• Yuliia (7/5): Overall, we appreciated the location and easy access to transport, but a few improvements would definitely make the stay - 1. The metro station is right across the street 2.Plenty of restaurants and bars are within walking distance. 3.Clear instructions for check-in made the process easy. 4.It takes only 15–20 minutes to get to the city center. 1.The water pressure is quite low and it takes 2–3 minutes for the hot water to come through. 2.The bed is small for two people. 3.Some areas (next to the bed and the TV stand) were quite dusty. We even found a sock under the shelf, which suggests those spots aren’t cleaned properly. 4.It would be more convenient to leave Wi-Fi instructions somewhere in the apartment, as not everyone finds it easy to access a website just to get the password. 5.The washing machine had a musty smell, so unfortunately we couldn’t use it. 6.One of the towels had a ripped seam. it seems like the towels have been in use for quite a while. 7. I wasn’t sure why there was a half-empty bottle of water and a few jars of kids’ purée in the fridge. It didn’t seem like a welcome gift.

• Cees (9/5): Pleasant apartment opposite of Metro station - Nice spacious apartment on the backside of a building with many holiday apartments. Well equipped, clean, good WiFi. Facing the back courtyard with trees. Several windows. Washing machine. Good location opposite of Alder Strasse metro station. If you have an apartment on the side of the main road it can be noisy. In summer the apartment can be quite hot, as there is no airco.
• Elena (7/5): Convenient location, maintenance could be a lot better. - The apartment was spacious. The check-in was flawless. The location is convеnient because it is right across the U-bahn station. You can literally cross the street and hop on the train. There are plenty of places to eat in the area. There were some things broken or not working - for example we couldn't open the windows blinds, because the controls were broken. The furnishing is not very new, the floor makes a lot of noise when you walk around. The temperature of the hot water is unstable, which is very unpleasant when you are taking a shower. The towels are old and worn out. The weather was cold and that resulted in the apartment being cold as well. There was no heating of any kind, even the remote for the AC was hidden. Before we arrived I received an email that they regulate the temperature of the rooms for some ecological reasons, but for us it was just cold and unpleasant the whole time. It wasn't very clean when we arrived - you could see small pieces of trash, crumbs and dust around the furnishing as the floor was not thoroughly cleaned. The apartments are facing the street and that comes with a lot of noise to the point we couldn't open our windows.

• Huyen (10/5): Pleasant stay - We had a very pleasant stay, the apartment is ideally located in front of the train station, it was clean, comfortable and calm despite being next to a big road.

• Marijana (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. It was very clean and well-maintained. The apartment was also incredibly quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. The hosts were fantastic—providing really clear instructions on how to access the apartment, which made checking in super easy. The location is perfect, right across from a metro station, so getting around the city was convenient.
• Marion (9/5): Superb - Apartment 9A was lovely & comfortable and is in a good location for transport links to city. However road noise when trying to sleep was a problem. The oven / grill doesn't appear to work & there is no toaster which we only realised when trying to make toast for breakfast.

• Kudamah (9/5): Comfy stay in Veinna - The location is just across the street from the metro station and bus/tram stop. The flat was clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and willing to help, although we never met them in person. The bed is a bit small. Basic kitchen stuff ( oil and salt) will be great since it doesn't worth to by them for short stay.

• Adrian (9/5): Superb - The apartment we stayed in is very nice and warm (we were there in December). The location is great, there is a subway station just across the street and a tram station nex to it, and we were able to get anywhere very easily. The apartment is clean, no doubt about it, but there are some items that could do with a deep cleaning (the sofa is the one that comes to mind). This is just being really picky, though, nothing that would stop us from returning

• Becca (9/5): Spacious and comfortable apartment in a convenient but noisy location. - Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage space in all rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom and shower were very large. Bed was large and comfortable. There is a small desk in the bedroom available. The unit is right outside the U-Bahn station and within walking distance to a lot of locations we wanted to visit as well; the city center is about 30 minutes away on foot. There isn't a laundry machine in the unit but there is one available right outside the door shared with the unit next door. Hosts were friendly and gave very clear instructions on how to get in. While the location is convenient, it is on a very busy and loud street. It's also very close to a hospital and we heard sirens frequently as ambulances went by. The elevator only takes you halfway between the unit's floor and the ground floor, so be prepared to carry luggage up at least one flight of stairs. No shelves in the shower and floor gets very slippery when wet, would love to see a wall bar for safety. The bathroom ventilation could be better. It was difficult for us to find a grocery store nearby, we had to walk several blocks away to find fresh produce. Unrelated to the apartment, make sure to have cash in Vienna! Some stores do not accept international cards, and some don't accept cards at all.

• Trif (10/5): Great apartment in a great location. - Great experience: everything is new in the apartment, very clean, and equipped with everything necessary. The check-in process in very simple: you'll get a door-code via whatsapp and it works really easy. The location is also very good: like 20 min walk to the city center, and if you want to use public-transportation, both the metro and the tram station are right in the front of the building. Near-place is everything you need: private parking if you come by car (we used the private parking at AKH hospital, which is 5 min walk from the property - 25 EUR per day), a super-market like 5 min walk, coffee-shops, etc. Not much to complain about.

• Nicolle (10/5): Comfy and clean - Amazing place to stay in Vienna, everything is kind of near. There is the subway across the street and the many options of transportat around. The apartment is pretty good, clean and the neighborhood on the building is quiet and the doors open by password that make everything more easy on the trip. My boyfriend and I are very pleased to spend our holidays there and the on-line staff are very friendly and helpful. We definitely gonna go back in the same accommodation. Nothing to declare.

• Papadakis (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartment, fully equipped. The distance from the centre is 2,5 km, but there are metro, train, bus, tram in close distance. We bought the 48 hours Vienna card for all means of transport from the Vienna main train station for only 14,10 euros and so distance was not a problem for us. Close to the apartment there are super markets to buy a shampoo or other stuff, pharmacies, cafe, bars, restaurants, everything you may need. The WC is separate from the bathroom. We booked the apartment with a balcony. The king size bed was very soft and you were sinking on it. Also it is about 2m long and if you are a tall guy, you may have a problem. We were not that tall (1,85 and 1,64 respectively). In conclusion, we are happy with our stay. Thank you Matea!

• Ελενη (7/5): Good - It was comfortable and big for two people. The kitchen was full equipped. There was washing machine, iron and the sower was big enough and it’d had body wash. The toilet and the floor were clean and the bed very comfortable. The metro station was over the other side of the building so was the tram station. We found the kitchen towel filthy in a drawer. We washed it in the washing machine. The toilet was elsewhere from the bathroom and it was completely inconvenient. It was the first time that I had experienced this kind of situation. We would prefer to have second pillow a couple more towels and toilet paper

While it was a little far from the city center, the location was perfect with a subway station right in front of the building, making it very easy to get around. The bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best I've slept in! The entire apartment was cool and cozy, providing a very relaxing atmosphere. The online check-in process was super convenient and hassle-free, and the staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay.

• Jake (9/5): Great apartment - Lovely little apartment. Very modern kitchen and bathroom. Comfy bed, very clean and everything in good working order. Location is right next to the metro so any part of the city is easily accessible. Communication from matea was great, received check in details on time for when we arrived. We came at the end of august and it was extremely warm in Vienna, 35 degrees… we only had a office fan for the room so it was very uncomfortable to try and sleep at night so we didn’t sleep great at all whilst we were there. Investment in a/c would go a long way even if it’s just for the summer months.

• Aleksandra (7/5): Vienna summer, Appartment HG8A (2+2) 2. Floor - Instructions and entry was simple. Good location. There are a few parking garage neareby. There is a subway and train station across the street. There are shops nearby. Appartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and pleasant. WiFi conection was perfect. The beds in the bedroom and the trundle bed were perfectly comfortable. Additional towels. Stuff responded quckly and answered a few questions helpfully. Small issue: There is small balcony, but during the summer it is too hot early in the morning. There is no curtain in the leaving room, it would be better for slipping (there are striped venetian). It is noisy late in the night, but we didn't bother us and we slept well. Main reason for poor ranking: Hott watter supply stopped. Disappointing and unacceptable. We did not have hot water 23 hours, during 1,5 days we were in the appartment. As we informed stuff on Saturday at 1 p.m. They respond quickly, offering that someone come to check. We have accepted, even we did not in the apparment. After that there were anny information and respond. When I sent message, they have just wrote: "Hi sorry for the issue". It is obvious that propperty including approx 8 apartment in the same building, are profesionally managed. So it is really unexpected and unprofessional the absence of any action as well of anny information. Water was super cold. So we have to heat water in a pot. They did not send even an apology and explanation that they are not able to fix the malfunction. After 2 message via Whats up, I have sent e-mail, so I am waiting for responce.

Comfortable bed and sofa. The metro station is right across the road, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It’s a great place to stay. It might get a bit noisy from street traffic if you keep the windows open.

• Viktoriia (10/5): I would come back here again - The apartment is beautifully furnished, spacious, and has almost everything you need (though I wouldn’t mind an iron). The location is very convenient for the metro, though the neighborhood itself isn't very nice, but that's not the apartment's fault. It's clear the hosts have done their best to help guests, providing rare amenities like a dishwasher, stove with an oven, full-sized refrigerator, and a cooktop. It's suitable for long-term stays as well. The attention to detail is noticeable: the apartment is decorated with charming items that highlight the owners' warmth. Check-in was very convenient via WhatsApp, and they were always available. Overall, I would come back here again. We couldn't find any hooks for towels, only a shelf and a dryer, which were not very convenient, and everything took a long time to dry. I would also update the pillowcases, as they were a bit yellowish. The shower tray fills up quickly. Sleeping with the window open can be noisy. But these are all minor issues.

It would be more comfortable if AC was installed instead of a desk fan. We came in mid-June and the weather was starting to get warm. What more if it is already full summer.
• Mariya (10/5): Very comfortable stay and nice experinece in Vienna - Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. Very easy check in and check out and helpful hosts. Location is good, just next to a metro station, so reaching out to each part of the city was very easy. It is even not so far away from the city center by walking, if you prefer that way (maybe 15-20 min). I would highly recommend that place for a comfortable stay and very nice experience in Vienna. Not that much nice restaurants in the neighborhood (at least I did not find such), but as we spent most of our time in other parts of the city, that was not a problem and did not impact negatively our experience with that nice accommodation.
