• Claudia Vlad (9/5): - Ne-a plăcut enorm apartamentul, însă cred că doamna/doamnele care se ocupa de curățenie nu sunt tocmai riguroase. În fiecare cameră erau pânze mari de păianjen, era aspirat și nu prea și nu era spălat pe jos. Lenjeriile în schimb impecabile, apartamentul în sine deosebit. Am fost o familie cu 2 copii și bunicii și am avut loc pe cinste. Ne-a plăcut frigiderul și espressorul, dar poate ar fi nevoie și de un microunde. Dar asta e doar o sugestie. Curățenia relativă. Voi posta doar poze "negative" pentru a dovedi, însă asta nu înseamnă că nu au existat părți minunate, așa cum am zis.

Had to stay up between 12-3 to get washing done for 7 people. Didn’t help that someone kept washing small loads of 4-5 pieces of clothes and tumble drying as well. No English instructions on both washer and dryer

• Christine (9/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage! - Eine sehr schöne Wohnung im 14. Bezirk. Etwas ruhiger als in der Innenstadt und trotzdem super Anbindung an die U-Bahn Station Hietzing. Unter "Wiener Linien" kann man alle Touren planen. Nicht gefallen hat mir eigentlich gar nichts! Kleiner Hinweis: wenn es heißt "Pflegeprodukte vorhanden" hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet als die Seife. Auch wäre eine kleine Flasche Wasser nett, wenn man an einem warmen Feiertag mit Flieger ankommt und alles hat zu. Aber, wie gesagt, das ist keine wirkliche Kritik!

• Yevgeny (10/5): Home away from home ! Amazing - We’ve stayed here more than six times, and it continues to exceed our expectations every single time. The self check-in with a code is incredibly convenient and seamless. The apartment is always spotless, well-maintained, and very quiet — perfect for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood is charming and authentic, with a lovely local atmosphere. There’s a supermarket just around the corner and great cafés nearby, which makes everything even more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended — we will definitely keep coming back! If we were to suggest one improvement, it would be to add a cordless, Dyson-style vacuum in the laundry room downstairs for guests’ free use — it would be a very practical addition to an already excellent experience.

• Martin (7/5): The unit is very nice and the location is great. If the heating was fixed we would consider staying again. Thank you! - We liked the location near Shonbrunn & the metro stop. And the neighborhood was nice and safe. Also, the apartment was clean, modern and spacious for 4 people. And we were surprised to find 2 full bathrooms in the unit. The shower had great pressure and the bathrooms were spotless! The heating in the unit seemed to be broken. It was too hot and we tried to turn it down for sleeping though nothing we tried was working. So it was tough to sleep. The parking was challenging and they ticket very quickly. There is not even time to run suitcases up the apartment before figuring out the parking passes. Also, I slept on the sofa sleeper with my daughter and it was very loud in the hallway at night. The neighbors seemed to be partying in the hallway until almost midnight.

Had a few little shops to get tho basics and it was close to the train station and the palace. The second bed is in the living room so not in a separate bedroom. The location was good for the palace but probably better to stay in central Vienna.

• Kevin (10/5): Wonderful and convenient - The location was very close to the Schönbrunner Palace, Heitzing metro station, and a good grocery store. The room was in excellent condition, recently renovated and perfectly clean, and was larger than expected. Everything in the kitchen worked well and was in good condition. While the clothes washing machine wasn’t in our room as expected it was easy to access in the building and having a dryer was an unexpected benefit. This was a perfect place for our family to stay for a visit to Vienna.
• Michael (10/5): Pure luxury in a great location - Spacious, very well equiped, comfortable and quiet in a great location, <10 mi ute walk to Shönbrunn Palace. Host was very responsive and accomodating of requests. They have a dedicatex luggage room that we used after checkout. We will definately seek out this accom next time we are in Vienna. Big bonus, it snowed while we were there. We sat in the lounge and watched it falling.

Bezbłędne instrukcje i szybkie samodzielne zameldowanie, drzwi zamykane na pin - wygodne jeśli podróżujemy większą grupą, nie trzrba umawiać się co do kluczy, każdy wchodzi kiedy chce. Kuchnia dość dobrze wyposażona, ekspres na kapsułki nespresso + opakowanie kawy na start gratis. Brak parkingu, można było parkować przy ulicy (uwaga - płatna strefa krótkiego parkiwania do 2 godz...) lub na parkingu podziemnym lub P&R.

• Mischa (7/5): Prima appartement op een uitstekende locatie. - Prima appartement op een gunstige locatie: dichtbij het OV (3 minuten lopen) en in een veilige buurt. De communicatie met de host ging vlotjes, binnenkomen was eenvoudig door de duidelijke instructies. Er is geen receptie. Alles was netjes en er lagen koffiecupjes. Het balkon was groot genoeg met z’n vieren. Schönbrunn-park ligt op een kleine 10 minuten lopen; heerlijk om aan het eind van een middag in de stad lekker op een bankje met een boek neer te ploffen! De keuken had en goede inductieplaat met 4 pitten. Er was echter welgeteld 1 pan (zonder deksel) in de keuken aanwezig. Alsnog hebben we er gewoon een lekkere chili in gemaakt en een salade, maar dit is wel een verbeterpuntje.

• Sebastian (7/5): Insgesamt schön mit Abstrichen fur Köche - Gut gelegen nahe des Schlosses Schönbrunn und gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Uns hat auch das schlüssellose System sowie die nahezu schalldichten Fenster gefallen. Die Verdunklung war gut, aber leider nicht komplett verdunkelnd, da das Rollo im Kinderzimmer kleine Lücken aufwies. Die Kinder haben aber seelenruhig geschlafen. Die Küche ist nicht wirklich auf Selbstkocher ausgelegt und nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Spülmaschine ist extrem laut. Man könnte zudem etwas besser Staubwischen.

• Markus (8/5): Perfekte Lage mit kleinen Abstrichen bei Ausstattung, Komfort und Sicherheit - Die Ferienwohnung entspricht weitgehend der Beschreibung, die Lage zur U-Bahn (zum P+R Hütteldorf bzw. in die Innenstadt) und zum Schloss Schönbrunn (insbesondere zum Besuch des Sommernachtskonzertes) war perfekt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war OK, gängige Utensilien (z.B. ein mittelgroßer Kochtopf oder eine Salatschüssel) haben jedoch leider gefehlt (offensichtlich rechnet niemand damit, dass in einer Ferienwohnung auch mal gekocht wird). Die Betten waren groß und bequem, ein Badezimmer hatte sogar eine Wanne. WLAN und Spülmaschine haben gut funktioniert. Der Check-In war nur mittels einer App möglich, die Zuweisung mehrerer verschiedener Zugangs-Codes war sehr umständlich: Ohne tel. Rückfrage wären wir schon gar nicht in Haus gekommen (nachdem sich die App zwischendrin auch mal "aufgehängt" hatte) . Das gleiche dann nochmals vor dem Zugang zur Wohnung. Unschön! Dann gab es gleich noch ein "Begrüßungsgeschenk" der Stadt Wien: Obwohl wir nur kurz vor dem Haus geparkt hatten zum Ausladen des Gepäcks, gab es gleich ein Pickerl über 36 EUR... Hier wäre ein entsprechender Hinweis vom Vermieter hilfreich gewesen. Geparkt hatten wir dann im P+R Hütteldorf (4,40 EUR für 24 h). Die Wohnung verfügt zwar über zwei getrennte Badezimmer für die beiden Schlafzimmer, zu einem Badezimmer kommt man jedoch nur über den Flur (was zu peinlichen Begegnungen geführt hat). Bei vier Übernachtungen im Hochsommer hätten wir schon erwartet, das spätestens am 3. Tag mal die Bettwäsche sowie Hand-bzw. Duschtücher gewechselt werden. Hier ist man gut beraten, zumindest noch ein paar Ersatzhandtücher selber mitzubringen (oder es wird erwartet, selber zu waschen?). Check-Out war dann auch nur wieder mittels App möglich (aber auch nur im vorgegebenen Zeitrahmen). Das Thema Brandschutz wird leider nicht sehr ernst genommen (siehe Bild).
• Marjorie (9/5): - Very comfortable beds, very clean, spacious, air conditioning throughout Could have used more towel bars and a microwave would’ve been nice (but not necessary).
• Marion (8/5): Het was een prima appartement. - Ruim appartement voor 4 pers.: 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Dicht bij metro, tram en bus. Supermarkt om de hoek. Goede service: we verbleven 4 nachten en kregen, op ons verzoek, het dubbele aantal handdoeken, no charge. De waterkoker was manco maar binnen een uur kregen we een nieuwe. De bank in de woonkamer was heel erg doorgezakt, kon je met geen mogelijkheid op zitten. Het water van het bad van de en-suite liep heel slecht weg. 10-cijferige code voor deur van appartement mag korter!!!

• Angela (9/5): Lovely, modern and clean apartment. Great building that’s bright and clean so you feel safe . Close to Schonbrunn pala - The apartment is modern and compact but good size, perfect for travelers as I can quickly check the apartment There is an elevator in the building and the building is bright and clean and I feel very safe while inside. There’s a good supply of things you need while you stay inside the building. There’s beds are comfortable and bedsheets and towels are all very clean . The location is not as centralized as we like, it we were driving so that’s ok. There was some confusion in how to use the password to unlock the door, as it’s a self check-in apt.
• Claire (10/5): Perfect place to explore Vienna - Beautiful apartment, extremely comfortable beds, located on a quiet road, 5 minutes walk from the underground/tram. Nothing! It was wonderful

• Bernadett (10/5): - Közel volt a metróállomás, boltok, Schönbrunn. Mivel már többször jártunk Bécsben, így volt, hogy csak a nap végén kimentünk sétálni a két sarokra lévő Schönbrunni parkba.
• teissier (9/5): je recommande - Appartement bien situé, près des transports en commun, commerces, du château de Schönbrunn, appartement de standing avec tous les équipements nécessaires. L'hôte est très réactif, il n'y a pas de mauvaises surprises. un peu de bruit côté rue, mais appartement bien insonorisé

• Sonja (9/5): - Gute Lage nahe dem U-Bahnhof Hietzing, Einkaufsmöglichkeit besteht fußläufig, geräumige,komfortable Wohnung mit Klimaanlage, die Möglichkeit zum Waschen besteht kostenlos. Ein kleiner Garten steht tagsüber zur Verfügung. Es gab zunächst keine Topfdeckel, ein Deckel wurde uns, auf Nachfrage zum Kochen zur Verfügung gestellt.

• adam (9/5): Second stay. Will be back. - Great location, modern apartment, lots of room, air con, WiFi. Responsive management. As ridiculous as it might sound, better TV s would be a benefit to help relax at the end of a long day sightseeing.
