• Elisa (9/5): Ottima esperienza, la caldaia sarebbe da sistemare per evitare il rumore. - È stato molto positivo il fatto di trovare nella cucina sale, olio, zucchero e altre cose necessarie per cucinare. Mi è anche piaciuto trovare il dispenser di bagnoschiuma in doccia. Come già detto in altri commenti era abbastanza fastidioso il rumore prodotto costantemente dalla caldaia.
• Petre (8/5): - Nice apartment, good location. Not so good for 4 persons. The second bedroom is not suitable, bed is small and the window is directly on the hallway where everybody walks by.

• Andreja (10/5): Great stay in nice apartment with all facilities you need. - Very spacious and comfortable, clean and close to centre. Communication with the hosts was smooth and precise. Would definitely recommend it!
• Farnoosh (7/5): - It was clean, warm and big for 3 person.good location and calm neighborhood. Good access to bus,U-bahn stations and supermarkets There was a problem with this house and it was really annoying. The heating system was right behind the bedroom door and it made a loud noise every few minutes that could be heard throughout the house and at night you had to use earplugs to sleep. We asked the landlord to fix the problem but they said it is part of the heating system and could not be turned off.

• GeorgNT (9/5): - Verkehrsgünstige Lage, neue und moderne Ausstattung. Reibungsloser Checkin und guter Service bei Rückfragen. Anfängliche Probleme mit der Heizung. Minimalistische Geschirrausstattung. Wer es nicht schon weiß sollte sich vorab über die nicht alltäglichen Parkregelungen in Wien informieren. Kann sonst teuer werden.

• Jessica (6/5): solide Unterkunft, allerdings mit Verbesserungspotential zum Thema Sauberkeit - Unkomplizierte Check-in. Top Lage. Die Wiener Stadthalle ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Leider war die Unterkunft nicht besonders sauber. Insbesondere die beiden Toiletten sind ganz offensichtlich vor unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt worden. Ich muss allerdings positiv hervorheben, dass der Gastgeber, nachdem ich ihn wegen der Sauberkeit angeschrieben hatte, bereit war Reinigungspersonal vorbei zu schicken. Es wäre auf jeden Fall mal angebracht, eine Grundreinigung durchführen zu lassen. Dies würde die ansonsten doch nett eingerichtete Wohnung deutlich aufwerten.

• Simona (8/5): - Appartamento grande e con tutto il necessario. In cucina ci sono anche dei the e delle capsule del caffè. Il proprietario è stato molto presente ma nell'appartamento non mancava davvero nulla. Per arrivare in centro c'è la metro U6 che ti permette con un paio di cambi di arrivare nella piazza principale oppure il tram 46 che con 4/5 fermate ti lascia praticamente in zona centralissima. Forse solo i bagni che sarebbero da rifare rispetto a tutto il resto della casa

• Nathalie (10/5): Lovely - Spacious, big, two rooms plus big living room, clean, 2 toilets, kitchen very well equiped, washing machine, hot water, easy check in, near metro and tram, near center No AC, no fan, but in June it was not necessary because at night was very fresh and the apt keep fresh all night

Also, the rooms are modern, spacious and new! Not all the electrical sockets are functioning, minor issue though considering you have loads of these

Moreover, when I called host, host requested input my information again in their own form in cold outside at night. I can not understand why host request another my information rather than information from booking.com. Annoying intermittent heater sound all day long.
• Andrei (8/5): Very good - Great location, close to supermarkets, transportation and even within decent walking distance to the city center. The apartment has most of the amenities that you need. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too high for my likeing. Cleanliness could have been a bit better. A dishwasher or some dedicated space for drying the dishes after they are washed. The central heating system made an annoing noise each time it started, and it started very often, so during the night you have to sleep with the doors closed since it's located in the hallway.

• Kexin (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious apartment, good and quiet location not far from tram and market. not too expensive. Firstly, the cleanliness of this place was not great. We opened the door and were immediately hit with a strong smell of cigarettes. Though this place claims to be smoking free, it was clear someone was smoking here right before we arrived. It took days for this smell to air out. We also found cigarette ash on the bedside tables and on the floor. In addition, we found hairs (from other people) in the blankets and sheets. Not sure if this place was really cleaned before we arrived. The hosts changed the sheets upon our request after the first night, but this really should have been done ahead of new guests arriving. Also very strange was that apparently there were construction people who needs to grab stuff from one of the rooms in this apartment while we were staying there. Twice during our stay, some contractors came by and asked to access one of the rooms of the apartment. We did not get a heads up about this situation - they just showed up. The pillows were also quite strange. One was normal, and one was extremely large and hard - it looked like a couch cushion that was put into a pillow case. Very strange. All in all, we would not return.

• Ksenija (10/5): Comfortable apartment located on a quiet street - The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and clean. It features a cozy bed and a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Located on a quiet street, it offers a restful night's sleep. Despite visiting during the summer with temperatures reaching up to 33°C, the apartment remained pleasantly cool. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport. Although we experienced a minor issue with the hot water supply, the owner resolved it promptly on the same day. The only improvements I would suggest are upgrading the pillows and adding a freezer. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation and would happily return.
• Luis (9/5): Good option while in Wien for leisure and work. - It is a very well equipped and comfortable apartment. It has plenty of space for stay and work. We thank the coffee and stuff that equipped the kitchen. It is very quiet, which is good when working there. The kitchen needs a cleaning and maintenance of the stove fumes extractor. If you cook, the apartment stays smelly and you are forced to open the door and the street and courtyard windows to force the smell out.

• Zsolt (10/5): Perfect for longer stay in Vienna - The apartment is really spacious. Location is good on a quiet street. Internet is great. The staff was always helpful. Perfect for longer stay. Unfortunately we were just for one night - so the cleaning service was a bit expensive. It was some small issue with the bedclothes - the apartment was prepered just for 2 persons however the reservation was for 4. But the staff was supportive. So, no real issue, more a small inconvenience.

• Hanna (9/5): Nice apartments not far from city centre - The apartments are in a nice neighborhood, Spar and Billa are in 2 minutes walking distance. Metro station is in 600 m from the apartments. The flat has everything you need for a comfort staying ( an iron, an iron board, a hairdryer, a washing machine), comfortable bed with fresh and clean bedclothes. The host was in touch during our staying. Repair works nearby woke us up early in the morning(( I prefer smaller pillows.
• Andreea (10/5): Exceptional - It was spacious indeed. The apartment was also very clean. The bed and the two couches were comfortable and it has easy access to public transportation to connect you to the city center. It also has a shopping center nearby.
• Olga (9/5): Superb - A lovely neighborhood with a playground, market and public transport nearby. City center at a walking distance, a nice district with many restaurants and cafes on the way. The apartment is clean and rather well equipped, with a pleasant neutral design. I would add a little cabinet or at least more shelves/hooks in the bathroom, but that's a minor thing.

• Salman (10/5): I will book this place again in the future. - Spacious and clean , Natalie was great to speak to. Access to the keys was a little tricky especially following long day of flights , had to go through several key boxes to finally find the relevant box. Clearly marked box could have helped.
• Ms (9/5): Great apartment to rent in Vienna - I liked everything for this place. the location is 5 min from Metro station, with convenient local shops and places to eat and a parking -1Euro/hour. The space is spacious and bright and clean! The bed is super comfy. The bedding and towels of good quality. Good heating and bathroom for a shower after the long walks thanks there is nothing that we didn't like :)
