• Sebastian (8/5): Gutes Apartment mit toller Dachterrasse, aber Luft nach oben bei der Ausstattung - Der Aufenthalt hatte viele gute Seiten, angefangen bei der guten Anbindung, da man trotz der etwas außerhalb gelegenen Lage im 10. Bezirk in nur rund 20 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn im Zentrum ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr nette Empfang und der aufmerksame Service, bei dem die Handtücher alle zwei Tage ganz ohne Nachfrage getauscht wurden. Zudem war die Wohnung absolut sauber und bot für eine Woche zu dritt ein ausreichendes Platzangebot. Ein großer Pluspunkt waren die Fenster zum Hinterhof, durch die man von der stark befahrenen Hauptstraße kaum etwas hörte. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch die Dachterrasse ganz oben, die perfekt zum Frühstücken oder für einen Sundowner einlädt. Auf der anderen Seite gab es deutliche Schwachstellen, allen voran die Schlafcouch, die dringend einmal erneuert werden müsste, da sie bei jeder Bewegung arg Geräusche macht. Ein noch größerer Kritikpunkt ist die Küchenausstattung, bei der dringend Nachbesserung erforderlich ist. Es war von allem schlichtweg zu wenig da – egal ob Teller, Tassen, Besteck, Schneidemesser, Schneidebretter oder kleine und große Schüsseln und Töpfe. Dass nicht einmal ein Flaschen- oder Dosenöffner vorhanden war, machte ein anständiges Kochen über mehrere Tage fast unmöglich, was für eine auf vier Personen ausgerichtete Wohnung definitiv zu wenig ist.

• Johannes (8/5): Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten - gerne wieder! - Die Lage war top - mit der Tram 1 hatten wir alle Anschlüsse und das alle 15 Minuten und direkt um die Ecke. Es gab einen guten Supermarkt; dort konnten wir alles einkaufen, was wir zum Frühstück benötigten. Wir hatten ein schönes Appartement im 7. Stock - dort ist auch eine super Dachterrasse. In unserem Appartement hatten wir auch eine Küchenzeile mit allen notwendigen Geräten.

• Michelle (7/5): In Ordnung für Kurzaufenthalte - Die Unterkunft war sauber und verfügte über alle angegebenen Services. Außerdem war das Zimmer geräumig und das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert, als unsere Zimmerkarte einmal nicht funktionierte. Preis-Leistung ist, dafür dass Wien insgesamt recht teuer ist, gut. Das Zimmer sah deutlich weniger ansprechend aus als auf den Fotos. Wir hatten ein Studio auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Hauptgebäudes und es war leider recht lieblos eingerichtet. Keine Regale, keine Bilder, nicht mal einen Nachtischlampe neben dem grellen Deckenlicht. Vor allem im Bad hat man gemerkt, das Ablagemöglichkeiten fehlen. Es gab zwar einen Badschrank, jedoch ohne Einlegeboden und auch das Waschbecken war zu klein, um etwas darauf abstellen zu können. Außerdem waren sehr wenige Steckdosen vorhanden, leider auch nicht in der Nähe des Bettes und nur 2 in der Küche, was für ein Apartment, das mit 4 Personen nutzbar ist, zu wenig ist. Auch die Lage war leider nicht ideal. Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle ist zwar recht nah (ca. 3 min. zu Fuß), allerdings sind es 10 Stationen bis zum Rand des Zentrums und je nachdem, wo man hin möchte, noch deutlich weiter. Das wäre kein Problem, wenn es rundherum ein paar Essensoptionen gäbe, die leider fehlen. Suboptimal, da das Hotel selbst kein Frühstück anbietet und proaktiv auch leider nichts empfohlen hat. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt wäre die Unterkunft in Ordnung gewesen aber für 5 Nächte oder mehr ist sie leider nicht empfehlenswert.

• Karyna (10/5): Комфортний апарт-отель - Комфортний апарт-отель з усіма зручностями. Чистий номер. Є міні-кухня із можливістю приготувати їжу, чай або каву. Санвузол досить хороший. Незважаючи на невеликий розмір кімнати, все дуже сподобалось. До центру міста їде трамвай номер 1, що зупиняється на сусідній вулиці. Їхати хвилин 15-20 від готелю до самої опери.

• Eva (9/5): - Personnel agréable, l'hotel est proche des transports en commun, ce qui permet d'accéder rapidement aux lieux touristiques. Le fait qu'il soit un peu éloigné du centre permet d'avoir des tarifs raisonnables. La réception et la chambre sont propres. La chambre est suffisamment grande pour 3 personnes. Il pouvait y avoir des mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain. Sur le velux il y a qu'un petit rideau, donc il y a beaucoup de lumière le matin.

• Tereza (10/5): - Vše bylo skvělé, krásný a čistý pokoj, terasa hotelu s výborným výhledem na Vídeň. Skvělá dostupnost na tramvaj a další hromadnou dopravu. Okna nepropouští hluk, přestože náš pokoj měl výhled do ulice. Ubytování předčilo naše očekávání a ve Vídni bychom se i příště ubytovali zde, vše bylo perfektní. Nemá cenu hledat lepší ubytování. -

Everything was clean and the towels were replaced halfway through my stay (4 nights). 5 stars by my standards. Met my expectations. There's a tram stop around the corner, which makes it easier to get to the centre. I didn't check-in till 23:00 and was stood around for a while and buzzing the doorbell to be let in. Such a minor thing. Everything else was perfect 👌 The place is quite far from Vienna city centre, but you get what you pay for. Places in the centre were crazy expensive.

Поряд трамвайна зупинка, і за 10 зупинок ви в самому центрі міста (трамвай їде по виділеній колії, без зайвих затримок). Також поряд супермаркет Billa, аптека. Є чудова мансарда з виглядом на місто, зі столиками, де можна собі відпочити. Тихо, чисто, кондиціонер, є все потрібне для проживання

• Vlad (10/5): - Доброго дня. Хоть і пізніше но хочу залишити відгук. Дуже сподобався готель і номери. Зручно , що є платна парковка. Також у номері є кухня і все для приготування їжі. Дуже приємно було зустріти персонал з України. Привітні дівчатка , які надали масу інформації і були Дуже привітні. Я рекомендую його. І в червні ми знову до Вас . Процвітання Вас .

Lage des Zimmers zur Hauptstraße, sodass es sehr laut und staubig bei geöffneten Fenster war. 3 fach verpasste Fenster ließen den Lärm nicht durch. Alte Klimaanlage konnte das Zimmer nur gering kühlen und dass bei der Westlage. Zimmer sehr klein.

• Eva (9/5): - Ubytování bylo na hlavní ulici, ale přesto nebyl slyšet žádný hluk z ulice. Vše bylo čisté a personál byl příjemný. Obchod jen kousek od ubytování a tranvají č.1 se dostanete pohodlně do centra. Zastávka je cca 400m od hotelu.

KEINE Nachtkästchen als Ablage. Küche gut aber leider nur je 2 Stk. Besteck, Häferl, etc. Wo liegt das Problem wenigstens 4 Stk. von allem als Inventar rein zu geben. Habe ich aber schon mal darauf hingewiesen. Rezeption - bemüht sich um Freundlichkeit - jedoch sehr sehr unbeholfen. Fensterputzen wäre mal gut. Parkplatz gegen Gebühr von € 20,00 bei Vorreservierung vorhanden - etwas teuer.

Bardzo fajna opcja rezerwacji miejsca parkingowego ( dodatkowo płatnego 20€ za dobę ) na wewnętrznym dziedzińcu. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Huoneessa kuuma ja ikkunaa ei kadulta tulevan melun takia voinut pitää auki. Viemärin haju oli huoneessa voimakas. Wi-fi yhteys oli todella vaihteleva ja toimi odotettua huonommin.

Від кухонних приборів (чашки,ложки, виделки, кастрюлька,сковорідка) ,до кухонної техніки (електрочайник,мікрохвильовка, маленький холодильник,варочна поверхня,кофеварка). Все чисте та блищить. Нам з чоловіком дуже подобається цей прекрасний готель. Дуже дякуємо всьому персоналу за вашу нелегку працю. Завжди будемо повертатися тільки до вашого готелю. Нам все безумовно сподобалося.

• Arnaud (5/5): - We were awaited by the receptionist at the given arrival time. The location is great, close to the tram stop, easy 20min(ish) to the centre. The rooms on the street side are too noisy, poor isolation. Room size is correct but the mattrasses were old and not comfy and different from one side to another, flat pillow with no alternative and finally, the bathroom is functional but bit dirty.

• Laslo (10/5): Fino mesto za pristojan boravak za relativno male pare. - Pristojan hotel za relativno male pare. Sve unutar hotela je besprekorno. Imao sam i parking za kola. Jednostavno se dolazi do centra grada javnim prevozom. Ostali smo samo dva dana. Sledeći put ostajemo duže!
