• Olha (5/5): - Сподобалось розташування, в пішій доступності метро, магазини, парк розваг, сама квартира (за виключенням стану частини меблів та прибирання) В квартирі після прибиральників брудно, поламаний стілець, затримане вселення із-за прибирання (неякісного). Власник ніяк не виправив ситуацію, не запропонував компенсації, тільки зазначив про те, що він це врахує в подальшому (а як нам в той момент було?)

• Jovanovic (9/5): - The apartment was in a great location, 10 minutes from the metro station and 10 minutes from the Prater. It had all the necessities that you need, for a fair price. The bathroom was a bit of the problem since its separated in 2 parts, but except from that, there wasn't any problems.

• Pietro (9/5): Ottima posizione, casa pulita ed accogliente! - Appartamento dotato di soggiorno-ingresso con angolo cottura, tre camere da letto, bagno con doccia e WC in un'altra stanza. Casa pulita, camere spaziose e letti comodi. Box doccia di buone dimensioni, forse il getto d'acqua poco forte ma nulla di serio. Cucina dotata di fornelli ad induzione, ampio frigorifero, macchinetta del caffe e lavastoviglie funzionante. La posizione la abbiamo trovata molto comoda, con fermata della metro (linea rossa) molto vicina da cui raggiungere il centro città in poche fermate. Sicuramente ci tornerei! Nulla di particolare. Solo lievemente scomodo il locale del WC che è un pò piccolo e per una persona alta può risultare scomodo. La porta di ingresso di casa non è il massimo, la chiave a volte faceva fatica ad inserirsi nella serratura. Piccoli inconvenienti ma nulla di grave, ottimo soggiorno!

• Nada (6/5): Family of sixty - I really liked the location and the excellent metro connections to the main square and other parts of the city. The neighborhood is very close to the Prater amusement park, but in the immediate vicinity there aren’t many particularly interesting amenities or attractions. The apartment is very spacious; there were six of us, and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is also very warm, and the heating works excellently. The apartment was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There was dust everywhere, including a thick layer of dust—around 2 cm—on top of the wardrobes. The carpets were dirty, and the overall level of cleanliness was unacceptable. The toilet bowl was heavily covered in limescale, and the water pressure in the bathroom was so poor that it was very difficult to shower properly. There were only two towels provided per person, which is insufficient for a stay of this kind. Because of the excessive dust in the apartment, all of us ended up coughing during our stay. Overall, the apartment is very neglected and urgently needs a thorough deep cleaning.

• sanikidze (10/5): - ძალიან კამყოფილები ვართ. ჩექინის პროცედურა ძალიან მარტივი იყო, ბინა იყო ძალიან სუფთა, ყველანაირ კითხვაზე გვქონდა პასუხი, რადგან ინფორმაცია იყო დატოვებული სახლში (მაგალითად, სასმელია თუ არა ონკანის წყალი, იყო მიკრული სტიკერი ონკანთან, ასევე გათბობის რეკომენდირებული ტემპერატურაც მითითრებული იყო კედელზე) ოთახები კეთილმოწყობილი იყო. ცხელი წყალი უპრობლემოდ გვქონდა. ასეე უპრობლემო იყო ჩექაუთის პროცედურა. რაც შეეხება ადგილს, სრულად არის ფასთან შესაბამისობაში.

• Christina (8/5): Altbau-Wohnung in der Nähe des Praters - Geräumige Wohnung, praktische Lage in der Nähe des Praters. Unkomplizierter Zugang zur Wohnung. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können - hinter einem Regal haben wir Müll gesehen, der nicht von uns war. Sonst alles ok.

• Deborah (10/5): Nice apartment - Good size apartment, comfortable beds. Around the corner from the metro station so easy to get to the centre. Plenty of places to eat/takeaway food near the apartment too. The lift wasn't working when we arrived, but the host was very efficient in replying to me and sorting out the problem.

• Marina (9/5): Perfect Stay! - We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was warm, cozy, and impeccably maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was simply perfect – very close to public transportation, making it possible to reach any desired destination in the city in under 5 minutes. The hosts were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The atmosphere combined comfort and tranquility, making it ideal for both relaxation and work. We would happily stay here again!

• Melanie (7/5): Very basic. Great value for money. Location good. - Great room sizes. Comfy beds. Lots of chairs. The location was good. Close to Prater and underground station. It could have been cleaner, under the bed was really dusty, and my daughter has a dust allergy. The small toilet was a challenge for 6 of us. The dishwasher didn't work at all. The hairdryer was broken. The shower water was difficult to regulate. It didn't ruin our stay, though.
• Florian (7/5): Great location and comfortable beds, but the cleanliness and communication could have been better. - The beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to Prater, Donauinsel, and the U1 metro. There was also a cool market right next door. The apartment was quite dirty when we arrived, and there were very few cleaning supplies to address it. The communication focused only on rules (as a family with kids, we obviously weren’t going to smoke or have parties), but there was no additional helpful information provided. Also, it was frustrating that there was no option for an earlier check-in, especially since there seemed to be little effort to properly clean the apartment beforehand.

• Shelly (7/5): Good - Room clean and comfort, near the Messe Wein The building to old, and horor also. Lift very small, lift very small. The apartment need to climb 1 floor and so difficult to carry big luggage. Stay for 1 week, just provide 4 shower gel in small bottle like a hotel provide and no refill. Also only provide 2 toilet paper. I'm not suggest to stay in this property. To dangerous for ladies. The building dark also.
• Behzad (6/5): Pleasant - The bed rooms were quiet larg and comfortable. There is no living room with a sofa to sit and relax. No coffee machine. Just one toilet for a large apartmemt which is not enough.
• László (9/5): Superb - Easy check-in and out, very well equipped, we were 6 and we had more than enough. All as in the pictures. Great host.
• Georgiadis (10/5): Really comfortable apartment and near to the city center (15' by train). Decent facilities generally - Space, privacy, facilities and distance from city center.
• Oleksandr (9/5): Superb - It is very close to the attraction park, has a nice area around it, and lots of playgrounds. Viena in general is a magnificent city. The apartment is on the top of the building, and the elevator doesn't go all up top. The last floor is reached only by steps.

• Zoltán (8/5): The apartment is good value for money to have a refreshing rest after an active day in Vienna. - Very cosy and bright rooms, spacious kitchen, comfortable beds. Great location (Prater and Danube island) and city view. No air conditioning (though fans were provided in every bedroom). Ants (ant traps were set up). Lack of mosquito net.
• Iulia (9/5): Very nice place for good price - The rooms are big and there is enough space to store your laguage. There is only a tiny toilet in the apartment, for 5-6 persons. The toilet has only cold water available to wash your hands and no freshner. The apartment was clean overall, but a lot of spiderwebs were hanging around.
