L’appartamento si trova in una laterale di una via un po’ trafficata dalla gente, nonostante la vicinanza era molto silenzioso. L’appartamento dispone di tutti i comfort necessari per una visita breve. L’unica cosa da migliorare sono i letti, quello matrimoniale in particolare si infossa e non è comodo per dormire

A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, embora tenhamos comunicado à anfitriã que se disponibilizou logo a resolver, e por isso também nos ofereceu um pequeno almoço numa pastelaria tradicional de Veneza.

• Olga (10/5): - Our stay in these apartments was absolutely wonderful. The host is a very kind and helpful woman, and we communicated with her through WhatsApp. She sent us a lot of useful information about Venice — where to go, what to see, and great places to eat. Her instructions on how to get to the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. She also arranged for the neighbour upstairs to meet us, let us in, and show us everything in the apartment. Throughout our stay she kept in touch and always wrote that if we needed any help, we could contact her anytime. It made us feel very welcome and cared for. The apartment itself is very spacious and much bigger than we expected. Everything was perfectly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, so it was easy to cook proper meals, and there were also small useful things like salt, sugar and other basic essentials. The location is simply perfect. The street is very quiet but only about two minutes from St. Mark’s Square and around three or four minutes walking from the Alilaguna boat stop that goes directly to the airport. Everything is within walking distance — restaurants, small grocery shops, cafés and souvenir stores. We truly loved staying here and I honestly don’t have enough words to express how grateful we are. It was the perfect place for our stay in Venice and we would happily come back again. Everything was perfect. No complaints.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and friendly spot to stay.
• Leen (10/5): - Very nice location in the centre of Venice. Spacious appartment, good beds, decent shower. Interior is a bit dated and stairs are steep-ish. But overall I rate this very good. Host was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach.

Tuvimos que entrar más tarde, por motivos agenos a nosotros, y nos compensó con el desayuno en una cafetería muy buena cerca del apartamento. La limpieza era correcta. Los colchones de las camas tienen que ser cambiados ya que se notan muy desgastados.

Tutto ciò che ti può servire, da supermercato a negozi a ristoranti etc etc, vicino e comodo da raggiungere. Lucia ci ha assistito sin dalla prenotazione e aiutati non solo sulle scelte migliori per raggiungere l'appartamento ma anche su locali tipici imperdibili. Asso Nella manica il buon Mario che si occupa dell'accoglienza e ti risolve Qualsiasi necessità al bisogno.

L’hôte a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours disponible et aux petits soins, surtout avec notre bébé. Elle nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour découvrir Venise sereinement — restaurants, transports, lieux à visiter, tout était clair et pratique. L’appartement était très propre, bien équipé, confortable et idéalement situé pour visiter la ville. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous du début à la fin. Merci encore pour cet accueil chaleureux, nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement ! Tout était parfait

• philippe (10/5): Emplacement au top en plein cœur de San Marco - L’emplacement est idéal, dans la ruelle principale à 200 mètres du Rialto et à 200 mètres de la place Appartement correct, très facile à trouver au pieds de tout les commerces, restaurants et lieux touristiques Très bonne explication de l’emplacement et des différents trajets de l’aéroport à l’appartement Ce n’est pas une critique mais un petit coup de rénovation de la salle de bain serait nécessaire mais tout c’est très bien passé tout de meme.

Akinek ez a vágya (mint nekünk) annak tökéletes választás! - Elsősorban is ki kell emelnem a fantasztikus lokációt.. 3 perc a Szent Márk tér gyalog! Figyelmes és segítőkész volt a tulaj üzenetekkel-, és a megbízottja helyben, tevőleges segítséggel, egyaránt. Következő velencei utunkon is szívesen visszatérünk majd ide. Forgalmas utca közelében van, ez van akinek előny, van akinek hátrány. Érdemes volt az ablak spalettát becsukni úgy máris kevésbé hallatszott az utcai zaj.

• Victoria (8/5): Great place in a good location with a heads up for folks with mobility issues. - The location was excellent. The place was clean and the layout was nice. The manager was fantastic with communicating with us while there and provided helpful advice and recommendations. The queen bed was comfortable, the water pressure and temp were great. One of the twin beds was super uncomfortable to where the person ended up sleeping in the queen bed with another person. It wasn’t until the end of the visit we realized that the uncomfy bed was missing the top pad like the other bed. The manager was responsive to everything else that I feel like if we had noticed it earlier it could have been fixed. So Also, the staircase leading to the apartment (not the apartment managers issue) was a lot and there wasn’t an elevator so made carrying the bags a lot of work. Not for people with mobility issues.

• Aleksandrs (10/5): Perfect location, amazing host, great kitchen, quiet nights, kids loved it! - Absolutely perfect stay! Everything was just excellent. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was outstanding — fully equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better: only 200 meters from St. Mark’s Square, right in the heart of the city, but still very quiet at night, so we had a great sleep. Lucia, the host, is simply amazing. She gave us detailed directions on how to reach the apartment, recommended great spots for lunch and dinner, and shared some must-visit places in the city. She also told us about a lovely café just a 3-minute walk from the apartment, where we could get delicious coffee and pastries every morning — and the best part: it was free of charge! The kids were absolutely thrilled. We highly recommend this place — a wonderful city and fantastic apartment. Thank you, Lucia! 💛

Struggling to think of anything, the smaller child’s bed was not as comfortable as the other one.

Perfect apartment to stay in Venice! The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is close to Rialto bridge and to the other side St. Mark’s square. (5 and 3 mins away). The gondola rides are literally a few steps away from the apartment and there are plenty of restaurants around it to choose from we tried a couple. Staying there made me feel Venetian for sure! Loved waking up in the mornings to the sound of the city and the businesses around opening.

We will definitely return to this property on our next visit to Venice and will also recommend it to our friends and family! The house is fully equipped with everything you need, and its location is fantastic—very central and convenient for exploring the city. The ceiling had some dust and a few spider webs, which could use a quick cleanup, but everything else was perfect.

• Hani (1/5): Bad - On the good side, the staff was welcoming and nice, they offered free sweets on the last day, the location of the apartment near Realto bridge and close to San Marco was an advantage. On the negative side, the apartment is not well kept, the AC did not work and it was hard to sleep at night in such high temperatures and with a lot of mosquitoes, the washing machine did not work, even the bathroom was not functioning well. The apartment itself is clean and the main problem is that it needs some maintenance.

We were in very hot day and it was tiring. The property has air condition, but it is situated in strange place - opposite the bathroom. In addition to that, the owner is an amazing host. She shared with us extremely valuable information and tips about Venice, and provided us with many options as far as restaurants are concerned. • Libor (8/5): Very good - Location in an ideal place, everything nearby (restaurant, pastry shop, vaporetto stop, Ponte di Rialto bridge, Piazza San Marco). The apartment is easy to find. Great communication with the owner of the accommodation. The location of the apartment on the tourist route means noise from tourists at night and early in the morning from the supply of shops. The windows are not soundproof.

Highly convenient for an early morning or night visit to the beautiful St Marco Square without the crowds. Host Lucia is wonderfully helpful - she proactively reaches out to see what help we may need and gives good recommendations on places to visit and eat. Makes us feel very welcomed in Venice! It is up 2 flights of narrow stairs and bringing big luggage up is a bit of a challenge, but manageable. I must add that this is common and to be expected for apartments in town or city centres in Italy.
