Polecam apartament😊Bardzo dobrze wyposażony , żelazko , parownica, piekarnik, pralka , dobrze wyposażona kuchnia , zmywarka :) Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką , bardzo sprawne zameldowanie! Okolica przepiękna , obok zaraz piekarnia , markety spożywcze oraz restauracje. Warto wybrać miejsce aby uciec od zgiełku i dużej ilości ludzi w centrum , obok również park :) w pobliżu znajduje się również słynny market warzywno- owocowy na łodzi 🩷 Ogromny plus , że sypialnia i salon jest oddzielony drzwiami i łazienka, więc tworzy się osobna przestrzeń dla dwóch par.

• AbagarP (10/5): A real gem in Venice. - Прекрасен апартамент с всички необходими удобства. Освен, че е на кратко разстояние до вапорето, има пространство и гледка, апартамента се намира над магазин за хляб и закуски и магазин за фермерски продукти. На 100 м. е супермаркет. Настаниха ни много бързо и навреме и имахме няколко часа повече. Най-конфорт но утре легла и завивки. Това е безценна находка във Венеция и горещо препоръчвам. Снимките в букинг платформата не отговарят в пълна степен на високото качество на всеки детайл.

Bellissima localizzazione e condizioni de soggiorno. Ma, principalmente l'ospitalità de Maura e Lidia. Ah, e anche quella finestra meravigliosa per la via! Grazie mille a voi. Niente da dire. Impossibile non piacere.

• shannon (10/5): Fabulous - Fantastic location, very clean and has everything you need to be self sufficient. Attention to detail is amazing & very well thought out. Safe and secure property. Host communicates very well & very flexible & helpful. Easy to get to and supermarket & many restaurants all around you. Highly recommend Everything. We were really pleased with our stay. Great walking distance to everywhere & so easy & close to get back to airport

• Carolina (10/5): - Appartamento rinnovato, equipaggiato di tutto il necessario e anche di più (cucina attrezzatissima), posizione ottima per visitare la Biennale. Nonostante via Garibaldi alla sera sia piuttosto frequentata, le finestre isolano bene e il rumore della strada è parecchio attutito. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, consiglio vivamente!

• Makalouš (10/5): - Skvělá lokalita a nejlépe vybavený apartmán v Itálii ve kterém jsem byl. Majitelka myslí na každou maličkost a potřebu hostů. V blízkosti zastávky Arsenale. Dá se dojít po nábřeží k do centra i projet vaporettem po kanálu Grande než se objeví davy turistů. Na druhou stranu na Lido. Krásný výhled z balkónku, který je teda malinký spíš pro jednoho sedícího, protože zábradlí je nízké. Přímo v domě pekárna. Majitelka nám sama nabídla si nechat zavazadla v den odjezdu v chodbě domu a nechala nám klíč od vstupních dveří. Navíc nám zde dali naše zapomenuté prádlo, které našli při úklidu - děkujeme

• Raymond (10/5): Ideal location communication with host superb - The property was well equipped both in the kitchen tea coffee and milk supplied, and bathroom various toiletries. Also having umbrellas available was helpful as we had some rain during our stay The location of the apartment only a short walk to the numerous water taxis and a straight walk along the to St Marks Square approx 10 to 15 minutes walk made for an ideal location . We arrived late evening and due to flight delay our arrival was later than expected . The host was extremely helpful and responded to all our messages very promptly on the day we arrived and also to any questions we asked regarding our stay. There are two Co-op food stores close to the apartment and various bars and restaurants. Nothing all good
• Uranchimeg (10/5): Fully furnished, modern, clean apartment--really superb! - This is a very well-equipped modern apartment with a nice bathroom and a full kitchen with plates, pots, mugs, espresso cups, dishwasher, microwave, etc.--all you need for cooking. I've stayed in AirBnB places in Venice, but have never seen such a fully furnished kitchen, where you can find everything you need for cooking or eating your food brought from outside so comfortably. The apartment is clean, with modern furniture and the bathroom is also well-furnished with an impressive attention to the details. We were very homey comfortable here for our 12 days of work with some time for leisure. The correspondence with the owners was easy and with no issues, they responded fast. We were cold in the apartment in the first few nights, but Lidia and Maura both fixed the issue and we never had to complain again. Really superb place and I highly recommend it. We will be coming back again! The TV does not have any channels in English--all in Italian, just fyi. It was okay for us as we had some work to do in the evenings and watched Netflix on our computers when we wanted some entertainment.

Very clean apartment with everything we needed. Great to have an extra roll out bed along with the other beds. Couldn’t find a fault in the apartment. It was great!!

• Loulak (9/5): Superb - Wonderful stay, everything was perfect. Renovated apartment in the heart of the beautiful district of Castello. Everything was at our doorstep, shops, many restaurants, supermarkets Bakeries. Short walk to the Vaporetto. We loved our stay. Thank you to the host for providing all the necessities for a comfortable stay Sofa bed was not very comfortable. Carrying heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs was quite challenging.
• Nicole (10/5): A lovely little apartment in Venice - Such a lovely apartment. Large for a one bedroom apartment, was a reasonable size and was able to fit our family of 5. A little snug but absolutely fine and well priced for Venice. Location was *chefs kiss*. A genuine 15 min stroll to the centre of Venice. All lovely streets or along the waterfront. Restaurants just at your feet, but away from the tourist hub. You were able to get a spritz for 3.50 euros downstairs. Views lovely. Air con was perfection in the heat. Great washing facilities, kitchen well setup and had all your little extras to make it feel like home. Host was great with assisting with Valporetto to get too and from the train station (4.1 from station to Arsenale, then 4.2 return. 9.50 euro a ticket). It was easy and no issues with lots of suitcases. Lovely bakery a few doors up Majer, with high quality croissants, often a line out the door but worth it!! Main bed comfortable, good quality pillows. Only that fold out is a very thin mattress and could do with a mattress topper. Also they only fitted the beds with sheets (in the heat) and it would have been nice to have some blankets.

• Brenda (10/5): Exceptional - This place is a gem. Great location, loved our main street with bars, restaurants, supermarkets. Away from chaos but walking distance from it all, at night no noise. You have a nice park walking distance where locals live and Vaporetto stops within 5 min. The apartment is cozy, SUPER clean. They left us cookies and candy (very nice to see). Fully equipped kitchen with coffee and olive oil and other useful things available. Bathroom with toiletries (better than hotels). Definitely will recommend this place to family and friends.

Will stay there again - Location, well equiped, walking distance to st marks but in a great non tourist location. water bus weekly ticket excellent. parked at Venice city carpark for $5.50. Bus strain to water bus stop.. HINT don't catch a tourist gondola for 80 euro. Get the tragetto gondola across the canals for 2 euros. same experience. Stumbled across great restaurant for lunch in GIUdecca next to wharf. La Palanca Quite a few stairs to apartment (32) but not a real issue once luggage taken up.

Didn't quite understand how to dispose of rubbish, as to how it is collected from the building!!! The venice way ! The person who designed the wardrobes never had to hang a standard knee length dress up , too short the rail height

• Lina (10/5): Venice: Perfect start to our Italian holiday! - I loved the location as we could either walk to everywhere in Venice from here or take the vaporeto as it was close to several stops. And we loved the apt itself, it had so many windows so loads of natural lighting, plus the bathroom was modern and comfortable (rare find in Italy). One of the few to provide so many toiletries, the host really outdid herself in order to ensure we were comfortable.
