• Marina (1/5): de terror. - No puc valorar-ho positivament ja que vaig tenir un problema que va superar tot el que jo podia soportar. La resposta de la persona encarregada del lloc, quan vaig contactar per explicar.li el problema. El problema tan seriós que em vaig trobar.
• Andreas (3/5): - Die Lage war gut. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Es hat gestunken. Die Badezimmertür fällt auseinander. Wir konnten nichts offen lassen, weil die "Terrasse " voller Ratten war, die jenen Abend am Fester gescharrt haben.

• Di Girolamo (1/5): - Non mi è piaciuto nulla, uno schifo totale alloggio sporco e puzzolente, acqua calda solo per 3 minuti ogni 20 minuti ma tanto era impossibile farsi una doccia per le pessime condizioni igieniche. Non credo che l’impianto elettrico sia a norma e per scaldarsi c’erano solo piccoli termosifoni elettrici. Anche se costa poco lo sconsiglio vivamente, mi dispiace non aver letto le pessime recensioni che altri ospiti avevano scritto,prima di prenotare!

• Stéphane (8/5): - Cet appartement est idéalement situé dans le centre de Venise. A la fois dans une ruelle calme, et proche de tout à pieds. Très bon accueil à l'arrivée avec toutes les explications. L'appartement est ancien, aurait besoin d'être rénové, mais le moins qu'on puisse dire est qu'il s'agit d'un logement typique de Venise, parfait pour quelques jours. Il faisait plutôt froid lors de notre séjour à Venise, mais les radiateurs fonctionnaient très bien, et pas de problème avec l'eau chaude non plus.

Truffa per turisti. - PESSIMO NON ANDATE! dovrebbe essere tolta la struttura dal sito, non è possibile adibire un tale luogo a struttura ricettiva. Muffa, funghi, ragnatele, puzza, sporco, umidità, ambiente igienico e sanitario non conforme alle leggi. DA DENUNCIA. Scantinato, sottoscala, nulla è curato. Dovrebbe essere 1 come punteggio generale ma viene portato a 6 per la posizione. ZERO. Vedete le foto. Bisogna accendere tutta la durata deumidificatore e scaldino! Signori, dico scaldino! Fuori c'è una sorta di balconcino pieno zeppo di spazzatura. Ci sono pericoli seri per la salute, cimici da letto e acari. Muffe e agenti patogeni ovunque. Nella nostra camera non è stata tolta nemmeno la vecchia biancheria da letto. tutto puzzava. TUTTO. abbiamo trovato perfino un lubrificante aperto sopra l'armadio, armadio pieno di cose quindi inutilizzabile. Ladri! Ci dispiace scrivere ciò ma abbiamo pagato, nulla è stato regalato e non ci sembra giusto che non ci sia una tutela per i consumatori. Da denuncia. Vergogna e rispetto per i turisti, per la salute dei vostri ospiti trattati come stupidi!
• Kieran (2/5): Cheap and dirty - Location and price were highlights Very dirty, lots of random junk everywhere. Place hadn’t been properly cleaned. Floor was dirty, there were damp towels, sink pipes leaking everywhere, doors that wouldn’t fully close, a quarter of a roll of toilet paper there, and many other issues

• riccardo (1/5): Damp, humid and smelly in a useful spot - The position allows us to move easily in Venice simply walking. The host was welcoming and friendly. The property was damp and humid, the wear and tear of the old building kept a strong smell. The linen was unpleasantly humid and smelly. The hot shower only last 2 min and come back after 20 min. Due to the position directly to the street a smell of urine came over in the room from outside. My kid woke up with bedbugs bites. Overall felt really dirty. Definitely not worth the money!

• Katalin (3/5): Super location but dirty apartment. - The location was super. Apartment was very dirty and the bed is stinky, bathroom also very dirty.
• Sean (9/5): From the start it felt like I was experiencing Venice!!! - It was an authentic Venetian property, while old it was very clean and inviting 4 minute shower
• Kaila (1/5): Don't stay here! - The hostess was very friendly and nice and the location was good, but after we checked in and had a chance to look around the room was filthy. The beds looked like the sheets had not been changed and had debris from past guests. The shower was dirty and everything was just not clean. We were booked for 3 nights but left right after checking in to find a different room because it was so bad. The cleanliness. It was very dirty. It was old and outdated but would have been fine if clean.

• Daphne (7/5): A great location but don’t expect the most luxurious stay - It was really close to the city. It had a washing machine and a kitchen with everthting you needed. There were heaters (which we did not need because it was summer) and a ventilator It smelled a bit old and rusty, but that was also well expected.

• Irisa (6/5): If you’re just a tourist, who’s using the apartment just to get some sleep at night, it’s good enough, very central whic - The location was great. Not very clean, no internet service, not even enough service to use your own internet. We felt so uncomfortable we went and bought our own sheets.
• Olivera (7/5): Location but not luxury - Location is great! Owner was kind and friendly. Beds are very comfortable. No wifi, no aircon but still you got fan to help out. Shower is not in best condition but we were going only to shower and sleep, so don't expect luxury.

• Michael (1/5): Property should not be on your list - Location Flaking smoke coloured paint, no towels, covered torn furniture, to have a shower 30 min hot water start up required, was bitten bt something overnight and threw all my clothes in the rubbish next morning
