• Leighlabella (3/5): Disappointing, not as per the images - What Booking.com doesn’t tell you is that the hotel you’re booking is an annex of sorts, no human interaction, codes for access, down a side street, nothing like the hotel in the images. In the end the reception (a few buildings away) put me in another room in another hotel - apparently there are 5 across the adjacent buildings, only 1 of which features human interaction. Really so disappointing - had it just been clear what I was booking, I’d have spent my money elsewhere

• alfonso (9/5): Habitación recién reformada a unos 20 min del centro caminando - Estuvimos ubicados en un edificio anexo al hotel principal y se trataba de una habitación amplia recién reformada por lo que estaba todo perfecto. Está a unos 20 minutos andando del centro de Viena y muy cerca de otros grandes hoteles de Viena. Nuestro vuelo de vuelta salía por la tarde y amablemente, nos dejaron guardar las maletas después del check-out en unas taquillas que tenían en recepción. Me dio la impresión de que faltaba algo de mobiliario/decoración en la habitación ya que daba sensación de frialdad.
• Salome (7/5): Overall, it’s a nice place to stay - The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was clean and spacious enough, and the location is very good about a 10 to 15-minute walk from the city center. The metro and S-Bahn are also nearby. The room was quite spacious but there was not enough storage space, also no trash bin in the room. The bathroom was small and likewise lacked space to store personal items. If you are staying only a few days, this may not be a problem, but I stayed for 6 nights and it became quite uncomfortable. Also, when booking, it was not mentioned that breakfast was served in a different building. In bad and rainy weather it was not very pleasant to walk between buildings for breakfast (If this had been clearly stated in advance, I might have chosen a different hotel).

• Deena (10/5): GREAT location and staff - EXCELLENT communication with staff before and during stay! Staff offered to help if we needed any recommendations or help booking anything. Great location, size of room and all aspects. Would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone.

• Stephen (8/5): The beautiful city of Vienna. - The location was very good and the staff very friendly & helpful. We don’t eat in the resturant because it was a lot more expansive then the local restaurant’s. We stayed 4 days in the renovated part of the hotel which was very good. We needed to stay another night, so we booked another night and because the hotel was full, we had to stay in the main hotel, which needed a lot of refurbishment doing to it. We thought it was expansive for the one night stay.

• Lea (4/5): Würde ich nicht wieder buchen. - Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage und hat eine moderne Ausstattung. Leider waren einige Sachen kaputt oder dreckig, trotz der neuen Renovierung. Außerdem hat es in dem Zimmer merkwürdig gerochen.
• Rius Vidal (5/5): Buena situacion, cerca del metro - La ubicación, esta bien situado cerca del centro pero en una zona tranquila Las habitaciones están en un edificio a parte, no da sensación de hotel, de hecho no pone en ningún lado las estrellas, no hay restaurante propio por lo que no hay desayuno. El baño es muy pequeño, de las dos ventanas de la habitación, solo una disponía de cortina ocultante, por lo que de noche hay mucha luz y yo no pude dormir a penas. Por 165€ noche sin desayuno, no lo vale.

• Ann (6/5): Hotel basic although it has a lovely restaurant which we appreciated. - Not too far to the city centre, approx 15 minutes walk. Lovely restaurant attached to the hotel where we had a lovely meal. Check in was to be 4pm latest which is late for hotels but wasn't ready until 4.20pm. The room was not very inviting, very bare and sparce, you wouldn't look forward to going back to the room. Bathroom extremely small. No mirror in the room other that in the bathroom. The words "Newly Renovated" which appear in the name of the hotel did not apply to our building or room.

• Grzegorz (10/5): Polecam ten hotel - Bardzo duży pokój, łazienka też była wystarczająco duża, a kabina prysznicowa wyjątkowo obszerna. Było bardzo fajnie, że mogłem porozumiewać się w języku polskim. Świetnym rozwiązaniem jest też kod do otwierania drzwi, nie trzeba nosić karty. Wszystko było ok

• Stephanie (6/5): Gute Lage für Kurzaufenthalt - Wir waren ganz nah vom Stadtpark. Die U-Bahn-Station war in wenigem Gehminuten zu erreichen, genauso wie das Stadtzentrum und die Haltestelle für den Hopp on Hopp off Bus. Das Duschwasser war schön warm und wir hatten genügend Handtücher, Duschtücher und einen TV auf welchem man sich mit dem eigenen Netflixkonto einloggen kann. Der Self-checkin hat tiptop funktioniert. Wir waren etwas zu früh da und konnten unser Gepäck ein paar Meter weiter die Strasse runter an der Rezeption deponieren. Es gibt kein Frühstücksbuffet aber im Restaurant direkt beim Hotel gibt es eine umfangreiche Frühstückskarte. Das Zimmer hatte genug Platz für die Koffer, war sauber und das Personal erlebten wir als sehr freundlich. Leider sind die Gäste nicht besonders vorsichtig mit den Plissees umgegangen. Wir konnten nur noch 1 von 3 öffnen. Der Ausblick war leider nur an die nächste Wand. Ebenfalls hätten wir im Badezimmer gerne mehr Haken oder eine Stange zum Aufhängen der Tücher gehabt. In der Dusche fehlte eine kleine Ablage für Duschmittel und Shampoo. Ich hätte gerne noch ein 2. Kissen gehabt, habe dann aber vergessen nachzufragen. Hätte aber bestimmt eins bekommen.

• Verena (9/5): Jederzeit wieder - Tolle Lage direkt am Stadtpark. In direkter Nachbarschaft gibt es eine Pizzeria und eine gemütliche Weinbar. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer im Dachgeschoss, was dank Fahrstuhl auch mit Gepäck kein Problem ist. Checkin war super unkompliziert. Im Zimmer gab es einen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher. Das Zimmer Lässt sich nicht verdunkeln, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Auch bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen, war lautstärketechnisch kein Problem. Fazit: alles, was man für einen Städtetrip braucht.

O quarto tem bom tamanho, mas tem dois pontos que penso que deveriam ser melhorados, o chuveiro é enorme para o tamanho do box, o que faz molhar tudo enquanto somente abre, e o frigobar não tem respiro suficiente dentro do armário e não gela, colocamos alguns itens dentro e estragaram porque chegava a ficar quente dentro.

• MARY (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at a comfortable room near Stadtpark and Wein Mitte. - We stayed in 2 different rooms. Both had the similar bathroom shower controls but one was newer and had buttons to select the shower head which was new to us. The ability with the new one to control the amount of water pressure and temperature was fantastic and you could control it to feel like a back massage. The room with the older shower controls was a bit more spacious and in that way was more comfortable for us. We also appreciate that the staff also allowed us to store our luggage the day of our arrival at their office until our room was ready. It would have been nice to have a second chair.

• John (9/5): - Easy contactless check in. Very clean and updated. Immediately Inside the building on the ground floor felt stark and sterile.. This could be improved with local artwork or pictures, plants, and other decor to make the first impression more welcoming. Also, the small sitting chair in my hotel room wouldn't fit under the table because the chair arms were too high. This made the chair difficult to maneuver around.

Very useful fridge (as well as the kettle). Roomy. Everything very clean. There was a lift. Easy walking to the u-bahn (through the park) - and also to cafes and a shopping centre. Not far from the centre of Vienna with its museums etc. Extra plus: it was within walking distance of a train station (Landstrasse) going directly to the airport! The staff at the Apartments reception desk (round the corner) were very helpful. Would book here again.

The biggest plus was that we were allowed to check in earlier than the official check-in time, which was very appreciated after the journey. Thank you! All good

Llegamos antes y nos recogieron las maletas sin problemas y cuando llegamos estaban en la habiatacion La. Habitación muy limpia No había espejos en la habiatacion.. Como puede ser? Pessima aerazione in bagno, la ventola non era sufficiente per condensa e odori. Colazione fuori dalla struttura, nel ristorante convenzionato affianco alla reception da pagare a parte.

• Annabella (8/5): - Questo hotel è in una posizione strategica, a 20 Min a pieni dalle principali attrazioni di Vienna e soprattutto di fronte ad un parco bellissimo. La nostra camera era molto silenziosa, affacciandosi su una strada per nulla trafficata. Dimensioni della camera notevoli. Lo staff della reception molto rapido e preciso nel rispondere alle richieste anche via chat. Forse per le dimensioni molto grandi della stanza mi aspettavo un bagno un po' più grande e magari due cuscini in più per dormire e poter scegliere.

• Raffaele (10/5): Camera ampia e vicino al centro ..comodo per chi arriva dall’aeroporto - Tutto perfetto , check-in fatto online semplicissimo. La camera ci è stata pulita minuziosamente tutti i giorni. Il personale è disponibile (contattato sempre tramite messaggi booking), e ci hanno offerto l’opportunità di concederci la stanza appena arrivati a Vienna (ore12) e di lasciare in nostri bagagli fino a sera dopo il check out. Veramente disponibili complimenti ! Tutto perfetto. Il prezzo (giusto perché prenotato all’ultimo Minuto) ma è comunque più che onesto per Vienna e per il servizio !

• Anne (7/5): Great location but value for money can be improved. - Great location for sightseeing. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Renovation standard is questionable. Faucet and plugs were loose and weren’t repaired despite asking twice. Didn’t make the beds when cleaning the room. Fresh towels put on unmade beds. Full length mirror and bin in the room would have been great.
