Gondolierzy, którzy pływali za dnia kanałem pod naszym balkonem. No fantastyczne przeżycia. 🥰 Naprawdę można było poczuć, że jest się w Wenecji. Z pewnością jeśli będziemy jeszcze kiedyś w tym miejscu, to chętnie tu wrócimy. Pozdrawiamy też serdecznie właścicieli.

• Jasmin (9/5): Amazing apartment - Honestly this review is more of a 9.8/10. Location was great, perfect for walking into the heart of Venice. Was warmly welcomed by our host (and a big bowl of fruit!). Great fully functional kitchen, really large space which was comfortable and well air conditioned. We were also able to store our luggage for the morning which was extremely helpful! The bathroom was a bit small however the size of the apartment greatly made up for this. The bed was also a little bit firm for our preferences.

• Ursula (10/5): Eine sehr schöne tolle Wohnung mit herzlichem Gastgeber - Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in der wir uns sehr wohl und wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung ist mitten in einem wunderschönen sehr typischen Wohnviertel. Man wohnt inmitten der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist im 1.OG. Es ist eine sehr große sehr geräumige Wohnung . Eine großzügiger Empfangsraum, ein wunderschönes separates Wohnzimmer und eine tolle, vollausgestattet Küche sowie ein separates, großes Schlafzimmer). Vom super kleinen Balkon schaut man runter auf kleine Kanäle und vorbei fahrende Boote.Sehr ruhig. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Ca. 8 min gemütlicher Fußweg bis zur Vaporetto-Anlegestelle San Stae. Gleich vorne am Eck direkt eine sehr gute Bar und ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Nur 3min Fußweg bis zum Camp San Giacomo, ein größerer Platz mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Coop und allen Arten von Restaurants und Bars. Der Vermieter Leone hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles erklärt und viele Tipps gegeben, wo wir essen gehen können. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, von allem war etwas da, was man so als Start braucht. Leone hat uns sogar mit Obst und Getränken überrascht. Wir haben uns wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür. Es war wirklich alles prima. Lediglich spät abends ( bei Regen) war mir persönlich der Heimweg durch die engen Gassen etwas mulmig.

Highly recommend You could hear the TV of the people living in the apartment across the canal and it was really loud, especially late at night

• Vivian (10/5): Perfect stay in Venice! - The apartment is very spacious and filled with natural light, with several windows—two of them offering beautiful views (see attached pictures). The location is perfect: close to many attractions yet quiet at the same time. The apartment is fully equipped, so you can cook, do your laundry, etc. The owner is very kind and responsive and even left us some snacks and drinks.
• Russell (10/5): An outstanding apartment in a town where you would otherwise expect to compromise. - This exceptional apartment made us feel like we were staying in a country villa rather than in the confines of built-up central Venice. Because the kitchen was pleasant to use we cooked and ate in every night taking advantage of the great fish and vegetable markets near Ponte di Rialto. The loungeroom is like that of a home. There are great views up and down an adjacent canal and a view up another canal from the kitchen window - a true Venetian experience! The host met us at a nearby supermarket knowing that this would be a useful resource for us. Absolutely nothing. An outstanding experience where we stayed for 7 nights.

• Ikv (10/5): We liked everything. - I liked the way we were greeted, and I liked that the owner solved our problem and found a way to accommodate me with another vote in the next room, because I was traveling with a friend and we didn’t want to sleep in one big bed. It is very difficult for a person who is visiting Venice for the first time to navigate. And therefore it would be good for the owner of the apartment to meet people in the square where all the transport arrives.

He met us at the water bus stop and helped us a lot with our luggage. The apartment is on the second floor with a fairly steep staircase. Very conveniently located in the very center of Venice and (which is also important) a little off the main routes.

We stayed in several apartments during our trip and this one had the coldest air conditioning of them all - was so nice to come back after a day of exploring to relax in the cool air and great WiFi! Location was super. Check in very easy, he even carried my suitcase up the stairs to the apartment- yay and left us waters, beer and fruit! The furniture is luxurious. The appliances are modern. Even the dishes were of a quality I would use to entertain my own guests. I have no complaints about anything.

Close to local shops and restaurants, and easy to get to Biennale locations. Near to a vaporetto stop if you run out of walking steam. We were met at an easy-to-find location and escorted to the flat which made our arrival very easy. We were also given good advice on nice places to eat. Best place I've stayed in Venice - it will be top of my list next time we visit It was all good. We will stay here again.

He had bought fruit, juice, water and croissants for our stay! The apartment was huge and beautifully decorated. It was in a fantastic location close to wonderful restaurants, shops, vaporetto stops and the Rialto bridge. We even got to watch Netflix at night. Loved our stay!

• Patricia (9/5): Loved this place in every way! - Great apartment, close to vaporetto station, restaurants, grocery store. Host was fantastic, very helpful in every way. Apartment was clean, well supplied with starter food, TP, dish and laundry soap, etc. We could walk to Rialto or the train station in 15 min. We would come back here any time, we loved it. Steep steps to get into the apartment and don’t open the windows, mosquitos outside! But really these are minor things.

• Shelly (10/5): Ca’Dada apartment is a fantastic and well-equipped property with a friendly host. - The property was very spacious, clean and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The location was excellent - away from tourists and in a quiet neighbourhood, but within an easy reach of major attractions. The vaporetto was only a four minute walk away and the bus station only a 12 minute walk. The host was very welcoming and replied to communication efficiently. We were able to leave our bags with the host for the day after we checked out. We would highly recommend this apartment!
• Anna (9/5): Spacious apartment for the excellent getaway in Venice - The owners left some snacks/fruits for breakfast and overall - very nice and surprisingly big apartment! The windows lead to nice view of small canals, it is warm and temperature can be regulated. Quiet area and close connection to all major objects. Suggest also the Pizza 2000 place just around the corner! No doubt this would be the best choice for a returning trip. There was some weird intermittent ticking sound from time to time at night (as per our observation, coming from behind the bedroom wall from water boiler), but can get used to it after the first night.

• Adam (10/5): Spacious, well equipped space with a thoughtful and helpful host! - There was a lot of space! By far the most spacious stay we had in our travels to Italy. There was everything you could need available for your use. Full kitchen, blow dryer, washing machine, and a small balcony to take in the sights and sounds of Venice. There was fresh fruit, snacks and drinks available as a welcome gift. The host was extremely helpful and promptly responded to questions. The bed was on the smaller and more firm side, but we both slept well overall. The stairway up to the room was a bit treacherous (narrow, steep, uneven steps), but I imagine this is likely the norm for Venice. The bathroom lacked space to place much more than a few toiletries and is removed from the bedroom area (down the hall past the kitchen).

The location was central to everything with the station a 10 min walk and st mark’s basilica a 15 min walk. • Wood (8/5): Our stay was near perfect and definitely would come back. - It was spacious, the bed was comfortable with extra pillows if needed. We were provided quality coffee and lots of wardrobe space. The boiler broke during our stay. However, through the inconvenience the host owned the apartment upstairs so we could still have warm showers but definitely not fun to wake up to when taking a morning shower.

There is a lovely square a few minutes walk from the apartment, which was a wonderful place to dine and enjoy the neighborhood. The Square also had a Super Market. The dining area was stocked with pastries and a large bowl of fruit!! It was a perfect place to stay! A 5 minutes walk to the Vaporatto! Nothing not to like about this beautiful home!

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Leone sent me directions on how to reach the apartment the best way from the airport and Manuela met me on the vaporetto stop and took me to the apartment, while making comments on where to eat, to drink and to shop around. Venice is not easy place to navigate so it was very kind of her and convenient to take me to nearest Coop. Flat is quite spacious for Venice, with a balcony over the channel. All the cooking amenities are in place. You will enjoy spending some time on the nearest square, where the Coop is. To my taste it is one of the best real life squares in the city. Not so many tourists around. 15-20 min to major attractions - San Marco, Rialto, etc. I would add some more low lights in the kitchen area to make it even more cozy

• Dave (10/5): A brilliant home from home - The apartment was lovely, a spacious and cosy home from home with a well equipped kitchen, and comfy bed. The lounge was a great place to chill out between adventures in the city and the location is just a few minutes from the Rialto. Nothing, its great.

The apartment was spacious and well-appointed with everything that you could need. Probably one of the overall best apartments that we've ever stayed in ... and we travel quite a bit. It feels like a real Venice home ... not super modern, but in keeping with the feel of Venice ... perfect. Leone was very welcoming ... meeting us at the Allilaguna stop at San Stae which is 5 minutes walk away ... and maintains the apartment super well. It was very clean and the bed was a dream to dream in.

• Henry (10/5): Beautiful apartment tucked in the heart of Venice. - A really beautiful apartment in the heart of San Polo in central Venice. Not too far from the main train station, being situated in the centre of Venice made it easy to access the city in any direction. The place also overlooks a canal which provided a very pretty view, we really felt like locals living in Venice! The host was very thorough with meeting us at the apartment, helping us with the check-in and giving us a tour of the inside. The apartment was larger than we expected, with a lobby, living room, kitchen/dining room and bedroom. No complaints. Only peeve is with trying to avoid the mosquitoes, however the apartment provided insect spray/killer. P.S. do not follow the google maps location, the booking.com location is correct.
• Maros (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a good location and is very well equipped. Leone is a very good host who also thinks about snacks. The apartment has a TV, a washing machine and an iron. I highly recommend this accommodation. The accommodation cannot be faulted.
• Julie (10/5): Wonderful Visit! - WONDERFUL! A central location that is perfect for exploring Venice. The apartment is sunny and spacious with a balcony that overlooks a canal. Leone was exceptionally kind and helpful. We had an amazing stay at the Ca' Dada Appartamento and highly recommend it.
