonjour, emplacement idéal pour fuir la foule, endroit très calme, à seulement 10 mn de la place San Marco . Alessia qui nous a accueillie est super, dynamique efficace et de bon conseil.
• Clement (10/5): Magnifique séjour en période de Noël, sans la foule et les files d'attentes des congés d'été. - Très bel appartement, confortable et spacieux. Emplacement calme, à quelques minutes à pied de la station de Vaporetto (Bateaux-Bus de Venise) et à 4 stations de la place Saint-Marc. Accès pratique depuis le Parking Tronchetto (Ligne 2).
• franco (10/5): Desiderio di tornare - L'appartamento è situato presso la Corte Junghans alla Giudecca, una delle zone meglio servite e più tranquille di Venezia. L'appartamento è curatissimo, dispone di ascensore e doppi servizi. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Alessia per l'accoglienza ed i preziosi consigli.

• Claudia (10/5): Super Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. - Super Lage, sehr ruhig und mit dem Wasserbus sehr schnell am Markusplatz. Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Empfang durch Alessia sehr nett, hat uns Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. In der Nähe kleiner Supermarkt. Nespresso Maschine vorhanden. Tipp falls man mal ein super Frühstück genießen will. Das Hilton, auch auf Giuadecca, bietet für 27 EUR ein super Buffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt.

• Maria (10/5): A Little Slice of Luxury - The whole apartment could not be faulted. The friendly host went out of her way to meet us at night, gave us helpful info regarding transport and bought breakfast supplies for us.

She gave us a lot of good tips and was incredibly accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and Guidecca itself is very special. It is such a respite from the crowds. That we had to leave!
• Andrey (10/5): Exceptional - Spacey and cosy apartment for a good price close to main sightseeing attractions in Venice. Very clean, very well equipped, has two bathrooms, nice bed and balcony. There’s COOP and small cafe nearby. About 5 minutes away from vaporetto stop. But the main advantage is the host, she is incredible person, any issues solved immediately, always in touch. • Karl (9/5): The accommodation and the host were wonderful. I would recommend staying here! - The quiet location and spacious property is what we were looking for. The host and her mother we lovely, warm and welcoming. I would recommend this place to others and would come back again. The bedroom got a little warm and the only way to cool it down was to put the air-conditioning on in the lounge room. The main shower was also a little narrow. However, as a bigger guy I get this problem frequently. Both of the above are merely "first-world problems" and weren't really an issue.

• Geoffrey (10/5): Lovely apartment, great communication and advice from host Alessia, and such a wonderful base for our visit to this most - Alessia told us which bus from the airport and which line / number of waterbus would be best to get to Palanca stop on the small isle of Guidecca just a short hop across the water from from Venice where she was waiting for us. She led us just a 5 minute walk to the apartment. The Apartment is so modern and spacious, with everything you could possibly need, and it was absolutely spotless . Alessia sat down with us and gave us advice on the best way to get around, which was most helpful. A little later she sent us a WhatsApp message with lots of recommendations too (restaurants etc). No complaints whatsoever.

• Sara (10/5): Exceptional - I booked this apartament because I used to live in the area many years ago, and I used to admire this building. The apartment is gorgeous, modern and was exceptionally clean. The host is welcoming and fun, also suggested lots of nice places to visit which are not touristy. The area as I already knew it is very quiet and peaceful, just perfect to enjoy a nice Venice view without all the touristic motion. Also very good restaurants in the area close by. I will definitely go back on my next trip!

• Nicola (9/5): Superb - This was the cleanest apartment I've ever stayed in! Very comfortable and had everything you need. Excellent host very accommodating. It was a waterbus ride to get to all the main sites in Venice. Not accessible on foot from the apartment. Boat transport is a bit expensive 9.50 euro for a single trip and 25 for a day pass so I would factor that into the cost if you chose to stay there. We got a 3 day pass (45euro) which will help save some money.
• Kristine (10/5): Great stay in a beautiful stylish apartment - The apartment was very beautiful, decorated with style. Very well maintained and very clean. The area was nice, close to the water, and only 300 meter from the supermarket. Everything you could ever need was available. Alessia, the host was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. She even let us know that due to the high water ( Aqua Alta ) some boats were not running. We will definitely come back. Tony and Kristine.
