• Ariel (9/5): Good value for money. We recommend it. - We stayed here for three nights. The apartment is relatively small but has everything you need. It is well equipped with all the necessary amenities that you need. Everything is new and fully working, although not luxury. The beds were comfortable. too. We recommend it for a stay of a few days in Vienna for great price. Check-in and check-out was very good and the instructions were very good too. It was very very hot when we stayed (35c) and the apartment was very hot. No air-condition, only fans. But, they never said that they have air condition and it is not their fault that the weather was hot. Other than that, no complaints.

• Yuliya (10/5): За свои деньги отличное жилье, есть все необходимое. Легкое заселение. - Отличная квартира для отпуска на несколько дней. Мы оставались с мужем + двое детей. В квартире было все что нужно. Единственное что, мы удачно захватили с дома - капсулы для стиралки. Нам посуды было достаточно. Вся техника была, все работает. Стиралка, фен, посудомойка, плита, гладилка с утюгом, сушилка что бы развешать белье. Были губки для мытья посуды, моющее для посуды, гель для душа, мыло, пару капсул для посудомойки. Полотенца и одеяла были и запасные. Спокойно покупали продукты в BILLA и готовили все что хотели. Рядом буквально выйти и зайти за угол небольшая площадь где местные отдыхают. Там куча магазинчиков с шаурмой , хот дог и другой уличной едой. Мы не покупали, за вкус не скажем. Останова общественного транспорта рядом, но нам было выгодне и быстрее вчетвером брать такси bolt. Пешком доходили до ближайшей остановки экскурсионных автобусов, колеса обозрения (минут 15-25 ходу). В квартире было 2 вентилятора. Кондиционеров нет, но их нигде нет. Очень легкое самостоятельное заселение , максимально все понятно. Администрация всегда была не связи , в случае чего готовы были помочь. Брали на прокат машину покататься за пределами Вены. Взяли без проблем, но припарковали на ночь прямо возле подъезда (все стояли так вдоль бордюра), на утром получили аж 2 штрафа за пол часа за парковку (по 36 евро). К жилью отношения не имеет, но вдруг кому будет полезно - внимательно паркуйтесь, администрация предлагает разрушенный паркинг рядом. Очень шумно. Слышно все что за стеной , сверху снизу. Ужасно шумно, с улицы также было очень все слышно. Мы нашли выход из положения - взяли всей семье беруши, и вопрос был закрыт. Твердый раскладной диван. Настелили не него все одеяла которые нашли, стало чуть комфортнее. Были в жару, очень душно в квартире. На ночь на улицу не открыть окна - очень шумно. Но два больших вентилятора достаточно хорошо обдували и охлаждали. Но опять же, супруг не мог спать, шумели как и соседи. Советуем сразу взять беруши, тогда все отлично будет. Кондиционеров нет нигде , кроме современных отелей или квартир со встроенной вентиляцией уже. За цену этой квартиры кондиционер похоже не найти в принципе. Как мы поняли - во всех подобных квартирах старого фонда шумно и слышно соседей плюс нет кондиционера. Но за данную цену - вопрос спокойно решается берушами. В остальном все было отлично.

• Nikolina (10/5): Exceptional - The place literally has everything. Washing mashine, iron, ironing board, drying rack, toaster, microwave, water boiler, espresso machine, hair dryer, two toilets. The location is cental, connected via public transport and near a lot of tourist attractions. Look no further.

• Felix (7/5): Overall fair price, but wouldn’t stay again. - Good central location. Nearby public parkings between 6-15€ /day. Easy access , 1st floor but no elevator. Old property apartments. Furniture outdated and old, Tv 20 years old , beds not comfortable, super soft mattress and pillows. Doors do not close properly, all day and night you hear them make noise from wind.

• Olga (5/5): Disappointed - The appartment is located 20-25 minutes of easy walk from the center of Viena. There is supermarket near the appartment When we arrived to the appartment in the middle of the night, the most of towels were wet and smell not good. Some of bed linen looked not clean, even with hairs and didn't smell fresh. In the room they put clothes dryer with towels and bed linen that had strong smell of conditioner for the future guests with warning not to use. Both small clothets were full with their belongings and even when I empted one of them, I found only 2 clothers hangers for 4 persons. I asked to treat all these issues, and at 4th day they sent a message that someone had visited an appartment and because we were not in appatment they couldn't enter. Of course, it was supposed that we will wait days when someone will come😀. The appartment has no air movement and no air conditioner and for several warm days it was not possible to be in the appartment even with fan, especially at kitchen. The apartment looks much better on photos, now most of equipment and furnuture in bad condition. The pillows are awfull.
