• Eveline (7/5): A Revoir l'équipement - L'emplacement de l'appartement était super. De hauts plafonds et spacieux Il y a lieu d'améliorer l'équipement. Lumières pas adéquates dans le living, ampoules trop faibles pour manger et jouer. Pas assez de verres à vin et bols pour 5 ou 6 personnes que l'appartement peut recevoir. Le store enrouleur de la chambre près de la cuisine ne se fermait pas et les rideaux dans le living devaient etre coincés derrière les radiateurs pour avoir un peu de clarté. Les prises électriques dans la cuisine pour cafetière et micro ondes devraient être davantage sécurisées. Le canapé est defoncé.

• YING (9/5): 总体还是很推荐的，特别是出行人多的团体，特别是带了孩子的，有婴儿床和上下铺 - 暖气非常暖和，那几天维也纳下雨下雪，户外都没打伞，一到公寓就就用暖气片暖了衣服和鞋子，干得特别快，南方人太爱了。交通很方便，旁边就是地铁，离景点相对还是比较近的，基本我都是步行的。白天去博物馆，晚上去超市。房子内部非常艺术，装修很漂亮古朴。层高很高。房间特别多，而且都是打通的，有婴儿床和上下铺 旁边太艺术了，早上起来有呕吐物。有点恶心。大门稍微有点难找，严格来说也不是难找，就是让人很不确定是不是，但地图还是准的，不用犹豫，就是那个大门。热水器我们去的时候有点问题，水一点都不热。客服那边有点难沟通。我不知道是哪里的问题，但我们住的不是很久，就没有细研究。

• Karin (6/5): Stor, centralt belägen lägenhet med lite underlig inredningsstil. - Perfekt placerad, centralt men ändå tyst. Stora utrymmen. Väldigt underligt inrett, framförallt vardagsrummet. Som om man hade ställt in allt som blev över på andra ställen. Keep it simple och fräscht istället. Här skulle less is more inte skada.

• alina (8/5): - excellent location! The apartment needs some maintenance --the shower door is not properly sealed and was leaking. The shower holder was broken, so in the tiny cabin one had to hold the shower in hand at all times - that was very inconvenient and you'd expect better from a rather expensive apartment. Pillows were uncomfortable and of bad quality. Windows do not close properly.... Otherwise the apartment is big and beautiful!

Nice comfy beds. awesome kitchen. nice tv,. the interior design was awesome. we did get accurate location nevertheless i feel there should have been a clearer sign on the front door of ' apartment opera'. It was a self check in method, but i wish the response from apartment opera to be quicker. Also the house could accomodate a large group, and there are bath thubs available. But it runs on stored boiler whereby if the water finishes then you will have to wait for it to heat up again.
• Esther (9/5): Espacioso apartamento a 5 minutos de la opera y Musikverein - Tamaño, disposición de las habitaciones, estado de cocina y baños reformados, ubicación a apenas 5 minutos de la opera y Musikverein. El ascensor no estaba habilitado para bajar del 1er piso, sólo para subir. Viajaba con personas mayores y esto es una limitación, ya que aún tratándose de un 1er peso, las escaleras eran de caracol y bastante largas.
• Angelina (10/5): Ideal central abode to explore old town Vienna from. - We were very charmed by the lofty high ceilings (and chandeliers) & culturally-eclectic decor in the living room, as well as the spaciousness. The location was also perfect: 2 mins from the tram & bus stops, half a block from the subway. We even got to witness the Farmers' tractor protest rolling down past the Opera house for an hour. Service staff were quick to respond & friendly too. The big bed was a little too firm for me.

• marshall (9/5): We had good communication and a great stay in Vienna. - The location is fantastic. It worked well for our family. The aesthetics were average (artwork didn’t match such a beautiful apartment) but the bones were great.

Muy buena opción para visitar Viena a pie, cuenta además con una parada de metro súper cerca e incluso un supermercado. La calefacción va perfecta. Echamos en falta una mejor limpieza y disponer de utensilios (estropajo, balleta, bolsas de basura…), luego algunas fugas de agua en la ducha. Todo se comunicó al propietario, si lo arregla la puntuación sería de 10.

• Shmuel (7/5): A convenient apt at Vienna center - The location is excellent. Near the Opera house and the U station The apt. is not looked after. We had 2 light bulbs that were burnt, and some items were missing in the kitchen no cleaning (we reserved the apt. for 5 days). Also towels were not replaced and we had to wash them. However, the contact person was there via WhatsApp messages which was helpful.

• Ira (10/5): - Big apartment in the heart of Vienna. Very comfortable to stay and enjoy the city. The kitchen is well equipped.

The kitchen was ridiculously small, with three roomsopening in to the tiny space. .hardly any sockets and the ones that were there were right up on the sink. Terrible layout, no hot wayer in the shower on arrival, and a bit of pushback as to whethere we eere using it "correctly" . It was repaied 24 hoursxafter arrival. Very few towels. Also no bulb in bedside lamp in one bedroom.

• schubello (8/5): Super zentral, aber mehr Gastfreundschaft wäre wünschenswert - Die Lage ist unschlagbar gut. Tram und U-Bahn direkt in der Nähe. Direkt an der Oper und zu Fuss easy zum Karlsplatz und vielen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Supermarkt gleich in der nächsten Strasse. Vor allem hat uns die Ruhe in der Wohnung total überrascht und erfreut. 1.Wäre gut wenn die Küchenutensilien mal gecheckt würden: Die Pfannen völlig zerkratzt. Messer waren leider stumpf. 2.Das kleinere Schlafzimmer roch nach kaltem Rauch, so als war es früher ein Raucherzimmer. Konnte nur bei offenem Fenster schlafen. 3. Wollten unsere Taschen eine Stunde vor Check in abstellen, dies sollte als early check in 49 Euro mehr kosten, kann man machen, jedoch nicht sonderlich kundenorientiert. Auch das 10 Uhr bereits check out ist, finde ich zu zeitig.

La comodità di avere un alloggio in centro, ti consente di tornare anche solo per rinfrescarti e riposarti un pochino prima di ripartire con le visite. Palazzo antico, tranquillo e signorile. Ottimo per immergersi nell atmosfera viennese. Non mi è piaciuto il bagno. Il wc è in una stanza differente rispetto agli altri servizi sanitari. Sarebbe stato preferibile avere una doccia moderna anziché la vasca, però quantomeno la stessa consente di sopperire alla mancanza del bidet.

• Paolazzi (10/5): Ampio, comodo e funzionale - Appartamenti ampio, pulito, attrezzato in modo completo. Vicinissimo al centro e alla zona museale. Peccato per un solo bagno (per tre persone non è un problema, per più ospiti potrebbe esserlo). Qualche piccola manutenzione da fare.

• Linda (10/5): Comfortable appartment in excellent location - Fantastic location right in the historic centre, with the Opera at one end of the road and the Musikverein at the other. Also a two minute walk to the metro stop. Spacious, comfortable and clean appartment on the second floor. Good shower. We didn’t really use the cooking facilities, but the kitchen was well supplied. Appreciated the tea and coffee provided, shampoo and soap and plenty of loo rolls! You don’t always get these things in an appartment booking. Spar grocery store just round the corner and many nice restaurants in the area. Little we didn’t like. As other reviewers have mentioned, the pillows and towels are a little on the thin side, but were adequate for three nights.

Spar gourmet around the corner turn our life super easy for breakfasts and for kids everyday needs. Staff very friendly and helpful.Would recommend 100%

• theodoris (9/5): great location; large apartment - Very large apartment; very centrally located in old town. Would definitely use again; location is everything. Minor wear and tear to apartment does not disappoint; overall a very positive experience. Once asgain, the location is brilliant.

Ældre lejl helt OK, kun effekter burde opdateres. - Beliggen hed i top Rigtig god indretning med 3 særskilte soveværelser God information Køkkenet var dumt indrettet at arbejde; især til en stor Forsamling, som der er sengeplads til. Der manglede te skeer. Men ellers godt med gryder og udstyr. Opvaskemaskinen vasker ikke ordentlig rent. Håndklæder var tynde og slidte.

• Susan (10/5): GREAT STAY right by the opera house! - Location was perfect -- right by the opera house. The host was very communicative and helpful. We had no problems at all finding the place. The apartment is HUGE and the beds are very comfortable. We were tired after a lot of Christmas Markets so we turned in early one night to watch Christmas movies on the telly, and that was easy. We really enjoyed our stay. The furniture in the living room could use an upgrade, but that's really a very small critique. The apartment was a lot of value for the money.

• Doreen (10/5): Außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt im Herzen von Wien! - Viel Platz und perfekt für 8 Personen. Eine sehr gut eingerichtete große Wohnküche, alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist super direkt an der Staatsoper. Wir waren in der Weihnachtszeit hier und hatten mehrere Weihnachtsmärkte in der Nähe. Um die Ecke ist gleich ein Supermarkt. Das Ein- und Auschecken war problemlos. Es gibt nichts zu meckern.
