• Mag. Barbara (9/5): Traumwohnung für Single- oder Paaraufenthalt schlankerer Persönlichkeiten - Der Empfang war einzigartig. Eine unglaublich nette Dame die mir alle Annehmlichkeiten der Wohnung und Umgebung erzählte, gute Lokale empfiehl und die Wohnung blitzsauber übergeben hat. Die Wohnung per se bietet alles was man braucht, von der Waschmaschine bis hin zu einem bequemen Bett und einer top funktionierenden Dusche (nein, alles nicht selbstverständlich!), Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine in einwandfreiem Zustand, noch dazu Hinterhoflage wodurch ausser Vogelgezwitscher nichts zu hören ist. Die Wohnung bedarf definitiv eines neuen Anstrichs. So durchdacht alles gestaltet ist, so stören die Ausbesserungen an der Malerei enorm. Dusche/WC sind in einem was für mich voll in Ordnung ist, allerdings ist dies für eher schlankere Menschen. da natürlich platzsparend architektonisch gebaut wurde.

• Veronica (8/5): Ottimo per qualche giorno - La struttura è molto vicina al centro, ottimamente collegata con i tram. Potrebbe essere più curata, dalle crepe sui muri, al fatto che la caldaia perdesse un po’ di acqua. Il condominio è poco curato.

• Blanca (9/5): Estupendo - Valeria la anfitriona, encantadora nos dió consejos de donde comer y muy amable nos dejó una botella de champán y unas galletas de bienvenida, el apartamento genial 2 camas enormes y cómodas y cerca de paradas de trasporte público. Recomendado💯 Lo único el baño que era un poco pequeño pero nos arreglamos, para gente corpulenta lo tendría difícil.

• Jose Luis (9/5): Apartamento con lo justo y necesario - Cerca del palacio Belvedere que está a menos de 5 minutos andando, y desde ahí puedes continuar haciendo una buena ruta por el casco histórico, hay varios supermercados alrededor, el apartamento cumple su función y punto, no tiene parking, pero hay algunos parking cubiertos de pago a 15 y 20 minutos andando, ya que toda la zona de alrededor es de pago y no puede estar más de 2 horas estacionado si poner ticket que tienes que comprar en estancos y es un follón, salvo los domingos que aparcar en la calle es totalmente gratuito. La lavadora hace demasiado ruido

Valeria W nocy pogryzł mnie pająk, w pięciu miejscach na ręku, bardzo boleśnie. Lodówka pracuje dość głośno. Wszystko wygląda ok, ale trzyma się na słowo honoru: haczyk w łazience odpada, ściany są połatane, drzwi wejściowe wypaczone, drzwi do łazienki szklane i przezroczyste, też się zacinają...

• Siur (8/5): Stay with only positive impressions - Great host! Very friendly and nice - the host met us and navigated us through facilities, stores nearby, and gave us recommendations for our stay in Vienna. The apartment is also comfortable. While the windows are on the street side, with closed windows it was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom door may be better - you can hear everything that is happening inside the bathroom. Not the best choice if staying with friends or shy people.

The beds had bed bugs. My family left the property with bug bites all over our bodies. It made our days uncomfortable and nights even more challenging.
• Ja (4/5): Disappointing - Valeria was a very nice host and gave us a lot of information. The accommodation was close to the shops, trams and a park. The accommodation was quite run down. The hair dryer didn't work. Washing machine had no hot water and the walls (near the beds) were patched up like really run down.

The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has toiletries. Valeria( the woman who does the check ins) is very sweet and polite.

• Mudit (7/5): Good - Location was good. Lady host was friendly and helpful. Washing machine was there, no dryer and all necessary utensils for cooking was available too. Room was painted too dark. There were different shampoos available but no soap to wash hands. Bottle was filled with only water.

• Laura (9/5): Good value for money, Perfect for few nights! - Very nice place. It’s quite small, but it was ok for family of 4 for 3 nights. There’s everything was is needed. I liked the dark ceilings, it was good to sleep. There is no AC, but there’s an effient fan. The lady who opened the door was very friendly (her english is quite poor) and candies and a bottle of sparkling wine was waiting for us. There’s an outdoor swimming pool for childten just across the street! The place is a bit out of the centre and there’s not much nearby (grocery stores 10 min, tram etc 5 min)

Communication with the company was good. Overall design of the room is very compact but functional. Bottle of wine was a pleasant addition to our stay The elevator was broken and we were forced to go up with suitcases. Very small shower box, but good that it exists in such a tiny apartment.

I’d make sure we can get a proper sleep next time though. - Great location, public transport is near by and plenty of breakfast places around. There is not much you can do about the bathroom, it’s so tiny but it does the job. More importantly, there is definitely something you can improve regarding the pillows and duvets! We stayed there for 5 nights and didn’t get much sleep, the pillows were so uncomfortable at one point it was better off without them! I’m not even sure these were proper pillows- no shape, no firmness or softness. Just need to be changed ASAP.

• Egidijus (9/5): Superb - This apartment for sure is with noteworthy design if you in general accept unorthodox design solutions. Other advantages: good location (close to a public transport stations, Belvedere Museum is a five minute walk away, if hungry Falkensteiner Stüberl is around the corner), clean, comfortable beds, welcome drink and sweets for kids on arrival, easy check-in and check-out, excellent communication with Vienna CityApartments Team. Despite all the pluses mentioned, Valeria International is probably the biggest advantage for this apartment. The lady waited in the dark for our late evening arrival. She greeted us like friends, guided to the apartment, gave us a mountain of information about places to visit in Vienna. Upon arrival late evening there was no place close to the apartment to get something to eat (Hotel Daniel offered just drinks, Falkensteiner Stüberl was closed, found no grocery stores around and open). If you expect nice view from the window you should consider other options for rent in Vienna. We found that the sound from the stairwells (shaft) penetrates easily into the rooms and you can hear what you don't want to.

Public transport to many areas in Vienna are near the apartment and there’s a grocery on the ground floor. It also has an elevator which we appreciated since we had luggage. Has all the amenities we were looking for - kitchen, washing machine, WiFi, Android TV. We especially loved our host, Valeria! Such a warm and sweet host, she made us feel so welcome. Valeria you made our stay soo special, bless you! Nothing! We loved the apartment!
• Basbibi (8/5): Very good - location is good. and apartment was very clean. at night the apartment was very cold I called the them and write emails . to came and control the heater or bring same thing because I was with my little children that was very cold but the answer me that the controlled and the temperature is 23° and ist not cold. but I was there no one was there for control. so
