Overlooking a green, leafy courtyard, this studio is laid out as follows: entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, large living/sleeping room, an enclose kitchen and dining area and a bathroom with a shower, washing machine and a WC. Final cleaning, towels and linen are all included. It is within walking distance from the famous Viennese Opera, the museums, the Sacher Hotel and the very center of Vienna. Within walking distance of the apartment you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and bakeries. The famous shopping street Mariahilferstrasse and the Naschmarkt are only a 10 minute walk away. The next underground station (U4 Pilgramgasse) is only a 5 minute walk away and takes you to the St Stephans Church in only 3 stations. The next bus stop is also only a 2 minute walk away from the apartment(13A).

• Jaana (7/5): - Itse asiassa emme yöpyneet tässä huoneistossa, vaan omistaja vaihtoi meidät toiseen huoneistoon ; Taubstummen kasse 3. Huoneisto oli hyvällä paikalla. Huoneisto oli hyvin kulunut ja epäsiisti. Erityisesti kylpyhuone oli likainen.
• sara (8/5): Un giro di valzer a vienna - L'appartamento ê perfetto per un breve soggiorno, perché dotato di tutto, e la presenza della cucina ci ha permesso di preparare le pappe per il nostro neonato.La posizione ê comoda,a due fermate di metro dal ring e dal quartiere dei musei,ma in un contesto tranquillo e pieno di localini tipici e posti dove bere qualcosina. Perfetto per le famiglie e per chi desidera un soggiorno tranquillo a Vienna. I materassi sono scomodi
• Rodolfo (7/5): Bom local, um pouco longe do centro. - Bom custo/beneficio. Espaco bom, mercados perto. Internet boa. Havia um pouco de sujeira na entrada do apartamento. O pagamento dizia no anuncio que era no cartão de credito, mas pra fazer no cartão de credito precisava de uma conta revolut ou paypal, que eu não tinha e não conseguia criar pois em viagem não tenho numero de celular para criação da conta. Sorte que um amigo na Europa conseguiu pagar para mim por transferência.

• Chiara (7/5): - La pozione è super comoda, i mezzi (autobus e tram) sono molto vicini e anche per muoversi a piedi è molto comodo. L’appartamento ha tutto quello che serve. La pulizia, purtroppo abbiamo trovato il bagno e gli asciugamani poco puliti.

• Artem (9/5): В целом проживание было комфортным: отличное расположение и удобный контакт с хозяином - Квартира оказалась отличным выбором! Было очень чисто и тепло, всё полностью соответствовало описанию. Расположение просто супер — рядом городская инфраструктура, магазины и транспорт, всё в пешей доступности. Общение с хозяином было удобным и быстрым, получили все необходимые инструкции без проблем. С удовольствием остановился бы здесь снова! Но есть и небольшой минус — в ванной комнате было немного пыли на батареях для полотенец и раковина была немного грязной. Также есть сильная слышимость из общего коридора и слышен шум бойлера, но ситуацию заметно спасает стеклянная дверь в комнату.

Si trova a un paio di km dal centro di Vienna (distretto n. 5, il centro è distretto n.1) che si raggiunge a piedi con una bella passeggiata di un 30 min circa, la zona è tranquilla e silenziosa e si riposa bene. Ci sono le fermate dei mezzi (che funzionano benissimo) a 300 metri da cui è possibile raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. Appartamento pulito, bagno pulito e spazioso. Consiglio questo appartamento per due persone, noi eravamo in 3 e il terzo letto era una poltrona letto poco adatta a un adulto alto e robusto. Se lo consiglierei a un amico o lo terrei come punto di riferimento per un ritorno a Vienna? Sì. Per il rapporto qualità prezzo non si può dire nulla di negativo. Migliorerei la qualità dei cuscini, la custodia degli utensili per la cucina, e farei trovare almeno 1 bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo, ma per il prezzo pagato va bene così.
• Francis (9/5): Clean, quiet and cosy. - The apartment is a short walk from Pilgrim Gasse and extremely quiet at night. There are supermarkets nearby and a 25 min walk into Vienna city centre. The apartment was clean and tidy and has everything you need. It would be nice to be able to open the blinds in the living room.

• Burcu (6/5): Konum iyi, fiyatı fena değil ama yatak ve apartmanın yalıtımı kötü. - Konumu iyi, merkez tren istasyonuna çok yakın, otobüs, tramvay’a yakın, etrafında market kafe restoran var. Temizliği kötü, yatakların altı hiç silinmemiş çok fazla toz var, odadaki eşyalar da çok tozlu. Yatak çok kötü, yastıklar da kötü , konforsuzlar, ayrıca çift kişilik yatak istedik bize iki yatağı birleştirmişler, hem yatağın kendisi kötü hem sırtımız yatağın orta kısmına denk geldiği için ayrıca rahatsız edici oldu ve sırtımız ağırdı. Ayrıca binanın yalıtımı kötü, yan odalardan ses, üst odalardan da yürüme adım sesleri geliyordu.

Il s agit d un studio Sans doute Vienne est chère, pour ma part le rapport qualité -prix est mauvais.

• Andrew (5/5): Basic apartment - The location was ok, not too far from a bus stop. The apartment was basic, but everything you needed. Good to have a washing machine (though no detergent, had to buy from shop). It was easy to check in, check out. Whilst staying here, myself and partner developed a rash of spots, both of us slept on the double bed....mine on my neck on the side of my body I sleep on. When checking images online at spots they look like those caused by bed bugs. I would advise the landlord and future guests to check the bed. I will be looking out for this when I stay anywhere again!

The apartment was somewhat not clean (the bed linen was dirty, we found hairs in the shower cabin). The person who rented us the apartment mentioned to us that we have to take out the garbage.
• Laura.2010 (9/5): Superb - Our experience at Vienna Central Apartments (Apartment Siebenbrunnengasse 3) was fantastic! The apartment was clean and cosy. Megan, our host, was remarkably accommodating and provided us with exceptionally clear and detailed self-check-in instructions. The location was ideal, offering convenient access to public transportation and just a 30-minute walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral. While the kitchen was fully equipped, we didn't have the chance to use it. I highly recommend this place and would eagerly choose to stay here again in the future. The irritating and disruptive noise coming from the heating system :(

• Floria (8/5): Nice apt unfortunately a bit too noisy - Very central situated, close to the subway line, 20 mins walking to the Ring. Nice daylight. Clean. Megan was accommodating and allowed us to leave the luggage there till 15:00 o Clock on the day of departure. It was a bit noisy- on the corner to main boulevards, if you open the doors, it is very noisy. Since there is no air conditioning, opening the windows was a must. The apartment felt a bit warm, though the temperatures were not extremely hot.

Very class to public transport, which takes you directly to the city centre. The kitchen utensils were limited, no peeler only 1 pot, frying pan. However, we ate out most of the time so this want really an issue.

• Dong (9/5): it was good - The apartment was clean, it was a nice cosy place. Bus station is within 10 minutes walking. Bus goes direct to the center of Vienna. Host was very kind and told us some advice, for example how to order food and what kinda app you had to use plus the address. Kitchen was usable and overall a good experience. Place was kinda difficult to find because it was within a parking lot.

• Cristina (9/5): comfortable and welcoming place - I liked the fact that it was close to the St. Stefan square (2 metro stations away), we had many grocery stores around, including a hospital. we got along perfectly with the owner, we communicated excellently on the phone how to get to the location and get the key. we had absolutely everything we needed in the apartment (coffee maker, toaster, stove), there were no problems with heat or hot water. the area is quiet, clean. we recommend the location! the cleaning was not done very well

The manager was so kind, she arrived at the place soon and we had a quick check in. the apartment was fully furnished( kitchen supplies, coffee maker, kettle, pots, dishes, glasses, cups,…) anything you need to cook the food. the bathroom and toilet was so comfortable, there is hairdryer also , digital TV. the location was great, near tram to reach train station or city center. there are several market near the apartment to buy groceries ( Billa, spar, Aldi, dm,…) I couldn’t find any uncomfortable in the room. they think about everything

Near there are a supermarket and some cafés to take some breakfast. Ok, for 2-3 days. Pillows are not so comfortable, thin walls you can hear the neighbors noise.
