• Chiara (3/5): - Posizione strategica e comoda, buona pulizia Appartamento da rinnovare, mancanza di prodotti per la cura della persona (es. bagnoschiuma) e macchinetta del caffè. Divano letto sfondato e scomodo, bidet non funzionante
• Melinda (10/5): - Perfekt gelegen, sehr zentral und doch ruhig! Ideal für Familien oder junge Leute, da das eine Schlafzimmer und die Ausziehcouch durch einrn spalt verbunden sind. Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet- fehlendes Besteck wird ersetzt.
• Hilde (6/5): Gute Lage, teilweise abgewohnt, aber sonst in Ordnung - Lage gut, Nähe Marcusplatz, urige Unterkunft, ausreichend Platz Online Check In hat nicht gut funktioniert, bisher trotz Aufforderung keine Rechnung erhalten Inventar abgewohnt: Falttüre kaputt und daher laut, Gefrierfachtüre im Kühlschrank defekt, daher alles nass, Eine Duschtüre durch Vorhang provisorisch ersetzt. Terrasse ist eigentlich ein Lichthof und durch Schmutz unbrauchbar! Kommunikation mit Vermieter via WhatsApp und E-Mail ist mühsam, manche Fragen mussten doppelt beantwortet werden.
• Dora Sonne Ravn (4/5): Skuffende - Beliggenhed Der var beskidt. Opvaskemaskinen virkede ikke og derfor var alt i skabene beskidt. Fryseren var ubrugelig da den var fyldt med is. Det ene bad/toilet kunne ikke låses. Den øverste køjeseng var ubrugelig da der intet afskærmning var og sovesofaen var virkelig dårlig. De ting jeg klagede over fik jeg aldrig svar på.
• Brian (9/5): Great secluded base for exploring Venice - Location was great. Very friendly restaurant opposite. Great facilities for a family stay. Quiet location but close to main sites. Small courtyard not really looked after so didnt use. Shower door needs replacing.

• Rebecca (3/5): hotel was extremely run down and very dirty. Challenging to try and contact Venice support line and resolve apartment co - the location was of the property was great and the actual property itself has potential if it was maintained better. the place was extremely dirty and run down. Bathrooms - showers look like they had never been cleaned properly, there was mould in the grout and drains, the shower screens were almost falling off, tap upstairs was half broken, light wasn’t working downstairs. Floors - appeared to look visually clean until you walked on them! our feet were black walking on them, parts were sticky, dust surrounding all the bedrooms in the corners and near skirting boards. Ammenities - no kitchen supplies ie sponge, detergent, bin bags. half empty hand wand body wash. it honestly looked liked this place had not been cleaned and replenished since previous tenants! Staff- Extremely difficult to contact Venice staff, i had to repeatedly call the other cities who were very responsive and helpful . All the staff i spoke to faced the same challenges with Venice staff, when they called them no answer and they kept leaving her emails to respond and escalate my concerns. Simultaneously i kept whatsapp the number as well, the responses were always extremely delayed hence i needed to try call. Smell- The entire place had this mouldy scent to it, I had 4 children travelling with us and I was concerned if this was mould the effect it may have on the kids. Again i mentioned this to the staff and no proper review made at the time. Day 2 someone came and fixed the light bulb and cleaned showers only, however no floors cleaned etc. No maintenance or cleaning to the property on day 2, ie towels changed, beds made etc. I assumed at the very least new towels would be provided?? The floors never got re-cleaned when i asked about this again I was told “our stuff was everywhere” our stuff being our luggage was all in our bedrooms, there was clear access to all the common areas and around the bags!!! This was a very unpleasant stay from the actual apartment to trying to reach the Venice support line. It’s a shame because the house if maintained correctly would be great and is in prime location.

• Marcin (8/5): Very good - Location. We found live african scorpion in bathroom. We had problem with mosquito.
• Elizabeth (3/5): Poor - The box to get the key didn't open based on the instructions provided. But we eventually figured out that the last person didn't follow the directions correctly to leave the key, once we realized that we were able to improvise and get the key. There is mold in the upstairs bathroom, and the smell from the mold was really bad. The smell would get sucked into the AC unit outside of the bathroom, which spread the smell throughout the place. If we turned off the AC and opened the windows the mosquitos would entire the place and we got tons of mosquito bites.

• Kate (8/5): Great location. Clean. - The host organized a taxi to and from the airport for us and lockers to store our bags before/after we checked in/out. Great location. Big kitchen space and nice to have a court yard to sit in. Could do with more seating in the living room.

Very good location, you can easily walk to everything in Venice, you also have a restaurant in front of the building, but you can reach all the important places by foot. 2. The apartment looks good, it's on 3 levels and you have pretty much everything you need. 1. It was freezing inside, we didn't have much heat, it didn't work to rise up the degrees, it was really really bad at night. 2. The host has too many rules about not leaving any trash anywhere, otherwise they will charge me a 50 euro fee. I never leave a mess behind me, but the fact that they said about this fee, it feels like I am already cleaning up for the next guest.

• Jennifer (8/5): Lots of space, great location close to everything, but still tucked away and quiet. I would book heee again for sure. - Close to a piazza and shops. Walking distance to main attractions. The private courtyard was nice too The garbage situation was confusing and the washing machine was impossible to figure out.

• Deguglielmo (8/5): Very good - The location was central to St. Marks Square, and easily found. Lots of restaurants and shopping near bye. The space was comfortable for our group of 6. As Senior citizens the 3rd floor bedrooms were a bit hard to access.
