• Patricia (9/5): We loved the location and it was easily to get to all parts of the city from our apartment. - The apartment was clean and spacious. Great coffee was provided for the mornings. Our host was very helpful in giving us some tips on what to do and where to go. She was communicated often and clearly before our arrival. It would have been helpful if we could of used the elevator and washing machine without the host presence. It made for a more complicated departure that was early in the morning. Also, sheets needed to be replaced with new ones that were not balled up and worn out.
• Catherine (10/5): We loved it!! - The location is perfect!! We adored the area—it had lots of great restaurants and boutiques nearby, and it didn’t feel touristy. Even the little alleys were so cute, with lots of bridges. And it was a short walk to the touristy areas, especially Rialto Market and bridge. It was also clean and spacious, and we found the owner super helpful. She met us when our water taxi arrived, and she gave us helpful tips for places to visit and walks/neighborhoods to explore. Note that if you need an elevator, you might want to double check in advance that it’s working. I’m guessing it usually does operate, but it wasn’t working when we were there. That was no problem for us at all, but others may need an elevator.

• Iris (10/5): Excellent - The apartment was very spacious, clean and bright! Chiara was a great host and she provided us with some great recommendations to experience Venice like locals. The location was very central next to a nice square! Everything was great.

Chiara provided us with lots of information before our arrival, sent us maps from the vaporetta stop and was there to greet us with even more information. She then sent further details of local restaurant recommendations.

• CHARALAMPOS (9/5): - Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική και μας κατατοπισε για το πού να πάμε κ να φάμε. Οι πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια καθώς και το ότι δεν λειτουργούσε το ασανσέρ κ έπρεπε να ανέβουμε αρκετά σκαλιά.

• Sabrina (9/5): Très bel appartement et superbe Hôte. - Les 2 salles de bains sont très bien, avec une grande douche dans la principale. Chiara est une superbe hôte, elle est très serviable, réactive et arrangeante. Prête à donner de bons conseils et à rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa sympathie. Les volumes du logement sont top. Logement joliment décoré, avec goût. L'appartement est au 3e étage, avec une belle vue sur un canal et au calme. Très Bien placé, dans un superbe quartier , moins bondé de monde que Saint Marc. A moins de 5 min d'un arrêt vaperetto, 15 min à pied de la place Saint Marc, 15 min env. de la Basilique Santa Maria de la Salute/pont de l academia et musée Guggenheim , 15 min de la gare Santa Lucia. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette magnifique Venise. La table de la cuisine est un peu juste pour manger à 4. Dans la chambre principale, les rideaux occultants ne couvrent pas complètement les 2 petites fenêtres. Mais n ayant pas de vue dégagée à ce niveau, cela n est pas trop gênant. Le velux , qui ramène un magnifique puit de lumière, lui a un volet. La pression de l'eau chaude est faible (peut être partout à Venise pour les logements situés au dernier étage ???) Il y a certes un lave-linge et un sèche-linge mais c'est payant. Pas de lave-vaiselle

It was extremely clean and comfortable and in the perfect location- easy walk to all the sights but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood so we had the most peaceful sleep. The owner was so very helpful. She helped us arrange transportation to and from Venice. I’m so glad we chose this apartment for our stay in Venice!

Two modern bathrooms with showers, well-equipped kitchen. All Venice attractions are easy to reach. Very helpful host with excellent communication. Nothing.
• Claw (10/5): Host was wonderful! Location superb with beautiful views of the canal. - Great location. Close to shopping, cafes, restaurants, and many of the sites. Terrible odor coming up from the shower drains. Stunk up the entire condo. Neighbors partied very late one night talking loudly and their cigarette smoke seeped through the wall into my bedroom. Had to sleep on the very small loveseat in the living room.

• Niamh (10/5): Exceptional - It was modern, spacious, clean, the location was excellent and our host was very helpful and welcoming. Absolutely perfect for us and our 1year old. There was air conditioning, a washing machine, a very comfortable cot for the baby and even toys for him to play with. Couldn't recommend it more! Nothing, it was the perfect stay. We appreciated it even more after a hellish stay elsewhere which didnt provide the basics as listed on the booking.

• Kevin (9/5): Very nice apartment and in a good position. - The location was perfect for our trip to Venice. Everything we wanted to see was within easy waking distance. The hosts were easy to contact and answered every query we had. The apartment is on the upper floor and accesed by stairs. There was a lift but not in use for passengers although our luggage was put in it and that saved carrying it up the stairs.

• Tim (4/5): Disappointing - We were met and shown the property. There was good contact before we arrived via WhatsApp. The property was clean and tidy. The location was convenient for Rialto and not far from the Vaporetto stop. There is not a washer/dryer available for guest use. Any washing is done by the host and there was a notice suggesting a charge of 15Euro per 6KG load. Guests are not allowed to use the machines. The machines are adjacent to the entrance to the property. The lift remains out of service so the property is not accessible for anyone with disability. The pillows remain extremely uncomfortable as per a previous review.
