• Pedrofc (9/5): Great place for big families - The apartment was big and very well located. The customer service was extremely helpful and fast to answer to any question I had. The place was clean and in good conditions overall. Quite a good place for a big family (can fit 5 to 6 people). The location is very good, however because of how central it is it can become quite noisy outside during the night. So carry with you some sleeping earplugs if you have a light sleep. Also the Internet connection was unfortunately a bit weak, making for example watching TV sometimes hard since it is a smart tv where to watch the channels you need Internet.

• Nicholas (8/5): Great location - Great location, plenty of room for us all. Good heating, cooking facilities and TV with internet. Very close to market and Rialto bridge. Hosts were very attentive to our needs. Steep internal stairs with no handrail to the loft area. Just be careful!

• Gary (9/5): Nice apartment with helpful staff. - The location was excellent. The property was very helpful with any questions I had. Very easy to get to. Nothing really. Maybe paper towels in the kitchen?
• Kristina_daunoraviciene (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the space and location mostly! It is close to vaporeto stops and you can reach any desired place by foot. If you don't mind climbing up the steep stairs, this apartment is excellent for staying in Venice. The Wifi could be better!
• Aaron (6/5): Great location but tired property. - Location was perfect, near the market and Rialto Bridge. Great gelato place on the corner The property is getting dated and very basic kitchen. The shower head holder was broken so wouldn’t stay up and the sofa bed was extremely creaky/noisy.

Love how large the apartment is, lots of space for our family to be comfortable together. Kitchen has all the essentials and beds were comfortable. So glad we had air conditioning as it was hot! Host was very accommodating and good communication.

• Kelly (9/5): Amazing location, clean apartment, lots of stairs - The location is outstanding - just turn the corner and you're a few blocks from the Rialto Bridge! The Rialto market is very close and fun to see, and there are many great restaurants within a few blocks. There are 2 bathrooms, which seemed like a luxury. The apartment was clean and had many windows to let in the light and fresh air. There are more steps than you think in Venice, and after walking around all day, the 4 flights of stairs to the apartment seemed like a lot (we knew that would be the case, so not complaining, just letting others know!). The air conditioners worked well, but we had to play with the settings to make it cool enough in the main bedroom and we had to keep the door open to let the cooler air in.
• Josh (8/5): Great value and location - Lots of space and natural light. Great location! The main bedroom didn't have air conditioning. The Wifi was poor.
• Swetha (7/5): Good - Spacious living room and close to restaurants,bridge and was clean Sofa bed was squeaky and single beds were not that comfortable .Room upstairs was difficult for adults .Can consider having some mirrors in room to get ready as bathroom is so small.switches and appliances were old and many were not working .

It was very difficult for us to get the luggage up three flights of stairs to the third floor and to the fourth and the apartment. We are 60 and 70 years old and I did not realize it was on the third floor.

• Saket (9/5): Apartment fusing the old with the new - Loved the location.. near Rialto as well as 2 min walk from Rialto Mercato (the vaporetto terminal).. very Venetian type of apartment.. had all the desired facilities and amenities and was very spacious. Especially loved the attic/loft which was ideal for the kids !! The only thing one needs to ve vary of is that it's on the 3rd floor and you have to climb the very narrow Stairways, which can be a bit much with luggage.

• Fazryn (10/5): Recommend, clean and huge house. - House was complete with everything. Clean and spacious. Very close to halal kebab and Venchi. Walking distance to almost everything. Nil.

It was great value for money and the staff were really helpful. The sofa bed was very squeaky and one of the single beds wasn’t very comfortable, but it was all fine because the apartment was great and in a great location!

• Tatiana (9/5): Very good location - Very good location, 2 minutes from Rialto bridge, lot of restaurants and shops nearby Very clean and with all necessary utilities Good communication with the person in charge with the location The extensible 2 persons sofa in the living room is horrible creaking, impossible to sleep without ear plugs and very uncomfortable. It is a pity, as when renting the appart for 6 persons, 2 are obliged to sleep in there. I found the online checkin process and checkin instruction delivery a little too complex and time consuming but it is not a stopper

The apartment is above a bakery, opposite an ice cream shop, with plenty of nice restaurants close by. The apartment is very spacious, with excellent air conditioning and strong, fast wifi. The baby cot (for which we were paying 20€/night) was missing its hard base, so we had to use sofa cushions to support our 16-month-old. It was the only thing that marred an otherwise perfect stay.

• Inguna (6/5): Pleasant - A really big apartment, but a small kitchen (it smelled like someone had smoked a cigarette there). From the 2nd floor window you can see the canal and the roof tops. 2 minutes from the Rialto Bridge! Double bed and single beds were good. Communication with office via phone was nice and welcoming, and in english! Outside blinds for windows. When we arrived we were asked to pay all the money and we waited at the door for it to open automatically but it didn't go so smoothly. A real person is better. (Or maybe we could do it sooner while taking the train, because the kids were already very tired, but we couldn't get in). The double bed and single bed mattresses were good, but the sofa was broken: part for legs were higher than the head part and with bumps between them. The stairs to the 2nd floor were steep without rails. Windows cannot be opened in safe mode for ventilation. The clothes came out smelly from the washing machine and there is nowhere to hang them. Only one light worked in the WC. No bowls and big coffee mugs.

Excellent location, very close to the main tourist attractions with restaurants and shops nearby. Steep/dangerous stairs, kids and elderly to be careful. Very small shower space.
