• Tino (9/5): - Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen und sie liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Leider war die Matratze für uns zu weich aber das empfindet ja jeder anders .
• Henar (7/5): Aceptable - La limpieza y una parada de vaporreto cerca del apartamento. Bastantes escaleras para acceder a la casa. El tema de las basuras, las torres que gestionar y no dejar nada en casa o te sancionan, hay horarios y días para cada cosa. Los domingos no se recoge basura y todo lo que generes desde el sábado por la mañana al domingo? Te tienes que deshacer de ello. Nos pareció fatal tener que estar cada día preocupados por el tema basura. Luego había mosquitos en la habitación que saldrían por las rejillas de ventilación, a la niña la pusieron...

• Janet (8/5): - Convenient location especially for vaporetti and boat to airport; comfortable beds and decent shower which are the most important things! We did not meet the owner although all queries were answered quickly and efficiently.

• Christian (8/5): Perfekte 3 Tage - Das Appartement liegt extrem gut, man kann vom Flughafen per Boot (Linie Alilaguna) kommend, bei der Station Arsenale aussteigen und hat von dort ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Auf der einen Seite ist man in gut 15 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum der Touristik in Venedig (Markusplatz), auf der anderen Seite gibt es schöne Parks und Grünflächen und in 5 Miinuten erreichbar liegt eine "Flaniermeile" mit etlichen Lokalen, kleinen Supermärkten, Trafiken, kleinen Geschäften. Das Appartement ist für 3-4 Personen groß genug und es liegt sehr ruhig. Die Stiegen zum Appartement sind für ältere oder gehbehinderte Personen nicht unbedingt geeignet. Kleinigkeiten gibt es die minimal zu bemängeln sind, darunter fällt die wackelige WC-Brille, der in alle Richtungen spritzende Duschkopf, oder schief hängende Türen in der Küche. Das sind aber wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten für mich, die mich nicht davon abhalten würden, wieder einmal dort zu buchen.

• Guest (10/5): 非常美好的入住体验，宾至如归。 - 特别满意的温馨小屋，在巷子里很安静，走几步就是大运河，巴士站坐巴士很方便，圣马可广场就在不远处。屋子里设备齐全，中央空调也很凉快，让我们的威尼斯之旅非常美好！ 洗脸池的下水道略微有点堵塞，不过很好解决。

• asaf elad (8/5): אחלה דירה אך מומלצת בעיקר לשהייה ללא ילדים קטנים - דירה מאוד יפה ומסודרת, כמו בתמונות בדיוק, היא גם ממוקמת במיקום ממש טוב הדירה לא מומלצת לשהייה עם לילדים קטנים, בטח עם עגלות. אחרי שנכנסים לדירה בטיפוס מדרגות של קומה אחת נכנסים לדירה ויש עוד מדרגות שמהם אתה בדירה, כלומר הדירה פתוחה ואין דלת, יש רק מדרגות, וזה מסוכן לילדים. בנוסף כל הדיאלוג הוא באמצעות הודעות WHATUP, האחראי לא עונה לשיחות ולא מוכן לשוחח בטלפון רק לכתוב הודעות. יש כאלה שזה מתאים להם, ויש כאלו שפחות.
• Anastasiya (9/5): - Wir haben eine super Aufenthalt gehabt! Die Lage ist perfekt und außerdem ruhig, die Wohnung ist groß und bequem! Es gibt Geschäfte und Lokalitäten in der Nähe. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen! Das Einzige - die Müllentsorgung. Damit hat die Unterkunft nichts zu tun, aber es war schon stressig, den Müll zu richtigen Zeiten und an richtigen Tagen zu entsorgen. Aber das ist anscheinend Venedig.
• Dking42 (9/5): Lovely 2-bedroom apartment in a wonderful location. Highly recommend and would stay again. - Excellent location and easy to access by taking 4.1 Ferrovia Waterbus Taxi from train station and getting off at Arsenale stop. Easy to enter the door code and collect the apartment keys from inside. It was a quick 10-minute walk to St. Mark's Square. Lots of local restaurants and cafes to choose from. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms. Kitchen had a nice 4-top table to enjoy a quick snack and breakfast. We shopped at a local market to stock up on necessities. Loved the location and would stay here again. The A/C was adequate but it was difficult to operate. Instructions were left pointing to a manual booklet that was kept in the wardrobe. My husband is an electrician and read the manual but couldn't find in it anywhere that pointed to an ON switch on top of the thermostat. This could be all avoided if a note or sticker were left beside or on the thermostat or better yet, replace the thermostat to a more user-friendly model. We did lose power often with the A/C switched on while either the kettle or the washing machine were in use - seemed to be random. Based on communication with the owner it seemed like this was a common theme and the main switch is in a cupboard at the main entry which is down 2 flights of stairs. There is also no lounge or sofa to sit, but if you are in Venice, sitting is probably best done outside in a cafe or in a piazza.
• Clare (8/5): Lovely and relaxed! - We had a lovely stay here! Very clean and spacious apartment. Excellent location. To improve: A few of the lights were not working and a tv would have been a great addition. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment!
• Vanessa (10/5): Great location - Such a beautiful, clean, and well-equipped 2nd floor apartment with confortable beds and garden and street views. Great location in a quiet street and very close to Arsenale vaporetto station. A small shop for essentials is nearby, and the magnificent waterfront walk to the tourist destinations around San Marco is unforgettable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

• Coline (9/5): Great location and price to visit Venice! - The location is amazing and it was easy to enter. The instructions were good to find the house. The flat is beautiful and clean. The host was reactive and was quick to answer. The instructions to take out the garbage are unclear. It says that you have to take it out, but not where. In fact, it's just out the door, but we could only find this out by seeing the cleaners in the streets in the morning. Also, on the first evening, we had trouble finding the keyhole on the door (not very visible at night) and when I asked by message the host, the host was a bit rude and not super helpful. We found the keyhole on the next morning.

• Nicola (8/5): Great little apartment! - The location of the apartment was fantastic, very easy to find and access. The apartment was well presented and clean. Wow!! The aircon was a real blessing as it was so hot in Venice this year. The apartment was a 10 min walk to St Mark's which although very touristy you have to see as it is so beautiful. Just up from it is Garibaldi St (the widest St in Venice due to its canal being filled in) theres lots of places to eat, drink chill and soak up the atmosphere in beautiful magical Venice. We really enjoyed our stay and being in Venice. A lovely little apartment! Communication on how to access the apartment was quie late, but got sorted. A few areas of the apartment were a little tired and and in need of attention. Some equipment also needed replenishing and fixing. More cutlery, washing line needs sorting and cooker hood switches missing. The bedding was clean and functional but dated, so new bedding, blankets and more pillows would definitely be nice. These are small things and easy to rectify
