• Laura (9/5): Wonderful 😊 - The spacious apartment features a dishwasher, washer, adequate kitchen with cooktop and microwave, and two bathrooms with toiletries and towels. It was down a quiet, narrow street near a gorgeous old church. The surrounding charming neighborhood has plenty of good grocery stores, an excellent pharmacy, barber and all the restaurants you could hope for. The best part is the manager, Cristina, a native Venetian who happily shares her encyclopedic knowledge of the city if you ask. It's an easy walk to St. Mark's Square, the Grand Canal and more. It's a little tricky to find the first time. Use Google Maps, but be prepared for it to lag. The main bed could be more comfortable.
• Christof (9/5): Familiäre Unterkunft: Perfekt für ein paar Tage in Venedig! - Ca' Marco liegt sehr verborgen in einer engen Calle, im Erdgeschoß; Wohnung nett, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Internetverbindung stark - und es hat zwei Badezimmer, was großartig ist, wenn man mit einem (Berufs-)Kollegen verreist - zwei getrennte Betten, jeder hatte seine Privatsphäre! Nahe Fondamente Nouve (d.h. relativ rasch beim Airport mit Alilaguna) und das Viertel ist meist noch sehr venezianisch und idyllisch (keine Horden!) PS.: Mille Grazie an Cristina für ihre zeitliche Flexibilität bei der Schlüsselübergabe! Etwas dunkel halt.
• Petra (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf in dit appartement middenin Venetië! - De locatie was fantastisch, alles op ca 10 min lopen. Boodschappen doen in de Coop. De 2 badkamers waren makkelijk en netjes Heerlijk dat je zelf kan koken en koffie kan zetten. Christine was heel hartelijk en heeft alles goed uitgelegd. Het enige nadeel was het zitten op de bedden/sofa’s, een rugleuning was lekker geweest.
• Dzung (10/5): Comfortable stay in a roomy apartment at an excellent location - The host was warm, friendly, and very helpful with local tips. The apartment was roomier than expected with lots of amenities to make our stay very relaxed and comfortable. The location was also excellent, close to everything. Nothing. Everything was great.

Se comunicó telefónicamente mucho antes de la llegada para estar en contacto. El alojamiento es incluso más bello que en las fotos, muy grande y cómodo. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente al llegar ni al dejar el lugar. Cristina fue muy amable al explicarnos cómo usar el transporte público de la ciudad y recomendarnos restaurantes a los que van los lugareños. Sin dudas volvería!

• Laura (10/5): Grand appartement confortable - Nous avons apprécié la réactivité de notre hôte ainsi que sa flexibilité sur les horaires. Ils ont également eu la gentillesse d'accepter que nous laissions nos bagages le jour de notre départ ayant un vol en fin de journée. L'appartement est très spacieux, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire et très bien situé pour visiter tous les coins de Venise à pied. Il y a également beaucoup de rangements. Nous recommandons !
• Leonardo (10/5): Eccellente - Ho soggiornato in questo alloggio e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La casa era dotata di tutto il necessario, pulita, curata nei dettagli e molto bella. La posizione è centrale e comodissima, perfetta per muoversi e visitare la città. Un grande elogio va anche allo staff: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio!
• Lynn (10/5): Would highly recommend this apartment, ideally situated to everything but also quiet and peaceful - The host from start to finish were excellent, we were met on arrival by our host to get our keys and allowed to check in earlier than normal . It meant we could enjoy Venice from start to finish Bed little uncomfortable but that is personal preference!

Close walking distance to everything in Venice, our host was awesome, she gave us lots of great local tips and advice for sight seeing and restaurants. We did get lost a bit but that’s part of the Venice experience!

The location is fantastic, easy to walk to the Line 1 Vaporetto from train station and easy walk to take ferry to the airport. Would stay there again!

• Christopher (10/5): look no further for accomodation in venice - We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ca' Marco Apartment, and we couldn't be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The Apartment was spotless beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was prefect, so close to restaurants and the city center. What really stood out was the hospitality of the owner really friendly/professional and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They responded quickly to any questions. Overall, we would highly recommend CA' Marco apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing/clean/convenient/luxurious place to stay in Venice, We would definitely return in the future. 5 Stars from us

• Michelle (9/5): Great location, good size apartment with good facilities and at ground level. - We loved the size, having 2 bathrooms, and all the amenities that we needed. A full kitchen, a washing machine, a dining table and a lounge area made our stay a lot more comfortable. The location was great and we were happy to be at ground level so we didn’t have to navigate any steps with our heavy suitcases.  It really was just the musty smell that was a bit strong at times. Sometimes it wasn’t so obvious. I understand this is Venice and at ground level, so chances are there is going to be a damp smell.  Other than that, everything else was perfect for us.

The location is decent only 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge The ensuite bathroom was dirty and had a very bad odour. The floors were also dirty and the bed was not comfortable

Lovely hosts, even provided a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate my birthday. Would definitely stay again. Pretty perfect, only one minor complaint was that the upstairs neighbour was a bit heavy footed!

• Lapeevvd (9/5): Apartments in Venice with everything you need - Spacious apartments in a great location. Cristina greeted us and recommended several wonderful restaurants (tastier and cheaper than many others!), for which we are very grateful! The apartments have everything (almost) you need. Plenty of dishes, a coffee machine, olive oil, sugar, salt, a dishwasher and a washing machine with detergent. Three air conditioners set to heating mode will keep you from freezing. Mosquito repellent is also already available in the apartments. - No electric kettle (but there is a microwave and stove) - The bed was uncomfortable (although tolerable for just a few days), and the bedding wasn't breathable

The person we booked with was very helpful and gave us great recommendations of what to do and where to go in Venice. Nothing. It was great.

• Gregory (9/5): Superb - Apartment is exactly as pictured. Very clean and conveniently centrally located once you find it, and get knowledgeable about your location and the area. It was very difficult to find the location of the apartment without having having Google Maps etc. Although, the location is very central it is very difficult to locate without knowing to follow posted directions ( ex arrows pointing towards Rialto or F.te Nove ) Luckily, someone saw I was lost and confused and ( fairly elderly) with large luggage and guided me to the location.
• H77713 (7/5): Good location but flat has a mosquito problem - Good central location, and easy to walk to most of the main sites in Venice. Good kitchen. Very cool space naturally as it was the ground floor, and also had good air-con. There were mosquitos, everywhere, inside the flat! And there was no mosquito net for the bed or any other way to protect against them, so we got badly bitten while sleeping. Also, one window was opened and left open one day while we were outside the flat (which let even more mosquitos in... - note, we did not open any windows ourselves for the entire stay).
• Ekaterina (9/5): A large, cosy and nicely decorated apartment close to main attractions - A large and very nicely decorated apartment that can host at least 4 people. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. We liked the paintings on the walls as well as the character furnitures. The apartment is close to Rialto and is no more than a 15 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. Rialto also has a boat-stop/station and you can easily travel to every part of Venice and the islands. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The apartment is located in a narrow alley, like most building in Venice and as a result it has no natural sunlight. However, this was not a problem because we used to be out all day long. The area is safe and quiet. Communication with the host was very effective. There was a light smell of mold in some parts of the apartment.

• Hannah (7/5): big but not great - is it quite spacious and the air conditioner worked well. it is a good location, close to Saint Marks Square and the Rialto bridge. it also had a washing machine which was handy. We were only given 1 towel per person for 3 nights!!! 😬😫 when we asked for more they said they only give extra towels for 4+ night stays. There was no bathmat, the shower was very small and only had a curtain. The clothes line was very old, broken and rusty. When we moved it into the living area, it left dirt and rust all over the floor. The bed also is 2 small singles pushed together which was ok but not very comfortable.

Even a little patio. nothing, there was not much daylight but who needs daylight inside when you’re outside strolling through Venice all day?
• Jūratė (9/5): Superb - The location is very good: 15 min. from Rialto bridge, quiet, with local character, some local wineries are near. The flat is modern, clean and has a style; with all necessary equipment. There are three heaters; so it was warm enough. It was comfortable to have a little yard for smokers; good to have separate rooms for sleeping and separate bedrooms (for 2 friends).
• Lesley (9/5): Excellent choice - Apartment was very spacious for the two of us (although I believe that it can accommodate four or five). There were two bathrooms. There was coffee making facilities but no kettle, but plenty of crockery, cutlery, and glasses. There were also some pans with a two ring hob but we did not use this. There were plenty of bars, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. The supermarket was less than ten minutes away. We found it easily. Communication from Katrina who met us with the keys was excellent. Easy access to all attractions and waterbuses. I would definitely stay here again. A kettle for making tea would have been good.

• Agnes (9/5): It was our first time in Venice and we had a wonderful time. The hosts were fab! - Once we got our bearings (CityMapper is useful in Venice), we were really happy with the location of the apartment. Alessandro and his wife (our hosts) were so kind and helpful and checked in with us to ensure everything was in order, before and after the holiday. When our flight time changed and we arrived much later than expected, Alessandro sent a video of how to use the key-safe with the code, as well as a map with the location of the apartment. Next day his wife popped round to see that we had settled in. We were made to feel really welcome. The apartment itself had absolutely everything we needed and was spotless. Not many apartments have a washing machine, dishwasher (including all detergents to use with them) touch hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and coffee maker including pods. Smart TVs in both rooms had good connection - as did the free Wifi - and a bonus was the adapter plug and USB charger plug - because I'd forgotten to bring mine. There were also two bathrooms. The apartment was so quiet at night, which was great, yet it was only a few minutes' walk to all the lovely little restaurants and squares. There was also a small supermarket nearby. If you haven't seen Venice, put it on the bucket list and check out this apartment. Thanks again to our fabulous hosts. Nothing
• Coleman (9/5): Very good - Nice large flat in the centre of Venice. Friendly manager, Cristina. The flat has all things needed, new or near new. The host even offers Nespresso capsules and other things in the kitchen. Since it is a ground floor, the flat is a bit dark but excellent for the rest. I would stay again. The only thing I would like more is the natural light in the flat, but it is equipped with everything you tend to forget it .
