  This large apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and separate WC. A fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, oven, hobs and fridge-freezer, as well as a Nespresso machine with complementary coffee. A hairdryer and an iron with ironing board are also provided. A living room comes with a 49’’ flatscreen TV with cable TV and the entire apartment has free high-speed WiFi. A private bathroom is fitted with a bath tub.

• Berk (7/5): - The host and the location was great. Also house is comfortable for families with children. Cleaning was bad, the kitchen and the living room was very very dirty. I had to clean it all way around by myself. It was like, it was never cleaned for ages. However the bathroom and WC was good.

• Tashichk (9/5): Comfortable apartment, great location, friendly host - Location is great - easy to reach the old city by ubahn, there is a supermarket close to the apartment, also there is a big shopping mall just one stop away by ubahn. The apartment is comfortable for 4 people. Trains are running next to the house - it is noisy in summer when windows are open.

• Valentina (8/5): Copenaghen for work - Great position of the hotel and clean rooms. Nice employees guiding us through the check in A bit impersonal. I did not feel at home despite people were nice. Even the room was very technological but, as said, impersonal.

• Myra (10/5): Most importantly, the owner treated their clients not just a mere leasee of the unit but render assistance when you need - The property is an ideal location because of its proximity to the VIC where I had a seminar, it’s also near to U1, church and grocey. The owner is accommodating and kind-hearted. None
• Kikalex (7/5): Good - - the view is beautifull - the apartment is spacious and very well equiped - wifi - you have to be very carefull in you travel by car. Despite the assurance of the owner that parking in this area is free during the weekend all the cars parking on the street was towed on Sunday morning. Fortunatelly we left not more than 5 minutes before the tow truck reach our car ....... If something "special" is going to be repaired on Sunday the owner should let you know because even if there was some announcment, we don´t speak german

• Alison (10/5): Beautiful view and spacious apartment - The apartment was very comfortable. It is a 5 min walk from a subway station, with direct access to the historic center. The view is beautiful. The kitchen is very well-equipped. It was easy to pick up the keys. I would stay here again.
• Majed (9/5): A wonderful apartment for family at Vienna. - The property is exceptionally well-suited for families. It offers a comfortable and well-equipped environment, perfect for accommodating the needs of families. The location is highly convenient, being in close proximity to both the Alt Donau station and the Danube river. Additionally, a small playground for kids is available on-site (down to the apartment). The team at the property is incredibly hospitable and respectful, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. There is no thing to say about this apartment.
• Sandra (9/5): Comfortable and quiet with great views - Spectacular views on Vienna and on the river. Kitchen is well equipped, close to the subway (5 mins walk) and to a supermarked (10 mins walk). You really need to like the colour pink, as it is almost everywhere.

• Aaron (10/5): Great place for a business stay in Vienna - Really liked how well stocked the flat was and the location in regards to the Vienna International Centre. Needed more toilet roll for a week but there was a roll when we arrived. Overall really good.
• Tatyana (8/5): Perfect location and size, but cleaning is an issue here... - Location, size, view, beds! The was not especially clean... Towels, bedlinen were ok, almost new, but the door in one bedroom is dirty ( do not want to think about how), floor, etc. Shower glasswall was absolutely white because of calcination. And one pays 50+ Eur for cleaning. Interesting!
