Ngai (8/5): Very good - Good location, good apartment, excellent and attentive host. The hot water is a bit slow to come (over 20 seconds after turning on the tap), but it does eventually come.
Fatemeh (5/5): the place was not as clean as I expected. - 1- shower was very good 2- big mirrors were very practical 1- electric kettle was not clean at all. 2- there was no oven inside house to cook. 3- not enough toilet paper there 4- there was no iron for cloths
Ciprian (4/5): Disappointing - It is within a decent ~20 mins distance from the city center. The place was sick dirty with hair all over (on the floor, in the bathroom, on the bed, on the toilet) and thick dust on the amenities. The bed sheets were poorly cleaned (or maybe not even changed).
