• Stephanie (8/5): - Sehr schöne, große Wohnung mit vielen hübschen Zimmern. Die beiden Sofas und das Bett waren gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Zum Zusammensitzen am Abend ideal. Gleich um die Ecke ein tolles Frühstückscafe "der Mann der satt/glücklich macht"- so in der Art. Und gemütlicher Spaziergang zum Prater in 20 Minuten und nur gut 15 Minuten mit Tram und laufen in die Innenstadt entfernt. Und schön ruhig. Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Der Schlüssel an der Haupttür unten hat sehr geklemmt und war schon verbogen.zum Glück waren wir zu viert, jede durfte probieren und die vierte hat dann die Tür öffnen können. WLAN ging nur im Bad, ideal für eine bestimmte Personengruppe ;-) Und die Wohnungstür aus Milchglas machte einen etwas unsicheren Eindruck weil man das Licht und Personen im Flur wahrnehmen konnte. Jalousien oder ähnliches wären nützlich gewesen.

• SILVIA (9/5): Excelente para visitar Viena - A 20 minutos del centro, bien comunicado, limpio, silencioso i cómodo. Nos gusta que el alojamiento nos deje pastillas para el lavaplatos i papel higiénico suficiente para toda la estancia.

Not specific issues to mention but it would have been good to have some complimentary things (like coffee, tea or some snacks or shampoo, shower-gel etc) and Noone came to see us or to check on us though it was not necessary but to be more friendly

• Lavinia (6/5): Ok - Nice, clean apartment. Responsive host On our last day we were supposed to check out at 11 am so Around 9:30, whilist in the shower, we heard someone at the door. We had the unpleasant surprise that the next incoming guests entering the flat just like that, no knocking, no nothing, asking to leave their luggage inside. I was naked in the shower and this weird guy just coming inside, it was a horrible experience. Never happened something like this before. Called the host and informed it but they never left. They sat outside the door for 1h waiting for us to leave. Horrible!

• Bernhard (9/5): Jederzeit wieder. - Es war der perfekte Rückzugsort, den man bei Städtereisen braucht. Wir haben nicht nur in Wien, sondern auch in Amsterdam, Dublin, Kopenhagen und Köln gesucht. Dank dieser Unterkunft hat Wien den Ausschlag erhalten. Und es war die richtige Entscheidung! Es fehlte nur Waschpulver, um die Waschmaschine nutzen zu können, hat man in der Regel nicht dabei. Ja, klar, Jammern auf höchstem Niveau 😄.
• Joke (8/5): Prima accommodatie om te verblijven en Wenen te ontdekken - Mooie ruime accommodatie en goed van temperatuur ondanks het warme weer. Wij vonden het jammer dat er in de 2e slaapkamer een slaapbank stond en geen normaal bed.
• Maksym (10/5): - Все сподобалось, просторі апартаменти, повністю укомплектовані, є все що потрібно для комфортного перебування. Без ключовий доступ, поруч кілька магазинів, кілька зупинок громадського транспорту, також поруч підземний паркінг, якщо потрібно залишити на ніч авто. Єдине щоб я порекомендував господарям - це мінімальний велком пак - сіль, цукор, чай можливо кава в стінках, можливо якесь печиво.
• Björn (8/5): Angenehme Unterkunft. - Keine Antwort beim Wählen der zuvor an uns übermittelten Handy-Nummer, mit der eigentlich die Außentür geöffnet werden sollte. Die Außentür war defekt und ließ sich ohnehin konstant ohne Schlüssel öffnen - es hat allerdings gedauert, bis man das herausgefunden hat. Der Tür-Code für die Wohnungstür hat dann jedoch einwandfrei funktioniert.

The bathroom: the cupboard above the wash basin makes the wash basin uncomfortable to use. It would be nice to have a shaving mirror and shelves. Kitchen: Oven gloves and place mats for hot dishes are missing. The fridge does not have a freezer. There was only 1 waste bag provided. For a 5 night stay that is not sufficient. Generic communication via email: I received every automatically generated mail twice.
• Kim (7/5): Basic but peaceful - Nice spacious apartment in a quiet area with great transport links into town. Worked well for our group of 3 - who like a nice, quiet night's sleep!! A bit tired - cracked shower tray and shower head wouldn't stay in place. Several sockets not working. Drill dust still visible under hall mirror. No salt, pepper, oil in kitchen.

• Teodora (8/5): Great value, all we needed for a family trip - The location was nice, there was a playground nearby and a store. Just 3 stops away from Stefansplatz on the tram. Had everything we needed for a family stay. Great atmosphere in an old Viennese building. The only comment I'd have will be on the shower in the bathroom. First of all it was clunky. Also, I could never get the temperature right. I'd have to get the hot water all in, to get it warm, then as I try to make it cooler, it would get cold very quickly. I'd recommend you get a simple faucet with a thermostat from lidl or Ikea, with a new showerhead.

• Anonymous (9/5): Very nice hosts and nice apartment ❤️ - The hosts were the nicest people at It was super easy to check in 😊. Everything vas very clean ❤️ We were surprised that there was neither sugar nor salt in the kitchen, we had to look for a store to buy these basic things for our trip. If you want to make tea or coffe you have to buy it also. Some soap in the shower an and a char in the corridor would have been nice.

• Margherita (5/5): Passable - The rooms were large and the area is quiet. Shower goes hot and cold. This has been mentioned quite a few times in comments but the problem still exists. Curtains are hanging off the hooks so really hard to close them. They only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper, for a five day stay between 3 people. There are no condiments or salt even, so cooking like home would be pretty impossible unless you go and buy all the spices, cooking oil, salt etc. There's not even a tea bag! The rooms eventhough are large are quite stuffy and the fans provided don't really do much. The location is okay, but not so close to the ubahn as we thought, so if you find walking difficult it may be a problem.

• Aizik (1/5): be away - the only good thing that i can say is the location, the location is neer see supermarket and neer bus station The sofa and pull-out bed in the room are so uncomfortable, The hot water in the bath turns in seconds to freezing and boils every few seconds and it remains so even after 2 visits from their technician, it reached the level that my girl was burned by the boiling water. There is an elevator in the building, but in the directions we were specifically told to take the stairs, The attitude of the apartment owners is really bad

The apartment was beyond my expectations. I loved the comfort of the furniture and bed as well as being clean and tidy. Plasma TV and Netflix are a great duo. I place this accommodation experience among my best. I recommend it to everyone.
• Deep (7/5): Good - Apartment was very clean. Location was very convenient. Staff was accommodating. Shower was not good. Water temperature varied drastically. Some of the dishes and bowls were not clean.
