• Hana (1/5): - Pouze lokalita. Velmi špatné - špinavé vybavení (drobečky na stole, vlasy na zemi, ve sprchovém koutu). Vybavení na nás působilo jako by bylo z popelnice... Povlečení i ručníky naštěstí působily čistě, ale není to jisté - byly povlečené všechny postele v ubytování, ikdyž jsme byli nahlášení jen 2 (pochybuju, že převlíkají všechny postele po každém pobytu)... Zůstali jsme jen z důvodu nemožnosti nalezení náhradního levného bydlení, pokud bychom odešli. Naštěstí po nás nechtěli deposit proti poničení vybavení (který byl v požadavcích před ubytováním), protože opravdu netuším, jak by to poničení hodnotili - po našem odchodu bylo v ubytování čistěji (umyty povrchy, které jsme používali) :-)

• Ana (2/5): Não ficámos no alojamento por ser nojento e inseguro. Fomos obrigados a pagar outro alojamento. - localização O apartamento não correspondia às fotos do anúncio. Tinha buracos nas paredes, janela sem vidro tapada com cartão e falta de higiene grave, incluindo lençóis com cabelos/pelos e manchas. A porta do prédio não fechava e existia uma caixa aberta com chaves do apartamento no exterior, acessível a qualquer pessoa, o que tornava o alojamento inseguro. O anfitrião foi pouco prestável e rude durante toda a situação.

• Valeria (1/5): Casa dell'orrore - Niente Assolutamente bocciato. La stanza era completamente sporca: macchie sulle lenzuola, briciole e capelli sui cuscini, sui letti e sul divano. Il pavimento era pieno di polvere, il tavolo e le sedie erano piene di briciole. Il bagno (mancante del sapone) e la cucina, con annesso corridoio, erano inquietanti: sporchi e fortemente rovinati. Lo stesso vale per il pianerottolo e il conominio. Per questo, siamo stati costretti ad abbandonare l'appartamento subito dopo essere entrati, abbiamo chiesto il rimborso ma ci è stato negato! ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE!

I had to stay just 2 days. If i have enough time, i could change.

• Jayne (7/5): If you are expecting luxury, pay a luxury price. - The property was in a nice location. It could sleep a good amount of people and was quite large for what I paid. Good cost. The property was not the cleanest. There was quite a bit of dirt and build up. The check in process was a bit confusing. The WiFi did not work well at all. The towels provided were tea towels at best and there was not any toiletries provided except for a hair dryer. A little weird. We are broke students though, so the price was unbeatable.

• Nino (6/5): - The staff were helpful and accommodating, they even allowed us to check in early. We initially just wanted to leave our bags, but they went the extra mile and gave us the keys, which we really appreciated. The location was also excellent and very convenient. Our apartment was on the first floor and had a strong, unpleasant musty (moldy) smell. The overall condition felt quite old, and the dishes were not properly cleaned, likely left that way by previous guests. There was also no soap provided. We only stayed for one night, so it was manageable, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay as it could affect your comfort and health.
• Zsuzsanna (5/5): - Lage ist sehr gut, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell erreichbar. Es war leider sehr schmutzig, unsere Zocken beim gehen auf dem Boden wurden mit Staub bedeckt, in der Dusche waren Haare. Das Treppenhaus sieht auch nicht sehr freundlich und sauber aus.

• ATHANASIA (1/5): - Πολύ κακή και προσβλητική η συμπεριφορά του ιδιοκτήτη μέσω μηνυμάτων. Δεν είχαμε καμμιά εμπιστοσύνη για την διαμονή μας. Αλλάξαμε εξαιτίας του το ταξίδι μας χάσαμε τα χρήματα της κράτησης και της μετακίνησης μας στην Βιέννη. Βρήκαμε στο διαδίκτυο πολλά καλά σχόλια εκ των υστέρων. Προσοχή.
• Vanessa (7/5): - Great location, close to the Prater and the Praterstern - easy to get around the city. Spacious apartment with 3 double beds and a sofa. The process of getting the apartment key was and dropping it off was easy. The place wasn't exactly too clean. The sheets and towels were fresh but the whole apartment could use more cleaning. Lime in the kettle, dirt in the corners of the rooms, moldy shower curtain and the bathroom itself, dusty cabinets.

• Jessica (5/5): Guter Preis und Lage, aber dafür ständige Angst, dass Toilette wieder verstopft oder man sich im Bad am heißen Wasser ve - Super Lage, bequeme Betten und nettes Personal. Ein Fenster war kaputt, Schimmel im Bad und die Toilette war beim Einzug verstopft. Die Küchengeräte waren alle sehr dreckig und wurden deshalb von uns nicht benutzt. Generell eignet sich das Apartment nicht zum Kochen.

• Yunus Eren (4/5): Just okay for big groups for 1-2 day max. - A lot of beds, kinda good location. Overall dirty, dirt and molt did not feel clean also the apartment.
• Raya (9/5): - Amazing value for the money. The location was perfect. The girl at the reception was really nice. The host answered my questions before the stay. There was enough toilet paper. The heater works very well. There was no hand soap. The duvets were thin. It wasn't the cleanest (crumbs on the sofa and the sinks were not clean).

Además, la primera noche me encontré una chinche pero el anfitrión vino a resolver, eso si me gusto

• Desislava (8/5): Overall the apartment is great for its price! - The apartment was clean and already warm when we arrived! Also, way bigger than we expected! It had all the necessities! The location was great, close to everything we could possibly need.

• Soares (6/5): Corresponde ao preço - O apartamento está bem localizado tendo metro e estação de comboios a 10 min a pé. As canalizações tanto da sanita como do chuveiro não eram muito boas, até porque o ralo do chuveiro entupia e a água chegava até a sair da casa de banho. O fogão ficava dentro de um dos quartos e o exaustor não funcionava.

• Pedro Lucas (1/5): Não recomendo - Nada pois o proprietário cancelou a reserva em cima do check in, mesmo após termos feito a reserva com quase dois meses de antecedência, deixando eu e minha família na rua em um frio absurdo em Viena, na época de natal ainda, tudo muito caro pra fechar em cima da hora, não prestou nenhum apoio e fez pouco caso da situação, não recomendo. Tudo pois o proprietário cancelou a reserva em cima do check in, mesmo após termos feito a reserva com quase dois meses de antecedência, deixando eu e minha família na rua em um frio absurdo em Viena, na época de natal ainda, tudo muito caro pra fechar em cima da hora, não prestou nenhum apoio e fez pouco caso da situação, não recomendo.
• Alfred (1/5): Die Buddy ist feucht, schimmlig und stinkt mockig. - Das Apartment auf dem Bild hier war nicht dasselbe, das ich bekam. Im zweiten Stock befand sich die Wohnung. Das WC hatte einen vollständigen Totalschaden, die Außenwand war komplett feucht und schimmelig. .

• Alex (1/5): Experiencia pésima, no lo recomiendo. - Instalaciones en pésimas condiciones. La puerta de la calle siempre está abierta. El sofá roto, le faltaba una pata y tirado en el suelo, también estaba deformado. Las camas estaban sucias con las sábanas con lamparones. El baño tenía pelos y la tapa del WC tenía orín. El casero no puso ni jabón para ducharse. Telefonillo del portero de la calle colgando de un cable. La ducha no tragaba bien el agua y se veían los ladrillos de una obra a medio terminar y telarañas. El parquet levantado por todos lados, el microondas sucio con mal olor. No sé cómo se puede tener la poca vergüenza de entregar así un apartamento a un huésped.

• Beatriz (5/5): Ok - A localização é boa e o apartamento é quente. Pelo preço sabíamos que não ia ser fantástico, mas existem mínimos. O apartamento estava cheio de pó, as toalhas cheiravam a pó e eram minúsculas. Uma das janelas não fechava completamente e entrava frio. O apartamento tem potencial mas precisa de umas obras.

• Alisson (1/5): Worst place/host - Nothing Worst place ever. Was overall extremely dirty...the toilet, shower, fridge, kitchen, etc. We had to clean the toilet and shower to be able to use it. I quote what the host told us when we called to ask for a solution "you knew what you were getting into (?), why do you want the toilet cleaned? Do you eat or drink there? You just seat there". Careful, this man lacks manners and basic respect principles. On top of that of the sinks was super hard to close every time, there was an inside window missing in the main bedroom and one heather was not completely attached to the wall, falling from one side. I do not recommend it even for a short stay. By far the worst place I have stayed in.
