• A Kadir (10/5): Perfetto! - The location is great! Just few meters to the main attractions. Overlooking the canal is very high plus point! You get to see people riding the gondola, passing by, while having your espresso. The apartments is clean.. Really nice! The provided us with complete amenities, theres pasta, theres, oil, salt, everything u need as a basic for cooking simple meal. Only that you need to walk up several flights of stairs
• Hannes (2/5): Minderwertige Unterkunft, keinesfalls das Geld wert - Zimmer sind alt, schmutzig und es ist alles einfach schäbig. Man sieht das seit Jahren nichts gemacht wurde. Kaputtes Inventar. Fremde Haare im Bett und auf den Waschbecken. Schmutziger Boden. Bett sehr unbequem. Extrem laut sind die Motorboote im Kanal direkt nebenan, da geht es um 5 Uhr mit vollem Radau los, ausschlafen gibt es nicht.

• Pereira (5/5): - A localização e a limpeza da casa Ser um 4° andar sem elevador subir com malas não é prático,e ficamos sem água quente tivemos só água fria com 2 crianças foi inconcebível e 15 minutos antes do check out já estavam a tocar à campainha para sairmos

• David (10/5): - Loved the location. The view was amazing. The main bed was comfortable. 2 bathrooms Very noisy at night.
• JOBY (7/5): Great location & value for money - The owners/staff were very prompt in their communication and the location of the place is just great - 5 mins from St. Marks Square and Rialto bridge and the high street. The best was the balcony view we had of the gondolas and the canal down below. Our room was on the third floor, would have appreciated a lift in the building.
• Ramon (3/5): Venetie is geweldig maar Appartment valt voor deze prijs heel erg tegen - Locatie is prima Drie kwartier moeten wachten tot de host kwam die overigens niet vriendelijk was en de tijd nam om alle gegevens over te schrijven, dus inchecken nam ook de nodige tijd in beslag Appartement is ruim maar erg slecht onderhouden. Duurt lang voor er warm water is in de douche. Matras in tweepersoons bed is erg wiebelig. Airco maakt heel veel lawaai en doet het in de kinderslaapkamer niet goed. Kortom voor deze prijs veel meer verwacht

L'appartement est vaste et les deux chambres ainsi que les deux salles de bains conviennent bien pour une famille de 6. En outre, le placard est rempli de petites choses qui dépannent bien : sel, café, huile d'olive sucre... On se sent comme chez soit. La climatisation est nécessaire toute la journée en pleine vague chaleur estivale mais vraiment trop bruyante. Alors, on l'a arrêtée mais laissé la ventilation seule toutes les nuits de 23h30 à 7h00 et l'on a pu dormir :)
• Aileen (8/5): Perfect location and sice for the family. - Excellent location , staff and Clean unit. Very homey for the family. Seeing the gondola with the gondolier in the canal In the morning is such a Delight. The 3 flight of stairs, dining table wiggly.

• Reed (9/5): Wonderful!!! - Lovely personal touch being met and showed to the apartment. The apartment was great for a family, all the amenities, 2 bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. Clean tidy but not impersonal, and the canal views were gorgeous. The host was very helpful sending us suggestions of places to go. nothing. all was great
• Diana (9/5): The location overlooking the canal and gondolas was amazing. - It’s a large apartment, very close to St Marks Square. The location on the canal, being at the intersection of another canal, was a bonus. The gondolas were nonstop through here, many with musicians and singers. Lovely! The kitchen was well equipped, had lots of dishes, glasses, etc and had a full sized dishwasher, so we didn’t have to spend much time cleaning up after every meal. There’s a very good (and affordable) grocery store nearby. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was loose and slid around. Luckily, there was a second bathroom. The dining table top rocked like it was detached, so it was awkward to use. The washing machine is the smallest I have ever seen, but we managed since our stay was short.

• Andrew (9/5): Wonderful location in central Venice. - The apartment is beautifully furnished, with chandeliers, rugs, bookcases, etc., and is located in an amazing spot that is convenient to get to sites, to meander through Venice and wander across the smaller canals, seeing gondolas everywhere, and to get to restaurants and shops. It is amazing to be able to see the gondoliers and gondolas below, from the very narrow balcony, and to hear the musicians on the gondolas. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The air conditioner was noisy, and could be disruptive sleep with it coming on and off the night. We hadn’t realised it is a bit difficult to get into (and out of) central Venice with luggage if your bags are large, given the number of stones steps to walk up and down across bridges crossing the grand canal and smaller canals. We caught a water taxi from the train station, and then caught the water ferry to the airport, crossing two small bridges with steps up and down to cross the canals. There were also a number of floors to walk up, carrying luggage to get to the apartment. Our host helped us bring one large suitcase up.

• Roberta (6/5): Not happy with lights, common area, cold showers & dirty dishes. - Lorena responded to our questions concerning arrival and departure to airport promptly and tried to explain lights in unit. Was disappointed Lorena did not meet us but sent someone else. Pulled a few expresso cups from cupboard for use and were filthy, pushed button for larger quantity on coffee machine and barely filled halfway, had cold showers which prevented some to not be able to shower at night. lights were not explained until we inquired & do not operate efficiently, constantly had to try to figure out; asked for more than 1 key since we had multiple adults and told only one key, some lights in unit did not work. Information in unit concerning local restaurants not helpful. Common area had one couch & dining room with chandelier that did not work. 1 TV in bedroom no remote.

• Sonia (5/5): Overall, it was nice. Very expensive stay. - Location was great, extremely beautiful view of the gondolas and canals. Washing machine didn’t work and there were only small shower towels available. Still had to pay full price for electricity and gas. Extra charge if the kitchen wasn’t left clean. Had to bring the garbage bag down to the pick up spot. In all our other travels in Italy, this was the only one that required cleaning the kitchen and extra charges for gas and lights.

• Paula (8/5): Lovely apartment in a great location. - The apartment was very nice in a great location. We could hear the gondola men singing their hearts out. I also thought it was really nice there was coffee and tea provided. I think the beds and bedding could use some updates, but pretty good. I might put the tv in the living room so people could gather together.

• Emily (10/5): lovely and comfortable stay in a great neighborhood close to everything, but relatively quiet even during carnival. - great communication before and during stay, great location, well equipped kitchen, clean. we didn’t care but it’s a third floor walk up and would be difficult with strollers, carrying toddlers, or for elders.

She was so informative and helpful , and so lovely to talk to, we thank you heaps for your help. This apartment is very comfortable, clean , spacious, kitchen complete with everything you need , 2 bathrooms were exceptional, and the heating works very well. Both bedrooms have balconies overlooking the canals. The location is superb , close to St Marks Square , and next to Teatro Le Fenice !! nothing

• Anonymous (10/5): Charming, comfortable and convenient - We stayed at this incredibly charming apartment over the summer and would highly highly recommend it. The location can't be beat - St Marks Sq is just a few minutes walk away and all the lovely meandering venice streets, boutiques (the poshest ones as well as the little souvenir shops) and eateries are literally right around the corner. The place is exactly as pictured, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Gave us very helpful reccos on everything from restaurants to how best to get to the place from the airport. Someone even came to greet us at our rialto stop when we arrived and escorted us right to the apartment so we didn't have to worry about getting lost in the maze that venice can be, however lovely. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Venice. Only thing to be mindful about is that you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

All the amenities in the house were working most especially the air conditioning unit. Loads of stairs, a bit difficult when you have heavy luggages but we already know about this prior to booking the place

• Irledia (8/5): Beautiful view, sketchy accommodations - Location was great. You can stand in the balcony and watch the gondolas go by. Can’t beat that. AC remote for master bedroom wasn’t working. We figured it out second day. There is no elevator. Maybe it’s being repaired. Not sure but 4 floors with baggage is not fun. Shower head was difficult to figure out. Cold and hot water come out indiscriminately. Strange. Bed is hard!
